A very cozy and professionally run restaurant with excellent food and very friendly service. The service is very welcoming. The food is always top-notch. I especially recommend the Angus steak and the burgers. But the carpaccio and the beef salad are also superb. The entire atmosphere is very cozy and inviting. I've been there many times and always enjoy coming back!

The atmosphere is great and the food is delicious. The service is sometimes a bit odd, but you can overlook that. It sometimes seems like they do whatever they want. The drinks and the food are really top-notch.

We go here often; the food has always been good, and we've tried many dishes from the menu. They also frequently have seasonal specials. The staff is always friendly. We always enjoy coming here.

Five days ago, I went to the restaurant with a friend late in the afternoon for something to eat and a cocktail. The food was okay, the portions were tasty and generous. The cocktails, however, were more than disappointing. €8.20 per cocktail, with far too much ice and hardly any alcohol in them, isn't right in my opinion. Even after we made a comment, the waitress told us that the cocktails met the regulations. I certainly wouldn't pay €8.20 for a fruit juice spritzer; I'll only drink beer there from now on. The staff, on the other hand, are attentive and friendly.

Went there for dinner. We celebrated my birthday there. The service and food were very good. The homemade lemonades are also very good. Bring an appetite; the portions are generous. I had a Caesar salad and was full.

Sorry, but today I paid €14.90 for a chicken breast fillet (approx. 180g) without a side dish. Impossibly, much, much, much too expensive. It was delicious, OK, but my side dish cost another €4.50. Sorry, charging €14.90 for a small piece of meat without a side dish is pretty outrageous. Never again! If the side dish were included in the price, OK, but so unbelievable. Answer: Since I don't know how to respond to the comment, I'll happily do it again. Yes, the prices are transparent. But that doesn't mean I think they're reasonable! We were there with a group. Steak and burgers without a side dish were also overpriced. And as I said, of course I could have had something else, but I find it more than cheeky to charge €14.90 for a dry, small piece of meat without sauce or a side dish. Simply abysmal, sorry 🤣. The other dishes were also simply too expensive. Sauces and side dishes had to be paid for separately. Too bad I didn't take a photo. I find it impossible, and the taste is useless. I won't be coming back, and I think many others won't either. Good luck, it was delicious, but sorry. The price/performance ratio is definitely not justified here.

Very delicious food! I've been there many, many times with friends, family, and work colleagues. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer for the food, but otherwise, it's great!

A lovely restaurant by the cinema. The menu has something for everyone, from fries and salad to pizza, burgers, homemade bread, and dessert. The cocktail list is also quite appealing. I didn't like the peach punch, though. It was too sour and lacked alcohol. Despite the large number of guests, we didn't wait long for service or, later, for our food.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the food because it didn't happen. If you ask for a table, you're seated to the side. Guests who arrive after you and begin with the sentence "We don't have a reservation, but..." are seated immediately. When asked, the server explains, "You have a reservation." Which, as you could clearly hear beforehand, was a lie... No thanks.

The food, service, and prices are completely out of sync. At best, this place is on the level of a chip shop with frozen schnitzels, etc.

Friendly service, delicious food and drinks. There are various burgers, pizzas, steaks, salads, and many different side dishes to choose from. A small selection of desserts (tiramisu, creme brulee, two different ice cream flavors), all delicious! Highly recommended homemade lemonade. This is our second time there and we'd love to come back.

We went there for lunch yesterday. The food was delicious. My husband's pizza was a bit light on toppings, but still tasty. But the service was poor. I went to the counter myself and ordered drinks. There were only four other tables occupied outside, including ours. One table had already been cleared, at least since we arrived. The table was already empty when we arrived.

After a long search as a hungry tourist, this was the only restaurant that appealed to us and we were not disappointed...great food, friendly staff and great atmosphere...highly recommended

I ate here with my two daughters after the cinema, and I have to say we loved it. The staff was super friendly, our order was taken, and it arrived pretty quickly. All in all, we would go here again.

A great restaurant, even a great place to take kids. The bowl was delicious, and there were puzzles and coloring pictures for the kids. It's nice that there's something like that in Germany, too. Unfortunately, it's quite rare.

