Unfortunately the food was extremely poor. The kebab just slapped down, half the bread snapped off and the cocktail sauce tasted like curry ketchup. It's a shame, but that was the last visit!

We've been coming over after games since 2021. Unfortunately, the portions are getting smaller and the preparation is getting worse. When it came to the kebab, the last three times the bread wasn't ready at all and the filling was tiny. It used to be much better, I hope it gets better again. Always happy to come over.

Two hours late in delivering a €70 order, bottomless rude driver cold food, returned. Random Tuesday, no one believes you.

We waited over 2 hours for our food. When the delivery person arrived, he said he had had our order in the car for 1.5 hours! When we asked, we only got an extremely rude answer from the driver that he couldn't do anything about it! We refused to accept it and demanded our money back! That was definitely the last time!!

I ate 1 portion of homemade fries, which were very greasy but tasty because they were actually made from fresh potatoes. I also had cheese sauce, which also tasted like cheese. Of course not homemade but delicious. With refill drink 7€ Portion size, similar to pommdönner can The other dishes cost an average of €10 and up and looked very promising and tasty. Maybe the price is worth it given the taste 😉🤷🏼‍♀️

No, this review is not slander but based on a true fact: Here the kebab meat is first placed in an aluminum container for minutes before it is served. For me that doesn't work at all.

My last humorous review was displayed on Google by the operator and had it deleted. So now something more serious: The food here was good and plentiful. Now the kebab meat is just limp and dripping with fat. The fries are simply mixed with old fries, which is absolutely disgusting. The amount of sauce varies greatly and after eating you just feel uncomfortable. The restaurant is, as can be clearly seen in many photos from other reviewers, mostly quite dirty and unkempt. With a few exceptions, the staff is unfriendly and downright rude towards customers. There is absolutely no reason for me to leave my money here and not just go eat somewhere else.

Sweet... if you describe here how badly you are advised/served, you will be shown on Google and accused of slander. It would be better to hire sensible service staff and train them well. If the people at the counter can't sell you anything, it's not the customer's fault, because they came into the store willing to buy! Let's think about it...;-)

We like the concept of putting together your own kebab. The kebab is tasty and has a good meat topping compared to other restaurants. Unfortunately, the sauce is used very sparingly. People now know us and put more sauce on the kebab. The baklava is also very tasty.

Doner kebab was very small and hardly any salad on it. Only feels flesh. The fries weren't cooked through and there was no salt or seasoning on them at all. Unfortunately it was very disappointing for the price. We cannot recommend it. Cocktail sauce was more of a curry sauce.

Ladies and Gentlemen On June 27, 2024 I ordered two meat-only Dürüm from Don Kebap. Unfortunately, I was delivered two Dürüm with all the ingredients, which is problematic due to my allergies. After I called for a new delivery, I was treated extremely rudely by an employee. Wrong delivery can happen, but rude customer service when it's their fault instead of apologizing is unacceptable. Because of this experience I will not order from you again.

Qualität eher mäßig, dafür preislich zu teuer. Sowohl Burger wie Bowls sind geschmacklich keine Offenbarung. Leider waren sowohl die Toiletten wie die Tische draußen bei meinem Besuch sehr verdreckt. When I was there yesterday, the staff seemed overwhelmed. The prices are hefty and the taste is not really my thing. The fries were half raw, so I had to throw them away afterwards. The meat was good, as were the sauces. The salad was fresh. What I also didn't like was that you don't get sensible cutlery, but rather disposable cutlery. It was also not nice to eat out of a cardboard box on site. A plate would be more appropriate.

I don't usually write reviews, but the team from Alsdorf deserves one. Compared to DK Alsdorf, all other fast food restaurants in the greater Aachen area can pack a punch. Regardless of whether it's Golden Seagull, Kentucky Screams Chicken or Würgy King, the DK team from Alsdorf is currently wiping out the competition in terms of service, friendliness and good humor at the Drive in the ground. I'm not a real kebab fan and only drive by here occasionally, but every time I'm very impressed that there is another way. Without exception, every employee was in a good mood, friendly and customer-oriented across the board. Here you dare to make a recommendation to the customer! Oh the food. Top! Quality and quantity are right. I initially choked up today when I looked at the price board, but here you get something for the money. The bag was heavy, really heavy... with competitors you pay at least twice as much, if not more, for the weight. For DK Alsdorf, a detour is worth it. Compliments to the whole team!

