Blossom Sushi Restaurant in Heilbronn

Food excellent, the best in the area, staff super friendly and explains the food 👍 would love to come back 💪

Went to Blossom as a couple on a Tuesday evening. As the only sushi restaurant with spontaneous seating, we unfortunately didn't have much choice. Short and painless. The sushi was absolutely fine, no it was really good. The sushi is definitely of a higher quality and is only slightly behind the sushi at Tenno. However, one thing really bothered me. The service that evening was terribly bad. The wasabi was missing from my plate, the waitress promised to bring me some, but that never happened. In addition, you could hardly get the waiter's attention. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to order a second drink. When I then asked to pay I was left sitting there for 30 minutes until I could pay my bill. After I left what I thought was a reasonable tip (12%), I wasn't even thanked. All I got was a “bye”. This experience might have been okay if I had been in a cheap all-you-can-eat place, but for a restaurant where I dropped €140 for two people, decent service is simply appropriate. Even though the sushi was good, I won't be coming back for the time being, I'd rather stay at Tenno until something changes here.

These were the best sushi we had ever eaten. The presentation on the record alone was a visual treat. Then there is the individual mouthfeel of each sushi and all topped off by the very individual flavor compositions. All senses were addressed in a first-class way. A worthy end to this very beautiful Sunday. Only the place was a bit cool on the feet. But we were also the very first guests after opening.

Absolute recommendation for sushi

Overall the sushi was okay. The sashimi and nigiri were very good, whereas the maki and in-side-out were a bit off. What really bothered us, however, was the 3-course menu. The representation on the map is completely misleading. There is no mention anywhere that the menu is served for two people and so we got exactly half of what we ordered according to the menu. The dessert was then presented somewhat carelessly. Unfortunately, price-performance doesn't fit here.

Super nice and elegant sushi restaurant! Super quality and delicious and super great service. It's nice to sit outside and there are vegetarian/vegan alternatives.

It's nice that life has returned to the premises. And then there is also a restaurant with very tasty and special Asian dishes. A little insider tip.

You get what you pay for. It's fast and on point. If you are looking for something not complicated, this is the right place.

I went to Blossom for the first time today based on a recommendation from a friend. The ambience inside is quite stylish but also a bit cold. There is also a large outdoor area which was very well attended. The staff is consistently friendly and very attentive and food and drinks came to the table very quickly despite the large number of other guests. The food itself is of top quality as well as visually and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, the prices are more than fair. Therefore, Blossom is really recommended for fans of sushi and Asian cuisine in general.

Very nice place to spend time with your love one, meeting or family. Definitely worth it.

Super lecker, Sushi als auch warme Speisen. Tolles Lunch Menü als Angebot. Wir kommen sowohl für Business Lunch als auch mit der Familie immer wieder gerne!

A bit expensive but the quality is very good

Gyōza starter was so delicious, forgot the picture, Red Duck and Sushi Chef Select were also great! With green asparagus in crunchy sushi, the Alman tastes really delicious and espresso from the portafilter. 15€ for a lunch 5/5 *

My wife and I went to Blossom again yesterday on a Wednesday. It was relatively empty, but clearly, during the week and bad weather 🙂. For starters she had the gyoza and I had the avocado tempura. Both were delicious, but we would have liked a sauce with each. The sushi afterwards was really great! We would have liked a little more proactivity when it came to service, but we complain at a high level. 🙂

The ambience is fantastically beautiful, located on the Neckar, in the Insel Hotel where I was able to do my training 😊 The service, led by the charming restaurant manager, is excellent, very attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The dishes that come from the kitchen are the high art of sushi craftsmanship, There is a true master at work here, the presentations on the record are a blast. Everything tastes great, super fresh and well prepared. For me the best sushi restaurant between Heilbronn and Munich, without exaggerating. Be sure to try Omakase and Favorite Selection 👏 👏

On the first visit I was completely impressed, starting with the great service, great food with excellent taste, right up to the price. Keep it up, it's a pleasure to be a guest here.

For me it's currently the best sushi restaurant in Heilbronn. Extremely tasty, very fresh and fair prices. The staff is nice and always accommodating. The seating areas by the windows are comfortable and set up for themselves. All in all there is nothing to complain about, hence all the stars.

The sushi tastes good. But you still have to improve the service. It took too long to place the order, and drinks only after 15 minutes. The table wasn't cleaned after the meal until the avocado remains were removed when asked. No questions asked about how it tasted. Unfortunately not cool

Very tasty sushi. Service is great. It didn't take long for the food to arrive. Restaurant a bit hidden as we thought the building belonged to the Insel Hotel. We've been past it twice.

Delicious food, polite, exclusive service and equipment. There are also fish-free dishes. I also recommend it to those who are not sushi fans.