Very tasty food, but with an outside temperature of 27°C, it was much too warm and stuffy inside. They must have skimped on the air conditioning 😱. Sure, we could have sat outside, but with a severe weather warning in place, it was too risky.

The service and ambiance are excellent. The speed was incredibly good. I'd never experienced anything like it before, and I'd only heard good things beforehand. Unfortunately, I found the taste to be only "okay." The chicken burger had a standard chicken patty like you'd find at Burger King, and at over €12, it's just not okay for me. Especially when the menu offers chicken fillet and steak on the next page. The vegan burger was far better, and I also appreciated the beef burger.

The food is delicious and despite the rush hour (before the cinema show) they manage to avoid long waiting times.

On May 17, 2025, we were at the 2 Brüder again. Earlier in the week, we reserved a table for three at 7 p.m. We arrived on time, but the table wasn't ready. The table was then wiped down with a wet cloth, so we were seated at a wet one. The chairs were all covered in food. That was completely unacceptable. The food was OK and the service very polite. However, during happy hour, there was suddenly no waiter available. Hygiene and service should be reconsidered.

Pretty good veggie burger with almost perfect fries. In terms of price, well, not exactly cheap... However, the service was absolutely perfect. Super friendly and attentive staff. Two thumbs up for this! We'd love to come back.

The ambience is nice, the staff friendly. The food, in this case burgers, is good (simply good, absolutely nothing special). Unfortunately, the prices are not justified at all, which simply leads to a large deduction in this regard. For a burger that costs over €15, I expect either a full menu or a truly outstanding, absolutely brilliant burger. A fairly simple burger with a small portion of side dishes and mayonaise (yes, you pay over €1 for mayonnaise that was clearly not put into a bowl before ordering) costs over €20. If you combine the visit with the cinema and are simply hungry - fine. If you're expecting a great burger and the food and/or value for money is your priority - avoid it and stop in the nearby area.

Great place to buy coffee and some other random imported things. Often it's absolutely packed with people so prepare yourself!

I reserved a table for the engagement today with the sign that it was an engagement and I was asked to decorate the table because you can specify this when making online reservations. We arrive and nothing has been done, a table in the last corner and then we are asked if it is okay that there is a dog next to us, which I personally find absolutely disgusting. I have absolutely nothing against dogs, but for me they don't belong in a restaurant. The topic of the table and the decorations wasn't even addressed. I feel absolutely ripped off and the evening has gone to hell!!! Thanks for that, two brothers! For me you weren't worth another visit and that's why we didn't eat anything and left the restaurant...

Right next to the cinema you can enjoy pizza, burgers and the like in a great atmosphere. Great ambience, delicious food and friendly service complete the offer. We would love to come back again.

The pizza was delicious, as were the cocktails/homemade lemonades, but the aioli was very garlicky, already unpleasant. For a starter I found the “bread with dip” a bit bland. I can eat a few cold slices of bread at home, especially for the price. If only the bread had at least been warmed up... Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for our food and the service could really be more attentive. We had to reorder the drinks ourselves after no one came to look after 15-20 minutes. I generally find 3-4 different service staff for one table to be too many and it seemed rather disorganized (see reordering drinks)... It's a shame, but at least the food was good, but be prepared for a longer wait :)

Edit: After a year we tried it again and it was worlds better. The food was good, the staff was super nice. Now we would like to come back. The restaurant itself is really nice and I've enjoyed going there many times, but today's experience means I definitely won't be coming back. I think it's nice that you're asked beforehand if you want the patty through, then bringing the wrong food can happen, then on the second attempt you find a patty that was simply raw on the inside is really absurd in my opinion. Letting the waiter insult you with fake friendliness when paying - you would have asked on the second attempt if everything was OK and you could have said something in our place (a minute after the food came, we couldn't eat that quickly to complain about something straight away) is more than inappropriate. The dishes were also better before the change, but that's not even the point I would have complained about.

