Unfortunately not at all satisfactory… Tried it out based on the good reviews and unfortunately didn't find it to be good... Burger was not medium rare as ordered, but completely cooked through, the cheese was barely melted and the fries were very salty and the drinks had no carbonation whatsoever. You could see that one or two of the service staff were no longer interested. It's a shame, but unfortunately it won't happen again.

I really loved the “Two Brothers” restaurant! As soon as you enter, you immediately feel at home - the stylish and cozy ambience creates the perfect atmosphere for a special evening. The service is simply top: super friendly, attentive and pleasantly unobtrusive. The food was absolutely fantastic! Every dish was a real treat and so beautifully prepared that you almost didn't want to eat it. The ingredients are of the best quality and you can taste that the food here is prepared with a lot of love. Sure, it's not cheap, but it's absolutely worth every cent. If you want to treat yourself, “Two Brothers” is exactly the right place. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We ate here again after a few years. The service was great, as was a cozy, clean environment. I had the Schmackfatz pizza, topped with steak strips, cocktail tomatoes and lamb's lettuce. It was delicious, but the topping was 3 cocktail tomatoes. 5 small strips of steak, and pretty much topped with salad. For almost 18 euros, despite the difficult times, I won't order them again.

A generally nice restaurant with very attentive service, but unfortunately rather unsuitable for vegans, as there is very little choice of vegan options, so you unfortunately end up having to choose a salad. Unfortunately, the menu is a bit misleading with the V marking whether it could be purely vegetarian or vegan food.

We like to eat here before going to the cinema. It doesn't really matter whether it's burgers, pizza (cutting with scissors, very fun) or appetizers. We have never been disappointed. Price/performance is also ok. The service friendly and quick. You should make reservations on weekends and evenings.

The food was quite good so far, but unfortunately there was no vegan selection. But the staff was extremely friendly and tried to help wherever possible. The scissors that are used to cut the pizza are also creative and work great.

Chicken burger for €12 worse than at McDonalds Never again!

The bottle of water for EUR 7 comes from the tap (not declared on the menu) and the salads cannot be changed, even for an additional charge. We ended up not eating anything. Certainly good for drinks before a movie.

Kurzfassung; ich habe den veganen Burger gewählt und nach einmal probieren reklamiert! Weil der Fleischersatz für mich roh wirkte und keinesfalls appetitlich aussah und dementsprechend schlecht geschmeckt hat. Daraufhin wurde die Servicekraft etwas pampig und versuchte mir zu erklären dass, das rote an dem burgerfleisch, rote beete sei. Ich versuchte ihr zu erklären, dass es nirgendwo auf der Karte beschrieben sei und ich vom Geschmack den Cheeseburger erwartet habe, wie auch in der Karte beschrieben! Bei der Zahlung wurde daraufhin DREISTER WEISE auch noch erwartet dass ich den ungenießbaren Bürger zahle!!!!!! Und zudem wurde mir unterstellt, ich hätte ihn zur Hälfte aufgegessen! Die schichtleitung entschuldigte sich für das aufkommen im Nachhinein, als er sah, nach meiner mehrmaligen Aufforderungen, den Bürger bitte einmal zu besichtigen. Da sah er ein, das davon kaum was gegessen wurde! SO GEHT MAN NICHT MIT SEINEN KUNDEN UM!! ich war nicht das erste mal dort aber definitiv ein letztes mal! Hier gehe ich nicht mehr hin und werde es auch niemandem empfehlen!! Die Qualität hat super abgenommen, sowas habe ich schon lange nicht erlebt und ich bin niemand, der für Kleinigkeiten Stress verursacht! Sehr schade!

We ate very tasty food. I had the French one, a burger with Camembert. Furthermore, 2x the (I think it was called that) Caribbean burger and once the salad with strips of beef fillet. The staff was very on the ball and extremely friendly.

We eat here regularly, even with the children. The food is always delicious and the service is more than friendly. Highly recommended: the pastramie sandwich, which has finally become an integral part of the menu.