We went to Blossom for lunch. The price-performance ratio is really good here. The gyozas were nice and crispy and the miso soup with salmon was very tasty. For the main course we had two really delicious salmon dishes, one with orange curry sauce and one with teriyaki sauce. Unfortunately the salad was teriyaki salmon with a yogurt dressing, which unfortunately didn't go well. Then like the orange curry without dressing, but with peanuts. The service was okay, but not very warm and personal, rather distant. The location is beautifully decorated.

Sushi, gin, espresso, miso salmon soup… everything was of the highest quality. In my opinion, the best sushi in Heilbronn is here 🙌🏼

Sehr leckerer und preiswerter Mittagstisch!

Ich war hier im Sommer 2022 für ein kurzes Mittagessen zu Gast und war sehr positiv überrascht. Ich bin kein Vollzeitvegetarier oder -Veganer, wollte jedoch an dem Tag einfach versuchen mich so Vegan wie möglich zu ernähren. Nachdem ich von der Karte die Dinge ausgewählt hatte die dem am wenigsten widersprachen, zog die Dame vom Service sofort die richtigen Schlüsse, fragte ob ich versucht hatte vegan zu bestellen und bot nach dem ich dies bejaht hatte an, die Küche zu bitten die nicht veganen Zutaten durch vegane zu ersetzen. Fantastische Aufmerksamkeit! Dass die Gerichte dann auch noch fabelhaft schmeckten war dann nur noch die Kirsche auf dem Eis. Danke.

Die Sushi-Auswahl ist ausgefallen, frisch und sehr lecker! Auch als Vegetarierin war meine Auswahl hier nicht allzu beschränkt. Der Service war aufmerksam, wenn auch nicht allzu offen. Das Ambiente im Blossom ist eigentlich wunderschön - nur haben wir leider einen Tisch zugeteilt bekommen, der sehr nahe am Eingang war und an dem es aufgrund der automatisch öffnenden Türen häufig gezogen hat... vielleicht wäre hier ein Windfang (z.B. Vorhang) hilfreich, um es den Gästen etwas gemütlicher zu machen.

Take away: Jakobsmuschel, wie auch Green tempur shrimp, waren super lecker!

Netter Service. Stylish eingerichtet, und gemütlich. Habe die Crunchy Variation und Crunchy Spicy Tuna Rolls bestellt und war davon enttäuscht, weil die knusprige Panade außen nach altem Fett schmeckte und somit den guten Geschmack der Füllung übertönt hat. Weitere Gerichte die an Nachbartischen serviert wurden, sahen sehr gut aus. Optisch waren die Gerichte sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Die Auswahl der offenen Weine, gerade zum Sushi sollte größer und passender sein.

Frisches und sehr leckeres Sushi

Super schönes, einladendes Sushi Restaurant mit tollem Außenbereich und geschmackvoll gestalteten Innenraum. Die Chefin ist persönlich vor Ort, der Service einwandfrei und das Sushi immer kreativ und lecker.

Essen super ! Personal super ! Laune der Geschäftsleiterin... naja.... Ich möchte auch keine unfaire Bewertung geben, aber die Dame sollte sich mal ein wenig zusammenreissen... sehr überheblich

Wir sind zum Mittagessen dort gewesen. Das Mittagsangebot wirklich sehr gut. Das Essen ist wirklich lecker und das Mittagsangebot auch echt fair. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Ich gebe keine 5 Sterne weil man leider nicht auf meinen Kundenwunsch eingegangen ist. Da im Mittagsangebot ein Kaffee mit inklusive ist, wurde um ein Tee oder heiße Schokolade gebeten. Diesem Wunsch konnte nicht entsprochen werden.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Sicher das beste Sushi in Heilbronn. Was schade war: Als wir unser Essen hatten wurden wir quasi nicht mehr wirklich beachtet. Hätten gerne noch was getrunken, haben dann bezahlt und sind woanders hin. Alles in allem trotzdem 5 Sterne da das Essen einfach gut war.

Unbelievable small quantity. Quality is good, but for the price, I will go buy from Edeka… or just go other sushi around this area. (For that small size of sushi, you need to add some gold or flower to make me think it’s worth the price). The cocktail is good.

Good sushi yes. But still won’t top the 2 sushi restaurants in HN. We ordered Omakase 5 course menu and it actually didn’t fill up our expectations. Don’t get me wrong, the food we ate was nice it’s just not great enough to warrant a second visit

Bin nun zum zweiten Mal hier und ich bin begeistert von der Kreativität und der Qualität des Sushi. Auch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist sehr angenehm. Die Kreativität hebt sich von anderen erheblich ab. Dankeschön 🙏🏻

Top Restaurant. Sehr guter Service. Waren mit 6 Personen vor Ort. Gutes Essen und 80 verschiedene Gin Sorten. Service hat uns gut beraten beim Essen und Trinken bestellen. Der Preis ist mit der Qualität vertretbar. Gerne wieder.

Sehr sehr lecker. Personal und Betreiberin des Restaurants perfekt. Betreiberin selbst schenkte uns immer nach, sobald sie sah das das Glas leer war.