The food took a very long time. For cold dishes over 1 hour. It was still very tasty. But the price is completely disproportionate. Service was nice but not particularly attentive. So unfortunately we won't be coming back

The service was impeccable, friendly, quick and you felt very welcome as a guest. The acoustics were a bit loud as it was quite busy. The only thing I complain about is the shaped meat on the chicken burger, which in my opinion is not possible for a very expensive dish.

We have eaten here several times. It's always delicious. The service is attentive and friendly. The burgers are very tasty. The pizza is also recommended. The unusual thing is that you cut the pizza with scissors. The pulled pork burger could use a little more sauce. Otherwise delicious as always.

The food was great and tasted even better because of the good price. The drinks were perfect too. I myself had a Pizza Diavolo and a Tequila Sunrise. The pizza was pleasantly spicy, the dough was appropriately thin and crispy, it met my taste exactly. The drink was nice and fruity. The waiter was friendly and liked me. The atmosphere was also very relaxed. The music was at a good volume and when you were in conversation it faded into the background. The store itself looked high quality and had a very chic feel.

The waitresses were all very nice and the atmosphere was really nice too. I think it's ideal for drinking cocktails. Going out to eat... well. The starter was the best, but unfortunately it had parmesan cheese, even though the description said it was vegetarian. The pizza was completely full of oil (dripping) and hardly seasoned. Burgers were also pretty average. Lastly, the ice cream portion was very small for the price. (4.5€ for 2 small or one scoop of ice cream). What was best were the drinks.

Nice restaurant right in the cinema, good selection of food and drinks. The staff could be a little quicker, but otherwise everything was satisfactory.

Very large restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately I can't recommend the vegetarian burger. The buns tasted cheap and sticky, the patty was boring as was the overall taste. Unfortunately, the selection for vegetarians is not large and for vegans it is non-existent. Others in our group liked it. It's probably a matter of taste. The drinks are good, the cocktails are decent. In this respect, only a conditional recommendation.

We have eaten at Zwei-Brüder in Alsdorf several times, whether with or without a visit to the cinema. The restaurant is not a 3-star gourmet temple but a meeting place to chat and have fun together. The dishes are put together accordingly and are always very tasty. The staff is always friendly and attentive, but never intrusive. We always enjoy being there.

Unfortunately, there is no carbonation in soft drinks because the reason is that they come from the tap. Unfortunately it doesn't work or it should be on the card otherwise it would be fine.

Even without a reservation we still got a table. The service is very friendly, the food we ordered came very quickly and was very tasty 😋

Food is good. But what doesn't work at all are all the additional paid items. The fries are charged separately for the burger, even the chili oil for the pizza is charged additionally. Something like that is dubious.

Yesterday we had guests there with around 20 people and held our Christmas party. The first shock was that we were sitting separately. We didn't have a shared table! We then wanted to find a solution for this, but we were told that we weren't allowed to push the table into an L shape because otherwise the passage to the warehouse would be blocked, and we weren't even allowed to use the back area, which had been unused the whole time. We then squeezed the tables together and somehow positioned ourselves on them. The food was really delicious, there's nothing wrong with that. But unfortunately the waitress came at 9:10 p.m. and offered us the last round. Opening hours are until 10 p.m. And we didn't get any more drinks after that. They also wanted to cash in on us directly. That's really sad when you consider that you look forward to it all year and then it's thrown off so quickly. You really had the feeling that you were disturbing me. Unfortunately, people hardly asked if you wanted something to drink. They really ruined our evening. Really a shame

Spacious restaurant with a large menu. The service was very friendly. We were there with three children and it was a shame when the adults got their food and the children had to wait a little longer. We had specially ordered the burger for a child without sauce or salad etc. and it came with ketchup. We complained about this and the service was very attentive. In the kitchen the ketchup was simply scraped down. Unfortunately there is no solution for the child. At some point we wanted to eat and not complain again and then removed the second patty. Too bad. The portions were very large but tasty.

I was very disappointed that this restaurant was so hyped. The chair cushions were dirty and worn. I could hardly taste any of the homemade burger sauce on the burger because it was probably only applied minimally. For the money, I'd rather go somewhere else next time.