The Zwei Brüder Restaurant in Alsdorf has been one of my favorites for years. I used to love the burger there, but the recipe has since been changed and I no longer like it. However, the team showed true customer focus by responding to guest feedback and reintroducing the original recipe. As a token of appreciation, the next burger was on the house – a really great gesture! The staff is always friendly and attentive, the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is very inviting. I always enjoy coming here and can highly recommend the restaurant.

I've eaten there several times, it's always been very good and the service has been friendly. I rarely complain. But the last two times it was a disaster. The service was like always very friendly. But what was delivered from the kitchen was a disaster. When we ordered a fillet of beef 200 gr medium, we were given a more than dry fillet of a maximum of 120 gr. After we complained, a new one was prepared. The side dishes remained at the table. 20 minutes later it was cut again. The side dishes were already there eaten and everyone else was finished too. From a restaurant like this, I can expect that, firstly, it will be noticed when it is served that the steak is not okay and secondly, the entire menu will usually be re-finished. Another option would have been not to charge for the side dishes. For the second menu, a hamburger with homemade burger sauce was ordered, which was just a remoulade sauce. Homemade does not mean homemade, so it is possible to add a remoulade sauce to the hamburger sauce. What a shame!!!! Nevertheless, thanks to the service staff

I was there yesterday and I'm more than thrilled, the food is delicious and looks great too! I'm generally very picky when it comes to food, but the Zwei Brüder restaurant completely won me over! Kudos to the kitchen and also to the service staff, who were very accommodating and friendly! You definitely deserve the 5 stars 😁

I've been there twice now and both times were very nice! The cocktails are delicious and the food tastes really great too! The prices are absolutely right for the sizes! You can't go wrong spending an evening there. 🥰

We had super tasty burgers. The petty was medium as ordered. The dips for the sweet potato fries were also very tasty. Regarding the service, it was very accommodating and very friendly. When we're close again, we would eat there again.

Stylish restaurant in Alsdorf with a simple menu and a friendly crowd.

I came to dinner at this restaurant with a group of 7 friends. We didn't have a reservation but we still haven't had any problems coming in for dinner unexpectedly. Very good service, with good beers and some local drinks that I show in the photos and very good food. I recommend it to everyone who passes through the area.

The food was very tasty and the service was extremely friendly. Prices in restaurants are becoming more expensive everywhere. Unfortunately here too. You have to be aware that for a burger + side dish + dip you can quickly end up at just under €20. With dessert and a few drinks you can quickly reach €30-40 per person.

My absolute favorite restaurant!!! I've probably been there 40-50 times now and have never been disappointed. No matter what you order - whether it's a burger, salad, steak, pizza - it's always super good. Great ambience, friendly service, reasonable waiting time, fair prices - what more could you want!? Always worth a visit! Simply great! Keep it up!!!

Spent a lovely evening with friends. A lovely atmosphere and tasty food. All friendly service staff and fast service.

"Unfortunately the photos had to be deleted"... Meat lovers: stay away from Iberico. What is listed and advertised under steaks (see photo) is just a chop/carree or frenched rack. But even here there is no Iberico note and no grilled or roasted aromas. My girlfriend and I (barbecue fans and meat lovers) didn't want a burger this time, but rather a delicious piece of meat that was a little reminiscent of summer. That's why we chose the Iberico. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a complete mistake. I don't want to go into the differences between the meat here; my friend did that extensively with the owner, who unfortunately just talked his way out of it and justified it. The fact is that it was listed under steaks and our expectations were different. For me it's more about the lack of effort towards customer satisfaction. The visibly overwhelmed service staff made no effort to accommodate us in any way, be it by expressing regret or by offering a drink or dessert. Nothing more would have been necessary to stop us from such a review! But the fact that she instead asked at the end whether we "at least liked the rosemary potatoes" was the last straw. We probably won't eat here anymore. A pity. But luckily we have a good alternative where you can sit outside even in summer: Living in Ofden. Great service, delicious food! Very great restaurant. I strongly recommend making a reservation here as it is always busy. The food tastes very tasty and the portions are good. The staff is extremely friendly, fond of children and helpful. We'll definitely come here to eat here often with the whole family :)

The taste of the burgers was good. But......when you come in the ambience is airy and spacious, but further back in the restaurant it becomes very narrow and the background noise accordingly. You sit very close to other guests. At first you are pleasantly surprised, a cheeseburger costs €12.90, but you also have to have the sweet potato fries at €4.90 and mayo at €1.20!!! Buy extra and a cheeseburger costs €19 😳 Plus drinks and dessert “Klein & Gut” for two people = €70 For a burger after the cinema in an atmosphere like a small fast food restaurant? The restaurant could have been designed much better and so could the prices. The ice cream tasted very good.

