The food tastes good, but the drinks have always been forgotten.

The service was quite disgusting at times, despite the tail being down and right on the food. Well, very appetizing 🤮 Over the years since the Lippeck restaurant closed, the Korfu Grill has become very expensive and the portion size on the plate is getting smaller and smaller!!

Unfortunately, absolutely unacceptable. I have to say, the gyros is delicious. But the service is the worst I've experienced in 32 years. With my last order, they delivered half my order and took all the money, plus a tip, with the promise that the rest would be delivered. It never arrived! They pocketed the money. Now, with my next order, they tried the same thing again. Something worth €12 was missing, but they still wanted me to pay for everything! I refused. Then, 20 minutes later, the wrong item was delivered. But I had already given them €50, which they pocketed. They didn't give me any change! €15. They told me to go to the gas station with them. Seriously? They pocketed the money. Then, 30 minutes later, my change and the rest of my order arrived. After almost three hours. Congratulations to the worst service in Alsdorf.

I am beyond disappointed with this restaurant. We've ordered and eaten there several times, but the restaurant is getting worse and worse. Besides often receiving the wrong food or having it arrive ice cold after more than an hour and a half, our orders were also often forgotten. The last time I ate there, they forgot my food and made me wait 30 minutes. Meanwhile, new people kept coming in, getting their food after just a few minutes and leaving again. Finally, I went to ask where our food was and was told, "People who order at the counter and take their food to go will be given priority." And I should just wait. Now, I recently ordered takeout food from there and wanted to pick it up, promptly receiving a misogynistic comment (from the manager). He asked me if I needed a receipt, and I replied, "Yes." He started laughing and simply asked me, quote: "DO YOU NEED THOSE FOR YOUR HUSBAND? YOU HAVE TO SHOW WHAT YOU BOUGHT, OK?" And now, for the second time today, I've been treated so rudely. That's not civilized behavior, not sensible treatment of paying customers. I don't understand what right they have to treat customers like that. We'll never eat there again; I absolutely don't recommend it.

The homemade skewers are simply unparalleled. I gladly drive the 23km from Aachen for them. Not even in Crete or Kos could I find such delicious gyros, and I've traveled quite a bit.

We ordered at 8:30 p.m. and was supposed to arrive at 9:37 p.m. After 20 minutes, we called to ask where our food was and were told it was on its way. 15 minutes later, the food arrived from the person who answered the phone. It felt like if I hadn't called, it wouldn't have arrived. Then the next problem a pizza was missing. I had to call again and was told she didn't know where it belonged. We got it after 15 minutes. Never order again. The food was lukewarm, not so great, except for the pizzas that were delivered afterward, which were still warm. They should look into getting better delivery staff or, more accurately, doing something about the ordering process in general. So far, I've only seen bad reviews about ordering. You should think about it. If you can't handle orders, you shouldn't offer them.

We ate outside, the gyro plate was complete, everything was fresh and delicious. We'll be back.

If you're looking for a good Greek restaurant, this is definitely the wrong place. The manager is unfriendly, incompetent, and doesn't even know what should be in your food. Everything was always fine, but now all you can say is: CRAP SHOP. I bet the place will be closed by the end of next year at the latest; there are plenty of reasons for that. ;) You can find a good Greek restaurant in Alsdorf near the cinema, Nikolaus Grill! The manager is friendly, the food is always delicious, and above all, the portions are great.

The fries were sloppy/lukewarm and rubbery. The meat wasn't served with metaxas sauce, but with mushroom sauce! What do you do if someone is allergic to mushrooms 🍄? The service on the phone was very unprofessional! All in all...will be ordering somewhere else soon! Very disappointing!

We order from there often, and now, for the second time, something has been forgotten. They say on the phone that it will be delivered later, but it never arrives. But we paid for it! Last time we ordered from there!

Ordered food yesterday around 8 p.m. The driver called around 8:40 p.m. to say he'd gotten lost. He arrived around 9:20 p.m. The food was ice cold, I threw it in the trash. €21 and a €4 tip. I sent an email trying to find a solution, but there was no response. I won't order anything from there again.