We had to wait over an hour for the main course. During that time there was no waiter anywhere to take care of the guests sitting in the back! When we asked when the main course would come, we were told the following: "The thing is, you have to let us know when you're finished with the starter." I've never heard a statement like that before. It doesn't work at all! Never again!

Great food, which comes quite promptly. The waiters are friendly & very accommodating. Especially the young gentleman, who is very communicative - is very pleasant/entertaining

Had dinner today and ordered 3 salads. Salad totally tasteless, bread that was included was only thawed and was completely dry. It literally tasted like nothing. The radishes were dried out and when I asked if they could have a few olives with them, they said it wouldn't work. When I said that unfortunately the food wouldn't taste good, all I got was a simple "I'm sorry." Food was hardly touched. Too bad. The response to this review is just as bad as the food.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed today, the burgers were all burnt and more than well done, as was the bun. The fries didn't taste the same as they did back then either. Please take this feedback to heart and see what your employees are doing

We have always enjoyed staying at Zwei Brüder and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately things looked different yesterday. It started with the homemade lemonade, which only tasted like mineral water with lemon slices and hardly like lemonade, continued with very diluted salad dressing (for all 3 salads) and you could hardly speak of chicken breast strips or beef strips, that was more than puny which was served for 15 or 17 euros. That looked different, we eat these salads more often. All in all, yesterday's meal seemed like a cost-cutting measure and so not only did the taste suffer (so far I've never had to add seasoning - unfortunately I did yesterday) but unfortunately also the satiety. Guys, you've always been great, what's going on with you right now? I just hope the chef had a bad day yesterday. We'll try again soon, but if nothing improves, unfortunately we won't be coming back. PS - there is still room for improvement in the quality of the espresso and the capacity of the Gin Tanne as well.

Everything is super organized! The quality is also great. The prices are reasonable. One thing regarding the burger, maybe you shouldn't just put the toppings underneath. Especially when two patties are ordered, the cucumbers and onions go down a lot. It's been sued at a high level. Thank you

The Zwei Brüder restaurant impresses with delicious food that tastes excellent. However, the prices are slightly higher in comparison, which spoils the enjoyment a little. Despite the slightly higher price range, the visit is worth it as the dishes are deliciously prepared and the fresh ingredients speak for themselves. The staff is friendly, attentive and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The beautiful ambience is particularly positive - tastefully furnished, the restaurant offers a cozy setting for a relaxing evening. Overall, a successful visit.

All in all, a stable midfield. The burgers are m.M. too expensive. The selection is fine.

There were three of us there for dinner. All three of us had a burger. Unfortunately, this wasn't as hoped. Ordered medium - got it completely cooked through and dry. Even the drop of sauce on the burger couldn't save it. It's a shame!!!! The fries were ok. Regarding the drinks, I have to say that we had two different cocktails (at happy hour). One was ok, the other (Long Island) didn't taste good to all of us. The service was absolutely fine, quick and friendly. The restaurant was quite full and therefore there was a relatively high level of noise - but that's okay and normal.

The positive first: we have been there several times and the food has been really good so far. Unfortunately, points are deducted immensely when it comes to service. If you just want to have a drink there, you have to wait forever and three days before you can place your order. Today (9/17/24) we sat there for a whopping 20 minutes - and service didn't even come to us - that's not possible at all. My hand movements were also skillfully ignored. We ended up leaving again as the start of the movie was getting closer. In the future we will have our pre-drinks in the Cinetower hall and avoid this restaurant or only visit it if we want to eat something.

If something accidentally falls out of your pockets, expect the unfriendly staff to say we threw it in the trash and say thank you for nothing

Ich hab das Restaurant noch gar nicht besucht, aber die Ignoranz und Kundenunfreundlichkeit zeigt sich schon bei der Reservierung. Auf der Webseite gibt es nur die Möglichkeit einen Drittanbieter mit seinen privaten Daten füttern zu müssen um eine Reservierung zu bekommen. Was denken sich solche Restaurants wer die sind, was kommt als nächstes DNA und Organspendeausweis? Wie auch immer, telefonisch niemand erreichbar nur Ansage, die wieder nur auf Drittanbieterreservierung hinweist. Insofern.... KEIN INTERESSE

Nice atmosphere, good food and friendly staff. A pizza, a burger with fries, 4 drinks 50 euros. That's pretty steep.

