La Casa Del Gusto offers individual dishes as well as the highly recommended Chief’s Dinner. We had the 4-course menu with 2 starters, a main course and a dessert at the top level! Great dishes coordinated down to the smallest detail and with many components. A very good red wine recommendation, pizza bread/baguette with olive oil/salty butter and a grappa round off the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. Clear recommendation and thanks to the family!

All around the best food in a very tastefully decorated restaurant in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. The service is extremely friendly and attentive. We were very politely asked to pay 1.5 hours (!) after the official closing time. We would definitely love to come back!

Absolutely recommended! Our visit to La Casa Del Gusto in Stuttgart was very successful! The food was excellent - we started with a freshly prepared, fine salad as a starter and then decided on Pasta Pommodoro Pasta Parmigiano and Pepe al Limone. as a main course. The portions were generous and the taste was a real highlight. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was served quickly. The cozy, inviting atmosphere rounds off the experience perfectly. We'd love to come back!

Excellent reinterpretation of Italian cuisine.

We ended up here looking for a good Italian restaurant. The table reservation via the app went without any problems. We were still able to choose another table when we arrived, the staff were very flexible. The two of us had three classic Italian dishes. Deep-fried pizza as I know it as a Neapolitan specialty. My wife had the Vitello Tonnato and I had the Spaghetti Carbonara. The food was fantastic!!! No further descriptions are required here. My Italian friend wanted to arrive straight away when he saw the plates via WhatsApp. For dessert my wife had the chocolate souffle, which was also to die for. With the drinks, four glasses of wine and two water with gas, we didn't have 70€. In my opinion, this location is not for families with small children or for people who order pizza etc. from a kebab or delivery service. Here everyone can enjoy high-quality Italian cuisine and matching wines. We'll definitely be back!

Simply amazing. From outside I didn’t expect that food and service. Super friendly and helpful waiter. We went for the recommendation as main. Lamp and oxtail lasagne. Also the starters were on point top. Such a nice experience.

I ordered a margarita pizza and it was super cheesy. I'm really disappointed. It's really dark here and I didn't feel comfortable. There's jazz music playing all the time here, which I didn't find that nice. Not barrier-free. Also not child friendly, it's a shame.

I've only known the restaurant for a short time and have been there several times and what Alfonso cooks and serves is always amazing. Delicious wines that always go with the food and is always ready for a short chat. Please keep it up, we'll always be happy to come back. VG Jochen

The New Year's Eve menu was varied, high quality and unusual. Would book it again at any time. Intolerances were addressed and corresponding ingredients were omitted. Can only recommend it.

We went for the 5 course meal with my husband yesterday, which was fantastic. One gear better than the other. Very nice family. The boss took us on an “excursion” to Italy and told us a lot of things about Italian wines. Perfect service. We will definitely come back! Huge praise to Mr. Rubinaccio and his sons.

We often get something for lunch here and it has always been very tasty. The employees are really very nice and accommodating, you feel comfortable here. The decor is also very nice! We like coming here.

We had the 5-course menu of Italian-Asian fusion dishes and every course was delicious! Portions are of course rather small due to the number of courses, although the main course (meat version) had a good portion of meat. In any case, we were well full at the end. I think it's good value for money at €75 for 5 courses given the general rise in food prices. Since I don't like drinks with a lot of carbon dioxide, the selection of non-alcoholic drinks, which mainly consists of (bottled) lemonades, didn't really suit me personally. There doesn't seem to be any "open" drinks (juices). This of course simplifies the drinks service, but subjectively it wasn't quite optimal for me. My husband liked the red wine. The service was friendly and the boss was at the table several times and took good care of us. The ambience is good, but a bit cramped due to the size of the place. And there is no wardrobe. The chairs at the high tables look chic, but I was missing a bit of full backrest height so that I could lean comfortably against them from time to time (and relax my rather full stomach 😅). All in all nice, but there is still a little room for improvement in terms of comfort. Definitely a recommendation for a dinner with surprises away from classic Italian cuisine!

The pizza was tasty, but the knife was barely sharp. A normal table knife with hardly any serrations. Others at the table had other, more suitable knives with slightly larger serrations.

