Waited 2.5 hours for food... everything was ice cold... unbelievable...

Very poor delivery. Almost every order is missing an item. You pay, but you don't receive what you paid for because something is simply forgotten. For example, if you specify that you don't want onions, they're included anyway. Not a single delivery was complete. Furthermore, there's no customer service phone number – you can't reach anyone.

Very nice and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend House des Donner. I will be back.

The food was terrible. You order through Lieferando and get the food late and cold. You pay 27.11 for it, which is very annoying, and there was too much salt on the fries. I would like to get a refund because I could have thrown the food away, especially since it was inedible. It's a shame.

The döner kebab is delicious, both meat and chicken döner kebabs are excellent. I think the best döner kebab in Akmanya is sold here. But sometimes the chef is angry.

When the boss (a somewhat older man) is there, the quality of both the service and the food is really great. When he's not there, things are unfortunately different. We went out for a kebab a few days ago. The first kebab was handed to us after it had been infested, and EVERYTHING fell out and even onto the floor. When we complained about this, the lady who made the kebab reacted annoyed. Unfortunately, it has to be said, quite clichédly, that every kebab this lady has made so far has been really bad. The people who work there when the boss isn't there are simply unfriendly and really don't care about service or quality. It's a shame. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated enormously, and I feel incredibly sorry for the boss, who is always very nice and in his presence the food and service are first-class. Maybe he needs new staff.

We were there around 11:00 PM today, and the kebab was truly awful. The meat was cut off too early. The fries were also brought out too early. The employee was obviously fed up; he was very rude, throwing everything into the bag, and his mood was like seven days of rain. It makes you not want to go back. We were at Mangal's in Cologne yesterday; it was truly a different league. The service there was particularly great.

Cold food was delivered today. The new delivery was also very unappetizing. Lukewarm, soft fries. The kebab was at least a little more than lukewarm.

Better not... I ordered food for two kebabs. The app showed a delivery time of 1.5 hours. I thought, well, I'm very busy today, so it might take a while. After 1.5 hours, they still haven't arrived. I called the colleague from hdd and said he'd be right there. Okay, after 2 hours, the bell rang and the food was there. A pungent perfume, but it's up to each individual what they wear. I picked up the bag. I was surprised. The bag was cold on the outside. So I unwrapped it. The aluminum foil was lukewarm. 2 hours of waiting, 2 kebabs both cold, and that for 9.50 is really not funny anymore.

It's okay, but nothing more. The sauces are too heavy and greasy for me. Service could be a bit friendlier.

We had two chicken doner kebabs in wraps to go. They tasted okay, but were very greasy and oily.

We ordered food. Waited two hours for it. After calling, we waited another 10 minutes for it to arrive. The food was cold and not what we ordered. The driver immediately apologized for the long wait. He said he was the only driver at the time. He was a very friendly driver. If I don't have any drivers, I don't offer delivery. Maybe it's better to order locally. We definitely won't be ordering from there again.

KALITETE. Best kebabs in all of Alsdorf and Aachen. We ordered two kebabs. Four kebab boxes. €45 was well worth it.

Completely normal kebab shop, the taste didn't really suit my taste, fries cooked in oil that wasn't fresh, cleanliness was ok, staff were friendly, prices are steep, kebab plate and 2 drinks cost over €17, that's damn expensive! Normal average with above-average prices, the shop is well attended!!

So I ordered food from Haus des Doner, but it arrived cold. My girlfriend's fries were still half raw. The delivery person makes his own tip, which is just unfair to the customer. Because of everything else, I wouldn't have given it a star because I didn't find it so exciting how you are treated as a customer and what you get to eat

We ordered 1 kebab, 1 fries and 2 cokes at 9:39 p.m., the delivery arrived at 11:00 p.m. The kebab only tasted like sauce, the fries were cold. If you're already paying €30 then go somewhere else next time.

Ordered at 9:39 p.m. and food arrived cold and inedible at 11 p.m. I've always enjoyed ordering there, but the taste of the food has completely deteriorated (not for the first time, but also the last few times). There was also so much hot sauce on the kebab that you couldn't eat it anymore. Such a long delivery time for a kebab and a curry sausage with fries, where everything is cold... So I really recommend it to anyone who wants something warm, delicious food without waiting 1.5 hours.

There is a lot of choice here. I like the kebab bombs and all the staff are nice and helpful, except the toilets are very narrow and dirty, but still the best kebab shop Keep it up!