Unfortunately it is no longer recommended, I used to always enjoy the kebab but now there is simply no longer enough attention to the quality. The last few times my meat was dry and hard and the kebab no longer had a great taste. A pity!

After the reopening, we got food at the drive-in more often, but since we were constantly getting doner kebabs like surprise bags, we didn't go there for a long time. But since the DriveIn is very practical and the food actually tastes relatively good, we recently gave them another chance. Unfortunately nothing has changed, I have placed the same kebab order exactly three times in the last three visits and EVERY TIME there was something completely different on the kebab. If you like surprises, this is the place for you, but if you would like the food you ordered and paid for, you should look for another store! Ps: My first thought was to call them and clarify the situation personally, but there is still no phone number on the website, even though it has been there since the reopening, it would follow soon.

For me the best kebab in the region, the mixed salad is always fresh, the meat is super tasty and juicy, lots of different sauces. The employees are always super friendly. I'm a mechanic and eat out a lot. I ordered a chicken kebab fries box here. The meat was too thin, too dry and only lukewarm. However, the fries were good. All in all, I can't recommend the store.

Eine Art Schnellrestaurant für Döner und co. Die Preise sind ziemlich saftig, die Portionsgrößen sind in Anbetracht der Preise eher mittelmäßig. Die Qualität der Zutaten schien mir hochwertig zu sein. Was ich persönlich schade finde, ist dass auch bei Verzehr innerhalb des Restaurants Einwegbesteck verwendet wird. Im Restaurant sieht es sauber aus und die Einrichtung ist modern, sowie Stilvoll. Das Personal war mittelmäßig freundlich, machte auf mich aber einen etwas desinteressierten Eindruck.

Das Fleisch, die Soßen und alles ist gut. Aber das Personal macht diesen Unsinn. Die meisten Leute achten nicht auf die Befehle und verstehen sie falsch. Dies liegt daran, dass sie Bluetooth-Kopfhörer tragen, wenn Sie ihnen den Befehl mitteilen, dass sie nicht verstehen, warum sie mit anderen über ihre Mobiltelefone sprechen. Das Sandwich ist schon klein und ohne Fleisch esse ich lieber ein Sandwich mit Salat. Vergessen Sie das Personal, mit Leuten, die arbeiten wollen, wäre alles viel besser und sie hätten auch mehr Kunden. Hier musste ich immer einen Döner und eine Dönerbox bestellen, damit ich den Döner mit Fleisch füllte. Peinlich, die Pommes sind bei MC besser

Vor 2 Jahren war meine Bewertung sehr gut…jedoch hat sich das nach 2 Jahren Don Kebab essen verändert. Haben vor eine Woche Döner und Dürüm bestellt und das mit gemischt Fleisch. Leider war das sehr schlecht, die Qualität des Fleisches hat sich sehr Stark verschlechtert. Mangelhaft wenn sogar ungenügend. Die Bewertung soll nicht Persönlich sein und ich gönne dem Besitzer das 10 Fache an Reichtum. Ich hoffe die alte Qualität zurück kommt und von mir aus verlange 2-3 euro mehr. Essen komme ich erst wieder, wenn der Chef hier antwortet.

War anfangs echt begeistert von dem Laden. Habe ihm auch lange die treue gehalten und war bis jetzt bestimmt schon 20x dort. Die letzten 5x war es immer schlecht und qualitativ nicht so wie ich es gewohnt war. Hauptproblem war meistens unter anderem dass der Döner FURZ trocken war. Das hielt mich nicht davon ab immer wieder dort zu bestellen, weil ich mir dachte, dass jeder mal einen Tag hat. Ich glaube ich probiere mich das nächste Mal vielleicht lieber bei anderen Läden durch. Ich bin raus. PS: Heute auch noch 6er Nuggets bekommen, aber 12er bezahlt…

Hier fehlte mir das gewisse Etwas, der "Pfiff" am Döner ... Wir waren hier 22.11.2023

Früher der beste Döner im Kreis. Leider extrem stark nachgelassen was super enttäuschend ist! Sehr wenig Füllung , fast die Hälfte zu früher und auch qualitativ leider nicht mehr, dass was es mal wahr. Sehr schade !!!