We ate here as a family after a visit to Energeticon. The selection was really great and there was something for every taste. We received a very friendly welcome here and we were also impressed by the atmosphere. The food was also very good, so it was a thoroughly successful visit.

Orders were mixed up several times and then the guest felt like it was their own fault. Bacon tough and dry.

It was only through initiative on our part that we were even welcomed. With a teenage child we were obviously not welcome. Half the restaurant was empty, but apparently there was no room for my child and me. After us, a couple without a reservation came in and were seated. A pity.

The burgers are ok. In general, however, the food is only lukewarm. I also find it quite expensive. You don't get complete menus. You have to order and pay for each part individually. The whole thing becomes correspondingly expensive. The service/staff is not exactly the fastest team. The locations are functional... but nothing more. I won't eat there anymore.

Unfortunately, the customer's request was not taken into account. I wanted to order a butterfly cut beef fillet. Was not possible !!!! But no reason was given for this. Then we just paid for the drinks and left. Not good customer service

Unfortunately, the food couldn't be served to us as we wanted because the kitchen refused to make a butterfly cut on the fillet. The waitress was very nice! We then only had the drinks. It's a shame but if the kitchen refuses to prepare the meat the way I like it then they should put a grill on the table.

Really disappointing. By far the worst veggie burger I've ever had. Smelled very unpleasant and tasted of iron... although the meat substitute was obviously left on the plate, there was no need to ask if there was anything wrong with the food. Never again and very expensive for something that smells like cat food……

Wir waren gestern mit Freunden dort. Jeder hatte etwas anderes und unsere Freundin wegen gesundheitlichen Problemen noch Sonderwünsche. Hervorragend souverän, professionell, freundlich und kompetent war der Service. Das Essen sehr lecker. Preis war dafür ok. Ambiente war mir zu sehr auf Fast-Food getrimmt, nur etwas edler. Egal, das Essen und der Service hat sehr positiv überzogen. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Ganz ehrlich total überteuertes Essen was Nichteinmal Qualitativ enstsprechend schmeckt. Extra Preise für jede Kleinigkeit. Die Burger sind teilweise schlechter als in einem Imbiss. Soße/dip schmeckt abgestanden. Bei einem Burger und einer Pizza ist man schnell bei 40€. Essen sättigt ebenfalls nicht

Zwei mal dort gewesen und zwei mal war das Essen nicht gut. Von kalten Pommes bis zu einem Burger der meines Erachtens fade und Gefühlt mit keiner Sauce bestrichen war. Service war nett, gut sieht es dort auch aus aber was Thema essen betrifft würde ich mir etwas anderes suchen.

Ich kann euch endlich wieder jedem empfehlen!!!! ALTE BEWERTUNG!!!! Wir sind die letzten 4 Jahre immer so gern bei euch Essen gewesen. Ihr hattet die besten Burger. Aber mit eurer neuen Karte, dem neuen Pattys von Zimmermann habt ihr uns leider verjagt. Aber ganz ehrlich, die jetzige Qualität von den Burgern ist den Preis nicht mehr wert. Das war es für uns erstmal gewesen. Ich hoffe, in Zukunft wird da nochmal nachgebessert, dann kann ich auch wieder mehr Sterne geben.

Leider war mein Besuch hier durchweg enttäuschend. A) Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem langsam und schienen viele Aufgaben mit Leichtigkeit zu nehmen. B) Die Atmosphäre war viel zu unruhig und störte die Entspannung. C) Die Lautstärke, verursacht durch laute Gespräche, trug zusätzlich zur Unannehmlichkeit bei. Insgesamt hinterließ der schlechte Service einen negativen Eindruck. Hoffe auf Verbesserungen in der Zukunft.