We ordered there for the first time today. The delivery time was unexpectedly long for two dishes and a side dish, but still within reason. The meat really isn't bad, but we expected that considering the prices. In addition, one dish was missing sheep's cheese (which was paid for separately). Otherwise the food looked okay. However, the food was already cold when it was delivered (distance 10-15 minutes) (not lukewarm, really cold). A warming box did not appear to be in use. The fries, however, were at least cold, at least in a cardboard tray and therefore packaged in a more environmentally friendly way than in the usual foam packaging. Unfortunately, we smelled a massive smell of nicotine from the carrier bag. Unfortunately, this resulted in a massive loss of appetite for a non-smoker and an ex-smoker who also had a small child living in their household. In addition, we consider nicotine to be very unclean when handling food. The supplier himself was very friendly. Unfortunately not a supplier that we will use again. It's a real shame.

We enjoy eating doner kebab as a family. There was one of his employees, especially a young man, whose behavior was bad and he spoke harshly. Here's the problem: They tried to prevent me from ordering kebab kebab to someone outside who wanted kebab from me. Their reason was that that person constantly asked for doner kebab from the customers. In the end, as long as I pay for it, it's nobody's business what I order to whom. After paying my bill, I tried to speak to him again and he told me not to deal with him as a customer. This was my last visit...

Ultra delicious falafels!!! I could eat it every day. After being vegan for 8 years, we tried kebabs with meat (veal) again. All I can say is that I don't know of a better kebab!

As a tzatziki fan, I unfortunately had to pass because there are no tzatziki. A sweet garlic sauce that I was allowed to try was miles away from tzatziki in terms of taste. It's unbelievable that there are no real tzatziki in the kebab shop. It is very easy to prepare.

Kebab in many variations and delicious

We were here for the first time yesterday, the food tastes really good and the staff are really nice. Yesterday a young man came in who unfortunately didn't have much money and said he wanted to see what he could get for €3 and then got a kebab from the gentlemen. I have ordered takeaway from Haus des Döner in Alsdorf several times and would like to address some of the problems I have experienced. Last time I visited, I was the only customer in the store and the meat was already cut when I arrived. Even though the skewer was nicely browned again, indicating that the meat must have been there for a while, I had the impression that the meat was already cold. In my opinion, the meat should be freshly cut from the spit, especially if there haven't been many customers shortly after the shop opened. Even though the skewer was brown and crispy, I only got the meat from the bottom of the rack, which made the kebab less fresh. On another visit, when things were getting busier, another problem arose: the bread, which is normally toasted in the contact grill, came straight from the storage box and was cold. This made the kebab inedible, so I only ate half and unfortunately had to throw the rest away. I found that I once had a kebab that was warm on the outside and cold on the inside, and once had one that was cold on the outside and warm or lukewarm on the inside. The cold bread was particularly unpleasant. The takeaway fries could also be improved. They should stay in the deep fryer longer so that they are still crispy when you get home. Regardless of how busy the store is, the quality should remain consistent. In a kebab plate, the fries are completely hidden under the meat and are therefore soggy, making them inedible. In addition, the portion of fries in the kebab plate is far too small for the price and does not taste convincing. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I don't want to disparage the store, I just want to suggest some improvements. Since prices have unfortunately increased, it would be desirable if the quality of the food remained consistently high. I accept the higher prices as this is the case everywhere, but the quality of the food should also live up to it. I hope that management takes these points seriously and takes measures to improve food quality and service.

Top kebab plate, delicious sauces

Ordered a big kebab there for the first time today, it was very tasty and had enough meat, salad and sauce in it. It's been a long time since I've had a really tasty kebab again, we'll definitely come back..

Unfortunately it wasn't very good because there wasn't enough sauce on the kebab and some Otto sent me out when I got out of the toilet because apparently I was there for the fourth time even though it was only my second time and I had already ordered and have paid. I even asked if you were allowed to go twice, because some people were even there five times. Basically I'm very disappointed, I would have expected more.

Haus des Döners is by far the best kebab in Alsdorf Annapark. I've eaten chicken and veal there and tried the fries. Both types of meat have never disappointed me in any of my orders. The quality of the meat is much better than other kebab shops in Alsdorf. I don't have anything bad to say about the fries either. For me they are a perfect balance between crispy and potatoy. The selection of sauces and salad is varied with the Berlin style (garlic and herb sauce instead of tzatziki and cocktail). The sauces and salad taste fantastic. The portion sizes are also good. With the Big Döner for one euro more (8€) you have a kebab that will definitely fill you up, but for me the normal one for 7€ is enough. The ambience is very well done with the allusion to the series “House of Money”. The shop is modern and the temperature is always right. What needs improvement is the entrance to the toilets and the toilets themselves, which differ slightly from the above. The service is good with a minimum of three friendly men behind the counter. In summary, a shop that you can definitely recommend if you want a change from a typical kebab.