Der Döner hat sich leider seit unserem letzten Besuch geschmacklich sehr verändert. Wir wollten für unsere beiden Kleinkinder einen extra Teller zum Aufteilen. Leider haben wir keines bekommen. Man erwartet dann auch eine Portion für ein 2 jähriges Kind zu bestellen.

Wie kann man mit seinen Gästen so unverschämt umgehen?? Wir haben uns Döner zum liefern bestellt. Döner kam nh halbe std zu spät an und war kalt. Außerdem wurde unser Getränk vergessen. Bin daraufhin nochmal runter dem sehr lieben und freundlichen Lieferanten hinterher, der grade mit einer Dame telefonierte (da wir Stammkunden bei Don Kebab sind habe ich die Stimme erkannt und wusste sofort wer das ist, und diese Dame ist auch im Laden immer wieder unfreundlich und unsympathisch zu uns gewesen). Als der Lieferant der besagten Dame die Situation schilderte, wehrte sie meine Reklamation einfach ab und behauptete, mein Döner könne ja garnicht kalt sein, weil er ja via Thermobox geliefert wurde und das das ja noch nie passiert wäre. Als ich daraufhin mehrmals wiederholen musste, das der Döner aber kalt ist, meinte sie das es ja normal wäre weil der Döner ja bis nach baesweiler musste. (Dann grenzt euer Liefergebiet ein wenn ihr kein warmes Essen bei 10 min Wegstrecke garantieren könnt.) Als ob es jetzt meine eigene Schuld wäre, das der Döner kalt ist, weil ich in baesweiler wohne???? Nach langem diskutieren bat die Dame einen Gutschein an, und das dieser samt meines Getränks in der nächsten Tour kommen würde. Ich stimmte zu. Als wir uns dann setzten um unsere kalten Döner zu essen, fiel uns auf das unsere Döner falsch belegt waren… Naja egal, was haben wir auch erwartet. Als dann eine Stunde später der Lieferant wieder schellte, bekam ich endlich mein Getränk und einen Gutschein von 5€!!!, was ich total frech finde, ich hätte die Annahme des Essens aufgrund das es kalt ist auch verweigern können und mein gesamtes Geld zurück verlangen können. Und bekomme dann nur einen läpprigen 5€ Gutschein???? Davon kann ich mir ja nichtmal nen Döner bei euch kaufen?? Also wirklich seit 2020 kommen wir regelmäßig zu euch, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich aber diese eine Gewisse Dame, dessen Namen ich leider nicht weiß, ist so dermaßen unfreundlich und behandelt ihre Kunden so unverschämt das ist einfach nur unglaublich!!!

Heute haben wir Don Kebab noch mal eine Chance geben wollen, in der Hoffnung, dass man beim letzten Mal einfach einen schlechten Tag hatte. Am besten geschmeckt hat leider die Cola Dose... Der Döner hatte nur eine Soße statt bestellten 2...Und selbst die eine Soße die vorhanden war, hätte präsenter oder annähernd vorhanden sein können. Der Döner war recht leer und unfassbar trocken. Die Pommes waren wabbelig ( wie lange drauf rum gelutscht) und nur halb gar, jedoch teilweise auch sehr hart (scheinbar alte und neue pommes gemischt). Das war unser letztes Mal lieber Don. Vielleicht alles mal überarbeiten...Früher war es mal sehr gut 🤙 Dennoch schöne Feiertage!

Hab mir eine Dönerbox bestellt und auch sehr schnell bekommen. Sie war zwar lecker aber leider war ganz unten zwischen dem Fleisch ein Stück Plastikverpackung. Sowas sollte in so einem Restaurant nicht passieren. War leider dann auch das letzte mal.

Wenn ich einen Döner bestelle, erwarte ich Rind/Kalbfleisch. Das ist für mich ein Döner. Meine Frau hat 3 Döner bestellt und mit nach Hause genommen. Wieso wurde also Hähnchenfleisch Döner rausgegeben? Wenn die Hauptzutat nicht dem orginal Döner entspricht, erwarte ich danach gefragt zu werden und nicht einfach ein anderes Fleisch zu benutzen. Mir ist übel geworden und die Döner wurden Postwendend in den Müll geschmissen. Die Pommes waren nicht durch und labbrig. Wirklich schade, war wirklich lecker bei euch, aber ab jetzt wird der Döner wo anders geholt.
