One of the best Döner places in Heilbronn. The portion is generous. Great staff and nice atmosphere. Definitely my go-to place for a quick dinner.

I have been a customer for many years and always take a longer journey because I have found the kebab at Efendi the best so far. However, I am not satisfied with the current service from the presumably new employees. I arrived at 11am, the staff were having lunch and there was no bread, which meant a longer wait. That was fine with me. When the bread was ready, I was asked how I wanted the kebab. I chose everything and the only extra I wanted was red sauce. At the second kebab they didn't ask me anymore. When I got home I noticed that there was no red sauce and the kebab was better filled. I'm disappointed and will probably try a kebab from my immediate area next time.

I was looking for a good kebab in the area and then came across this one thanks to the very good reviews. So I thought I would give it a try and my father and I both loved it. I had a spinach and cheese pide that was freshly baked and tasted absolutely great. My father had a classic kebab, but even this was very fresh and tasty. We both ordered tea, which was on the house. Very high level of hospitality and otherwise very friendly staff. And the prices were really normal. Truly the best kebab in the area

I've had several cases now where the gentleman with the cap messed up my food. First a totally dry soul, then raw meat on my kebab (it was almost cold because the skewer was new) and just a few days ago the roll was hard as a rock and there was way too much meat on it and last but not least it Mr. 3 kebab to take away prepared with chicken on all three, even though I wanted normal. I come from a little further away so driving back to you wasn't an option. The chicken on the kebab was so little grilled that it was really shaggy as if it were raw, terrible... These are all isolated cases. Normally this kebab is a 10/10 kebab that I would eat again every time. But the employee with the cap explicitly needs to be better instructed on how the quality preparation of the kebab should look like. He's also not very precise when it comes to politeness. When I paid exactly to the cent, he was so pissed off that he didn't get a ciao or a thank you... which is a shame, because the rest of the efendi team always tries very hard to ensure that everyone is satisfied. If you come with a larger group he ALWAYS messes up the orders (it happened 3-4 times) because he never writes down who orders what. So in the end there is always one person left who doesn't get his food at all or who gets it wrong. Dear Many of my friends also complain about this employee's performance. Effendi team. I've been coming to your kebab for years and I love it but please take care of it 💚
