I've been to Otantik Döner in Heilbronn several times and I'm always absolutely thrilled. The bread is a real highlight, as it's freshly baked – you can taste the quality immediately. The döner meat is very well seasoned, cooked to perfection, and therefore exceptionally flavorful. The vegetables are also always very fresh, finely sliced, and beautifully presented. Overall, you can tell that great attention is paid to detail – the ingredients are well-balanced, so everything harmonizes perfectly. I'd especially like to highlight the "Seele" (a type of filled bread) with döner meat and the dürüm/yufka: both are superbly balanced; nothing overpowers the other flavors, but everything is rolled up in the bread in perfect harmony. The premises are very nice and always clean, which makes the visit even more pleasant. Furthermore, the staff are consistently very friendly, welcoming, and friendly; you immediately feel at home. This is a place that truly makes you want to come back again and again, and it's always a tempting place to visit if you appreciate really good food. Highly recommended!

He ordered two doner kebabs from this restaurant, but the staff is completely disrespectful and the treatment is very bad. He ordered the doner kebab without onions, and I told the employee more than four or five times without onions, and so he came with onions. I was disappointed, and this was my first and last time ordering from here.

The food is okay, but the staff are always unenthusiastic and in a bad mood! I have no desire to go to this wannabe restaurant in Heilbronn!

This is a great and popular spot for locals. I got a doner plate, which I usually can eat over two times, but it was so delicious that I finished it in one sitting.

The service gets worse every time. I won't be going back for a while. Ordered on-site, all the main courses were ready, but the fries were cooked way too late, so I had to wait and the food got cold. At the counter where they prepare the salad, there were pieces of meat that had ended up back in the drip tray from the skewer. My sauce, with its packaging, was simply put on the pizza...where else can you find that? I ordered a large fries, but if that's a large fries, I don't know...

Soul 10 out of 10 always happy to come back.

I was here for the first time today and had a doner kebab plate – absolutely fantastic! The meat was super juicy and deliciously seasoned, the portions were very generous, and the vegetables were fresh. The sauces were also exactly to my taste. The service was friendly and quick. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

When you walk into the shop, you're ignored. They don't say hello or ask what you want. If you don't say anything, you don't get anything. The kebabs are incredibly salty and overpriced, and the thin, extremely stingy yufkas are a disgrace. Unfriendly service. They only care about sales and don't care about their customers.

Regular kebab €7, half portion. Better to raise the price and get full, portion was significantly smaller than usual.

On the express recommendation, I stopped here to bridge a wait at a very competent locksmith because I was very hungry. It was worth it: very friendly staff, clean tables, and delicious food (doner kebabs). What I particularly liked was that the bread was quite thin, but it didn't fall apart due to the sauce and other ingredients! As I asked, everything was homemade and made in-house! It definitely won't be the last time I eat there, and I highly recommend the restaurant!

We were there today and wanted to order a pizza. Unfortunately, the lady in the red top treated us very disrespectfully. She even threw away the sauce in front of us. Both the service and the food were very disappointing – it doesn't even deserve a single star.

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I found napkin remnants in my kebab – completely unhygienic. There were also no sauces, which made the kebab very dry. I ordered a kebab with onions, lettuce, and pork, but I received almost nothing but lettuce and onions – there was hardly any meat. Overall, the worst kebab I've ever eaten.

Good doner, but the lavash is too thick. The meat is well seasoned, the vegetables are fresh, but the portion is rather small. With more meat, it would be a very good doner.

The kebab, the soul and the kebab pizza are absolutely average and don't stand out much from other kebab shops. When it comes to the kebab, however, it should be mentioned that it is quite small. An advantage of Otantik is the long opening hours and the space the store offers.

I ordered my kebab with spicy & my wife without spicy. 1. The kebabs were so empty that you could just close the bread. Hardly any meat, a little salad, 1 drop of sauce. I thought it was a children's kebab until I heard the price. 2. The kebabs were swapped. I got the kebab without spicy & my wife couldn't eat her kebab because it was too spicy. (We didn't notice because the hot powder wasn't visible) Only after the kebab was half finished did it get hot and my wife didn't want to eat it anymore. We couldn't swap because I've already eaten everything. 3. My wife and I both weren't full and left with a disappointed hungry stomach and said we would never eat there again. 4. We would have to wait 15 minutes for a seat. 5. My pregnant wife was told to sit next to the smoking area. 6. Quantity over quality. 7. They were very stingy for the price. Conclusion: 1 out of 5 stars.

We had dinner there today with the whole family. We were thrilled by the friendliness and our little one even had a small pizza baked, which also tasted great. It was really nice there and the food was also very good ☺️

Otantik Döner & Pizzahaus impresses above all with its good meat – both beef and chicken taste excellent. The Seele Döner, in particular, remains one of the highlights and, despite a slight decline in quality in recent years, is still among the best in the area. However, there is also room for improvement: The concept and ambiance don't seem entirely well thought out. The entrance area, which runs directly past the counter, in particular, regularly causes clutter and crowds, as customers constantly get in each other's way. Furthermore, the overall quality is declining, while the competition – especially Bam Bam and Haus des Döners – is catching up rapidly. In conclusion: Still a good place with delicious meat, but it would be nice if they could refine the quality and concept a bit to withstand the growing competition!