Unfortunately not at all satisfactory… Tried it out based on the good reviews and unfortunately didn't find it to be good... Burger was not medium rare as ordered, but completely cooked through, the cheese was barely melted and the fries were very salty and the drinks had no carbonation whatsoever. You could see that one or two of the service staff were no longer interested. It's a shame, but unfortunately it won't happen again.

I really loved the “Two Brothers” restaurant! As soon as you enter, you immediately feel at home - the stylish and cozy ambience creates the perfect atmosphere for a special evening. The service is simply top: super friendly, attentive and pleasantly unobtrusive. The food was absolutely fantastic! Every dish was a real treat and so beautifully prepared that you almost didn't want to eat it. The ingredients are of the best quality and you can taste that the food here is prepared with a lot of love. Sure, it's not cheap, but it's absolutely worth every cent. If you want to treat yourself, “Two Brothers” is exactly the right place. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We ate here again after a few years. The service was great, as was a cozy, clean environment. I had the Schmackfatz pizza, topped with steak strips, cocktail tomatoes and lamb's lettuce. It was delicious, but the topping was 3 cocktail tomatoes. 5 small strips of steak, and pretty much topped with salad. For almost 18 euros, despite the difficult times, I won't order them again.

A generally nice restaurant with very attentive service, but unfortunately rather unsuitable for vegans, as there is very little choice of vegan options, so you unfortunately end up having to choose a salad. Unfortunately, the menu is a bit misleading with the V marking whether it could be purely vegetarian or vegan food.

We like to eat here before going to the cinema. It doesn't really matter whether it's burgers, pizza (cutting with scissors, very fun) or appetizers. We have never been disappointed. Price/performance is also ok. The service friendly and quick. You should make reservations on weekends and evenings.

The food was quite good so far, but unfortunately there was no vegan selection. But the staff was extremely friendly and tried to help wherever possible. The scissors that are used to cut the pizza are also creative and work great.

Chicken burger for €12 worse than at McDonalds Never again!

The bottle of water for EUR 7 comes from the tap (not declared on the menu) and the salads cannot be changed, even for an additional charge. We ended up not eating anything. Certainly good for drinks before a movie.

Kurzfassung; ich habe den veganen Burger gewählt und nach einmal probieren reklamiert! Weil der Fleischersatz für mich roh wirkte und keinesfalls appetitlich aussah und dementsprechend schlecht geschmeckt hat. Daraufhin wurde die Servicekraft etwas pampig und versuchte mir zu erklären dass, das rote an dem burgerfleisch, rote beete sei. Ich versuchte ihr zu erklären, dass es nirgendwo auf der Karte beschrieben sei und ich vom Geschmack den Cheeseburger erwartet habe, wie auch in der Karte beschrieben! Bei der Zahlung wurde daraufhin DREISTER WEISE auch noch erwartet dass ich den ungenießbaren Bürger zahle!!!!!! Und zudem wurde mir unterstellt, ich hätte ihn zur Hälfte aufgegessen! Die schichtleitung entschuldigte sich für das aufkommen im Nachhinein, als er sah, nach meiner mehrmaligen Aufforderungen, den Bürger bitte einmal zu besichtigen. Da sah er ein, das davon kaum was gegessen wurde! SO GEHT MAN NICHT MIT SEINEN KUNDEN UM!! ich war nicht das erste mal dort aber definitiv ein letztes mal! Hier gehe ich nicht mehr hin und werde es auch niemandem empfehlen!! Die Qualität hat super abgenommen, sowas habe ich schon lange nicht erlebt und ich bin niemand, der für Kleinigkeiten Stress verursacht! Sehr schade!

We ate very tasty food. I had the French one, a burger with Camembert. Furthermore, 2x the (I think it was called that) Caribbean burger and once the salad with strips of beef fillet. The staff was very on the ball and extremely friendly.