Ich möchte festhalten, daß der Abend leider eine Katastrophe war. Beginnend mit einem total überforderten Servicepersonal,die teils 30min für ein Getränk brauchten und auch noch patzig und unfreundlich wurden! Auch wenn Inhaber hierauf wieder antworten wird, das Sie hierzu ein Recht hätten, so muss ich Ihm leider widersprechen! Ich habe selbst 20 Jahre Gastronomieerfahrung und der Kunde hat immer Recht und unfreundlichkeit dem Gast gegenüber geht ganz und garnicht und ist absolut unprofessionell! Dem nicht genug, wurden trotz der vor Wochen schon vorbestellen Speisen, diese nicht so serviert, wie Sie bestellt wurden oder gänzlich vergessen! Die Fritten so stellten mehrere Kollegen fest, hatten einen fischigen Beigeschmack, als ob man vorher Fischspeisen im Fett hatte. Auf Nachfrage beim "freundlichen" Kellner ob man bitte für den Salat Essog und Öl bekommen könne, da das Dressing nicht schmecken würde, bekamen wir zur Antwort Nein und wenn würde dies Aufpreis kosten! Ich empfand dies als echte Unverschämtheit auch als nach Pfeffer und Salz gefragt wurde und man gesagt bekam, die Speisen wären genug gewürzt! Entschuldigung aber dies hat nicht mehr mit guten Service zutun als eher die Gäste zu schikanieren und zu vergraulen!! Zum guten Schluss wurden wir gebeten das Lokal zu verlassen, aufgrund irgendwelchen angeblichen Äußerungen die absolut Haltlos sind, da diese nie gefallen sind! Gerne sind wir aber dann sofort gegangen! Danke aber wiederkommen werde ich sicherlich nicht!

Essen hat noch nie enttäuscht, aber der Service läuft leider nicht immer so gut. Irgendwann wird man gefühlt eik wenig ignoriert oder Getränke kommen erst bei nochmaligen Nachfragen.

Leckere und ausgefallene Gerichte zu fairen Preisen. Tolles Ambiente und freundlicher Service. Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Ambiente und die Atmosphäre waren wirklich schön und gemütlich und man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und schnell bedient und das Essen war absolut super! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Abend und können das Restaurant nur empfehlen :) Wir haben reserviert und würden das auch empfehlen, gerade am Wochenende ist es doch sehr gut besucht.

Sehr gutes Restaurant zum Burger und Steak Essen. Gute Auswahl an Burger Variationen mit verschiedenen Saucen und auch der Möglichkeit noch individuelle Zutaten zu ergänzen. Größe der Burger war okay und geschmacklich ganz hervorragend. Preislich im Rahmen. Personal war auf Zack und das Essen kam ziemlich schnell obwohl es recht voll war. Kann man weiter empfehlen.

Sehr sehr schönes Restaurant mit super Lage. Lässtbsixhboerfekr mit Kino kombinieren. Das Essen hat jedes Mal hervorragend geschmeckt, die Bedienung sind immer zu vorkommend und freundlich.

Essen war sehr lecker. Für mich schon etwas außergewöhnliche Kombis und Arten von Menüs.

Ich war eigentlich immer zufrieden, aber seltsamerweise ist die Pizza jetzt rund... was natürlich den Geschmack nicht verändert, doch das Ceasardressing auf der Pizza Ceasar scheint jetzt ein anderes zu sein. Meine lieblings Pizza, schmeckt jetzt anders, irgendwie cremiger, es fehlt dadurch irgendwie an frische... liegt schwer im Magen. Werde demnächst nochmal testen ob meine Geschmacksnerven einen schlechten Tag hatten oder es auf einmal doch nicht mehr meine Lieblingspizza ist.

