Very tasty food, very nice atmosphere!

Came here after a long day of travel, and it was exactly what we needed! Amazing food and amazing staff! Thank you for the great experience!

We were there last week. The food and our drinks were very tasty, and our service was a very nice and attentive lady. The lady who cashed in on us, however, was underground. No thank you, no word of farewell. Unfortunately, we noticed her negatively during our other visits.

Other delicious dishes in a nice atmosphere. Sometimes a bit loud and unfortunately toilet doors don't close automatically. All in all, a fancy restaurant, good service and delicious food.

Very nice restaurant with friendly and helpful staff, food is fantastic and delicious. We always visit this restaurant when we visit Ulm.

Decent meal here but nothing special. Need to learn that in Europe ordering medium rare gets you medium...mentioned special occasion in booking but no acknowledgment from staff, bit disappointing. But otherwise service good

Unprofessional and dangerous handling of allergies - absolutely disappointing My visit to this restaurant was more than disappointing – it was shocking and alarming. As someone who relies on a gluten-free diet, I expected at least a basic understanding of allergies and intolerances. Unfortunately, the opposite was the case. To start we asked for a gluten free soy sauce. This was denied, which in itself would not have been a problem if honesty had remained the case. When the food was served, a bottle of “KIKKOMAN® Naturally Brewed Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce” suddenly appeared on the table. Delighted with the supposed solution, we asked again, only to be shocked to learn that it wasn't real gluten-free soy sauce. Instead, the staff told us they decanted “regular” soy sauce into this bottle since no other bottles were available. This is not only unprofessional, but also life-threatening! When I pointed out that this was highly risky for those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, we were simply answered with a succinct “It doesn’t matter.” The situation got worse when the salmon curry I ordered, which I specifically requested was gluten-free, was poured with regular soy sauce. This shows incredible indifference and negligence in dealing with guests' needs. Conclusion: Eating here is not only unprofessional, but also dangerous for anyone who has allergies or intolerances. This carelessness is unacceptable and an absolute no-go in the catering industry. I can only strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. Such behavior should be reported to protect other guests.

We often get something for lunch here and it has always been very tasty. The employees are really very nice and accommodating, you feel comfortable here. The decor is also very nice! We like coming here.

If there was less than one star I would give it, there were two of us, we ordered soup from the beginning. The employee says "yes" and brings the cards, we order again, the soups came and don't taste like it at all. I go to pay first, I say clearly I do I pay separately and the employee says “yes” and gives me the EC device without a bill. I ask where is the bill. I want it. It's on it. Was it all together???????

Bad service!!! We weren't asked once if we wanted something more to drink, I sat there for over 45 minutes without being asked if we wanted something more to drink, if everything was OK, if we wanted dessert. Food was ok, but the portions were pretty meager, I know it's a bit upscale, but it was really little, when I paid and even gave a tip, he didn't even look me in the eyes, let alone say thank you. Conclusion. NEVER AGAIN