An evening like being in an Italian film, where you're not quite sure whether you should be dreaming about the dishes or the scenery. Even Federico Fellini would have been euphoric here. First up was a bright green pesto with crispy pizza slices. Then came the “world’s best sardines” in a velvety mayonnaise-olive oil sauce, almost like a greeting from the sea. Before that, a glass of Roseano with bergamot. The pasta puttanesca, authentic as in southern Italy, combined anchovies, capers and olives in a sauce that reflected life itself in an unadorned and powerful way. The service? Great – friendly and engaging. And the music? Quiet but distinctive, it wrapped everything in a wonderful ambience.

Wonderful food with perfect wines

This place is special. I went here with a few coworkers when I first moved to the city, and the staff and the people there were so welcoming , it honestly made me feel a little less homesick. Besides the wonderful service, the food is excellent with perfect wine pairings. The seafood and pasta courses were the standouts, especially the venison ragu! I'm looking forward to another delicious meal here.

Very cool kitchen and restaurant concept, incredibly beautiful and delicious dishes, we tried 5 dishes from the chef and were thrilled. The atmosphere is subdued, very romantic and the service is very attentive.

Such a great restaurant with even greater hosts. There is a lot of warmth and love behind it. Every dish tastes absolutely delicious. It's so much fun to eat here! And the prices are way too cheap for this quality 🤫🤭😁

Inconspicuous from the outside but the pizza was incredibly tasty (you can taste the more complex dough and it's worth it). I can really recommend it.

A few days ago a recommendation led us to La Casa Del Gusto in the west of Stuttgart. We immediately felt at home due to the inviting and cozy furnishings, which exuded a special ambience thanks to the occasional high tables and a relaxed arrangement of the tables. After a warm welcome from the owner's son Alfonso Rubinaccio, we were presented with a small menu, but it included dishes from the land, the sea, the stone oven and of course pasta. The description of the individual dishes and the Chiefs dinner menus suggest that no run-of-the-mill dishes are offered here, but that La Casa Del Gusto cooks with love, creativity and skill. The “greetings from the kitchen” was a great salmon with coriander vinaigrette. As a starter we chose Paccheri with wild boar ragout. The ragout was tender and perfectly cooked, the paccheri were al dente and the taste was an experience. For the main course we chose Japanese Wagkyu beef slices with truffles, cardoncelli mushrooms and miso and, on the other hand, fillet of beef with truffle pasta as a side dish. The dishes were not only beautifully prepared visually, but also tasted sensationally good. The finale was a delicious, flamed crème brûlée. The dishes surprised us very positively with their finesse and perfection in detail. Our dishes were accompanied by a great red wine, which was recommended to us by Alfonso. It was a perfect wine recommendation. We found it particularly nice and hospitable that Alfonso repeatedly came to our table and commented and explained his dishes. The tasty “grappa on the house”, which was served to us by Alfonso and with which we were able to toast together with the boss, was downright friendly. When the bill was brought to us, we thought it was a miscalculation, because it was incredible for us to be served dishes of this high standard together with a top wine at a sensational price. We can 100% recommend La Casa Del Gusto and we will definitely come back. Although it was our first visit to La Casa Del Gusto, we left as friends. A nice little restaurant near the beautiful St. John's Church. The map is relatively manageable, but there are very surprising creations. Delicious. Service was very nice. Highly Recommended. The disadvantage was that it was relatively cool and sometimes drafty and the tables were very close to each other

The individual charm of the kitchen is outstanding. The taste is great. The menu is not everyday and always very fine. The service is outstanding, the wines are excellent. Alfonso is a perfect host.

Great little Italian restaurant near Feuerseeplatz. I like to come here at lunchtime for the pasta boxes, which are impressive in terms of both price and taste. But there is also a very good selection of dishes. The truffle pasta is particularly recommended.

No matter whether pizza, pasta, fish or meat. Whether weekly changing pasta and pizza classics as a lunch menu, dishes to-go, or an extraordinary dinner with a 5-6 course menu. I recommend to choose something from the daily menu because of the suprisingly good and creative combinations of ingredients, taste and structures. And leave some space for dessert, because you don’t wanna miss that.😊