Doner kebab ordered only with meat is really small. Meat tastes nice and spicy but they try to get the most profit here so I don't recommend it at all!

Otantik is undoubtedly a good kebab shop, and the quality of the food speaks for itself. However, I would like to address an issue I recently experienced that I feel is affecting the atmosphere and customer experience. There was an incident where a store employee argued with me and claimed that I had insulted him. However, this was not the case. The situation escalated to such an extent that the employee was even prepared to use violence to resolve the conflict. Such behavior is unacceptable and can significantly damage customer trust in the business. I understand that stressful situations can arise, but it is crucial that all employees know how to interact with customers professionally and respectfully. The owner should ensure that all employees receive appropriate training to resolve conflicts in a peaceful and respectful manner.

10€ for döner, fries and drink is just too good to be true. Food lives up to the expectations . Service is quick. Best döner kebab in Germany.

The kebab and soul was okay, it used to be better. I find it disappointing that only Coca-Cola products are offered here. There are so many other beverage brands or regional alternatives that you could support. Why only the big corporations? For me it's a minus point, because a variety of drinks is part of good service.

It was the second time there but unfortunately the reception was very unfriendly each time, no greeting, no smile, not even a goodbye. Food didn't taste good either. You won't gain any customers that way, just go to other kebab shops in the future

Because of the great opening times and the possibility of buying something here until early in the morning, we decided on this kebab. Unfortunately the kebab wasn't as expected. The taste was okay, but we found the portion to be rather small for the price. We feel like we get twice the portion of our favorite kebab for the same price. Unfortunately, I was also partially disappointed with the kebab box. The taste itself was good, but the mixing ratio was not good. There was a lot of meat in my box, but also very few fries. Better care should be taken here so that the mixing ratio is 50:50. Luckily we had ordered an extra portion of fries and I knew how to help myself with that. Overall, the taste was good, but the price/performance ratio wasn't right. We would probably buy something here again in an emergency, but otherwise we would opt for a different kebab.

Two stars, but only because 0 doesn't work, we've been waiting for our food for minutes and are constantly overlooked... they don't even have beer in the shop. It's a shame because we arrived in a great mood... unfortunately that's history... And a great vegetarian alternative like Seitan skewer and not just falafel is unfortunately also missing...

In the city where we owe a lot to Lidl and its founder, giving out Aldi ketchup to citizens and customers is a middle finger!

Each time I came here, the food was absolutely delicious.

Staff treats customers very rudely and they push you to be quick in ordering eating and leaving the place. Secondly they are scammers as when I heard my bill amount I felt suspicious and after paying when I asked for bill they didn't give me. While checking menu again hung on the wall they charged me extra. When I went back to clarify rather then admitting their mistake they started making false excuses and didn't even return extra charged. Secondly they are scammers because when I heard the amount of my bill I became suspicious and when I asked for the bill after paying they didn't give it to me. When I double-checked the menu hanging on the wall, they charged me extra. When I went back to clarify, instead of admitting their mistake, they started making false excuses and didn't even charge me extra.

Simply delicious, Nothing else to say. I have been visiting Otantik for years and can highly recommend it. Doner meat very good. Even though it is minced meat, it has a very high meat content and is not stretched with breadcrumbs and stuff like in other shops. The salad is fresh, the sauce is simply an Otantik classic delight. Iskender is only recommended the tomato paste on the meat with the crispy diced bread. Just love. Soul melts like butter. Doner kebab and yufka always with a lot of meat. Bread always freshly baked. What more do you want ? Employees are also very friendly and warm. 5/5 Recommendation

Unfortunately I can't leave a good review. The meat is a disaster, there was too much cartilage 🤢🤮 Sauce even without taste. Service is nice, but what's the point of nice service if the food doesn't taste good 😏

I became aware of the Otantik through a recommendation, have been there several times and am very satisfied. Doner as it should be and a menu that also included new things for me. The other dishes are also simply delicious. Great service, clean store. The Otantik has therefore become a fixed point for me when I am in Heilbronn. Overall, highly recommended!

Abnormal price increase!!! 6€ for a kebab? Sorry, but I find it very bold to simply charge €2 more for the same quality. And don't tell me about Corona or the Ukraine war, the price increase has absolutely nothing to do with that?! Therefore you are rid of me as a customer.

Der Laden war eine Zeit lang sehr gut, ist etwas abgefallen aber hat sich nun wieder gefangen. (Letzte Rezension dazu vor einem Jahr) Die Preise sind für einen Dönerladen in Ordnung, Mitarbeiter freundlich und genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten hat man auch. Geschmacklich ist es meiner Meinung nach ein guter Döner in Heilbronn, jedoch leider ein wenig klein. Wenn man mehr Hunger hat ist eine Seele zu empfehlen oder eventuell auch 2 Döner.

Sehr leckere Seele, mit die Beste der ganzen Region. Yufka, sowie Dönerpizza auch sehr lecker. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tische immer sehr sauber. Lange Öffnungszeiten. Parken ist manchmal schwierig aber im Hinterhof gibt es paar Parkplätze. Preis/Leistung stimmt aufjedenfall!
