Edit: After a year we tried it again and it was worlds better. The food was good, the staff was super nice. Now we would like to come back. The restaurant itself is really nice and I've enjoyed going there many times, but today's experience means I definitely won't be coming back. I think it's nice that you're asked beforehand if you want the patty through, then bringing the wrong food can happen, then on the second attempt you find a patty that was simply raw on the inside is really absurd in my opinion. Letting the waiter insult you with fake friendliness when paying - you would have asked on the second attempt if everything was OK and you could have said something in our place (a minute after the food came, we couldn't eat that quickly to complain about something straight away) is more than inappropriate. The dishes were also better before the change, but that's not even the point I would have complained about.

After spending a beautiful sunny afternoon on Rose Monday in Westfalenpark after a long journey, we wanted to finish off by enjoying a coffee on the terrace. Unfortunately, as soon as we entered this café, we were not noticed by the first waiter waiting at the door and the second waiter, annoyed and scowling, said that he had no seats available outside, only inside, so we left this restaurant in shock. Unfortunately, this was the only café open in the park that day. It's understandable that more and more people head to this café when the weather is nice. It's a shame that you don't even get a friendly hello. You shouldn't be so annoying towards customers or guests, even if you have unexpected stress.

It was very cold in the restaurant, the service seemed a bit listless, the furnishings looked very old and worn and it wasn't clean either. The shelf next to our table was very dusty. The food was very, very hot and the two steaks were completely fried because the chicken is totally dried out. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I won't go there again