Unfortunately not so good, it's just a chain, mass-produced product. Apparently they don't know how to make a kebab, which is why two employees have to make a kebab, with the second simply slapping the salad on top. Bread was warmed up far too short and everything collapsed. Nothing special in terms of taste, the herb sauce is simply a cocktail sauce. The ayran had a strange consistency. The ambience isn't that great either, artificial and bright, careless - as is the service. Price wise it's also too expensive for what you get.

Best chicken kebab!! We really enjoy eating the chicken kebab, the taste, the seasoning, the salad and the sauces are simply perfect. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Even when it's busy, which is a good sign, the service is top notch.

Sehr leckeres Essen , der Döner ist mächtig und für 7€ vollkommen ok , bisher meiner Meinung nach der beste Döner in Alsdorf , was mir aber auffällt ist das wenn ich da war immer Teller auf den Tischen stehen und diese erst später weggeräumt wird.

Keine Ahnung, was sich manche Leute bei Ihren Rezensionen denken. Wenn ich so etwas wie „geschmackloses Fleisch“, lesen muss, weiß ich überhaupt nicht, was diese Personen da von sich geben. Der Döner in dem Laden kostet 7 € anstatt 6 € wie bei den meisten anderen. Wenn euch das aufregt, könnt ihr zur Konkurrenz gehen und da eure Hackspieße (dort wird nicht nur Fleisch drin sein!) genießen. Zum Produkt selber. Der Laden benutzt keine Hack-, sondern qualitativ hochwertigere Fleischspieße! Daher ist das Produkt weitaus sättigender als bei der Konkurrenz (kenne nur einen anderen Anbieter in Alsdorf, der genauso arbeitet). Die Saucen werden auf der Website als „Berliner Saucen“ vermarktet, was ich lustig finde, da das Franchise bisher keinen einzigen Standpunkt in Berlin bzw. Brandenburg hat. Das Brot ist aromatisch und kross getoastet. Die Saucen sind lecker und gut abgestimmt. Der Salat etc. ist sehr frisch. All in all werde ich meine Döner wohl demnächst dort bestellen, alleine schon, da sehr auf Hygiene geachtet wird und es einer der wenigen Dönerläden ist, bei dem auch eine Kartenzahlung funktioniert. Allerdings wäre ein Lieferservice schön oder eine Kooperation mit Drittanbietern, die dafür einspringen.

Ich habe heute das erste mal dort ein Döner Sandwich geholt. Leute sehr nett und die Bestellung war schnell fertig. Was ich sehr Positiv fand, war das es dort 2 Sorten an Fleisch gab (leider gab es kein Hähnchen mehr habe stattdessen Kalb genommen). Optisch sah der Döner sehr lecker aus, viel Fleisch und Salat ( davon haben 2 Leute gegessen so viel war das ), leider Geschmacklich nicht so gut und sehr fettig aber leckerer als der Döner bei mir um die Ecke und das Brot war das beste. Im großen und ganzen war es ok und wenn ich noch mal Lust auf einen Döner habe werde ich mir den weg dahin machen. Die 7 € für den Döner fand ich auch ok. Nur eine kleine Anmerkung, es fehlen Gewürze, das Fleisch schmeckte nach nichts. Mit Soße war es ok.

Döner war teuer für einen mittelmäßigen Geschmack. Oben nur Krautsalat, unten nur geschmackloses Fleisch

Hatte heute das erste mal eine dönerbox Fleisch zu fettig nicht richtig klein geschnitten fritten nicht durch und richtig matschig und statt joghurtsosse war cocktailsosse drauf hat mir nicht geschmeckt leider.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich finde die 7 Euro für den döner gerechtfertigt. Mein Mann hat ihn Grade so geschafft und ich war nach der Hälfte satt. Zu bemängeln hab ich, dass der Tzatziki mir persönlich irgendwie zu süß und zu wenig nach Knoblauch schmeckte.

Kein Stern wert, ich habe dreimal döner gekauft und da waren nur Knobeln drin, nie wieder.

An sich immer lecker gewesen. Gestern 4 Döner 1 Dürüm bestellt und alle Personen haben sich danach über Magenschmerzen und Übelkeit beschwert. Weiß nicht woran es gelegen hat aber der Appetit auf Döner ist erstmal vorbei