Wie immer sehr gutes Essen, die Burger sind sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich war mit meinem Partner das erste mal dort, die Atmosphäre war toll.Tische um uns herum waren bei Ankunft um 18:30Uhr bis auf zwei mit einmal zwei Leuten und einmal acht Leuten alle frei. Direkt haben wir Getränke bestellt und als diese gebracht wurden auch sofort Vorspeise (Bruchetta) und Hauptessen(Burger mit Pommes und eine Pizza). In der nächsten halben Stunde wurde es immer voller. Zeitnah bekamen die Tische um uns herum ihr Essen. Der Nachbartisch in unter 10Minuten, aber auch nur eins und das andere dauerte wesentlich länger. Gegen 19:30Uhr habe ich nachgefragt wo denn die Vorspeise bleiben würde. Die Antwort war "oh da muss ich mal nachschauen"," Es dauert noch 5 Minuten, das Brot backt noch".Als Entschuldigung würden sie die Vorspeise von der Rechnung nehmen. Aus 5 Minuten wurden weitere 15 Minuten. Bei bringen der Vorspeise wurde sich entschuldigt und ich sagte noch "naja so lange der Hauptgang jetzt nicht genau so lange dauert".Dies wurde versprochen das es nicht so ist. Die 4 kleinen Bruchetta waren schnell verputzt. Nach weiteren 30Minuten warten auf den Hauptgang haben wir und entschlossen zu gehen. Wir haben die Getränke gezahlt und auf das Essen nach 2Stunden warten verzichtet. Niemand hat zwischenzeitlich mal etwas gesagt. Personalmangel oder Fehler seitens des Personals können immer passieren, aber dann erwartet man das in der Zwischenzeit mal jemand etwas sagt. Wir wurden aber ignoriert und bekamen nur auf Nachfrage Infos. Schade aber das Essen der Nachbartische sah super aus.

Steak war lecker, Pommes etwas labbrig. Etwas teuer, jede Beilage, selbst die Kräuterbutter fürs Steak, kostet extra.

Wir waren heute zu Dritt in Zwei Brüder Alsdorf essen. Wir waren dort zwar ohne Reservierung, haben aber einen Tisch bekommen. Das Wasser war Leitungswasser mit Sprudel versetzt. Nach gut einer Stunde fragten wir nach unserer Bestellung. Es gab von der Bedienung fadenscheinige Ausreden (nicht reserviert, viel los). Leider haben andere , die mit uns gekommen sind oder auch später mit Essen versorgt wurden. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten hatten wir dann unser Essen erhalten. Die Burger waren mittelmäßig. Die Brötchen waren weich und viel zu groß für den Burger. Auch waren die Bestandteile zu grob geschnitten und auch schlecht sortiert. Die Pizza war gut. Aber aufgrund des sehr dünnen Bodens schlecht zu essen. Insbesondere da die Pizza mit Tomate belegt war. Wir waren von unserem Besuch sehr enttäuscht und waren froh, dass wir nicht anschließend ins Kino gehen wollten.

Waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden, aber der letzte Besuch war leider negativ. Die Burger haben überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Fleisch ungenießbar, Brötchen gummihaft. Dafür zahlt man dann 13 Euro ohne Entschädigung. Es hieß, wir sollen hier eine Bewertung abgeben.....

Leider hat die Qualität der Burger mehr als stark nachgelassen. Früher waren sie richtig super.. gestern leider alles andere. Erst war er nicht, wie bestellt, durchgebraten. Mein Fleisch wurde dann nachgebraten. Total lieb, aber dann war der Rand schwarz und der Käse ebenfalls eher verbrannt. Das Fleisch war allerdings im allgemeinen zu trocken und nicht wie früher sehr saftig. Das Brötchen matschig und klebrig. Meine Freundin und ich waren sehr enttäuscht und werden keine Burger mehr bestellen. Einfach schade 🙈 wieso ändert man dazu auch noch die Rezeptur der Soßen? Zumindest war das Ambiente noch gut und die Pommes lecker, aber das alles ist es mir bei den Preisen nicht mehr wert.

Wir waren am Wochenende nach unserem Kinobesuch mit unseren Kindern im Zwei Brüder essen. Neben der Kinderfreundlichkeit (Malsachen kamen direkt an den Tisch) vielen uns die neuen Bowls und die neuen Burgerrezepte auf. Überzeugt hat mich der neue BBQ-Burger mit dem Petty aus lokaler Herstellung (Metzgerei Zimmermann). Echt lecker und meiner Meinung nach für die Qualität zu einem echt fairen Preis! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