Disastrous service. For the umpteenth time I've placed an order over the phone (with the manager on the phone), the order was accepted and they said it would be ready within 15 minutes. When I arrive at the stated time, I'm asked three times what the order was. I had to wait 20 minutes because the order apparently hadn't even been placed, and finally, when I get home, I realize I haven't even received what I ordered. This is the umpteenth time this has happened, and I certainly won't be ordering from here again! On top of that, the team as a whole has become pretty unfriendly over time. Except for the drivers, they're nice.

Always enough on the plate so that you can't eat everything

The food is good, but you have to allow a lot of time for delivery. Nothing takes less than an hour. I even waited over two hours recently.

We ordered for almost €140 and didn't even get a free bottle of Coke. Pretty poor for such an order. Other snack bars give you two free bottles. It's not about that, but at least some customer satisfaction should be guaranteed. The food was, as always, fine and tasty. That's the main thing, of course.

Dimi was my favorite Greek restaurant for decades, but the service has gotten so bad that today is the last time I've ordered from there. It started with me ordering a schnitzel that was inedible because it had melted through the packaging. The answer to my complaint was that when it comes out of the pan that hot it's just going to cost €13 that you couldn't eat, and not a word of apology. No, I was the stupid one because I ordered a schnitzel! Maybe choose a different packaging!!! Every now and then I forget a drink, okay, that happens, but I've been waiting for 2 hours for a Coke, now it's shift over! A real shame because I love your gyros, but unfortunately I'll have to do without them in the future!

We used to order food every day, but over the years it has become quite slack there. The food has now become inedible. Have been ordering from Korfu Grill for decades. Are always very satisfied. Today was the first time something wrong arrived, it can happen, we are all just human. I then called and explained it sensibly and got the menu I ordered delivered without any problems or any ifs and buts. That's how it has to be. However, there was no answer on the phone when you asked when the food was coming and the price for the service was simply too high!

Ordered food online and according to the website it should be there 1 hour later. When food still wasn't there after 1.5 hours, I tried to call them. It was constantly occupied there. After another half hour I found another number using the imprint on the website and called them. They then said all hell would break loose and they would have to bake over 100 pizzas. After 3 hours my food arrived, not even an apology or anything. Mushrooms are the best for casseroles (canned mushrooms 3rd choice). I don't know about others. Others use fresh mushrooms. So I can only recommend everyone not to order there if you want your food to be fresh and on time!!!!

We come here often or have things delivered - I grew up with it. Given the frequency of orders, we are of course aware that errors can happen here or there. Of course I'm ordering for the first time and mistakes happen, most people don't order a second time. And all this at the expense of customers and the quality of the food. We have ordered there for many years. In recent years the fries have repeatedly been soft and inedible after delivery. And today the bird was shot, with a delivery time of 1 hour and 50 minutes. And then you can't even speak properly to the staff. You get the cheeky answer: "French fries are basically nothing that you can deliver." So customer service looks different. It is not possible to give criticism instead it is presented to one of the listeners.

We ordered gyros gratinated with bernaise sauce and told the driver to please call because the children were sleeping, that was the first thing that didn't work. 2. It came gyros casserole with cream sauce. I called to complain about it, a new one should be made, but I should give the wrong one back (it will definitely be given to the next person). After more than an hour the food was there, the fries from before were of course cold, and they didn't even add a new portion as an apology! The new casserole was inedible with mushrooms in between that didn't belong there. And the meat was definitely not from the spit but leftovers from the old spit, huge blocky pieces that were pure fat. That was really the last time we ordered there!

Depending on what you eat, the food is delicious, but only selected items have unfortunately deteriorated considerably. A good Greek snack At fair prices and very clean 🤙

An experience that is second to none! Ordered a gyro plate with additional liver three weeks ago. We know each other and always had the hope that the food might be even better, but sauces have been inedible for a long time, just like the gyros, which are over-seasoned. But what we were given three weeks ago was pretty much the very last thing you could offer customers. The liver (see photo) was bone dry and crumbled when cut, that was definitely no longer good, the tzatziki was sour and more than over it! We called and were told to please address this the next time we ordered and we would get a replacement. So far so good, we say to ourselves, everyone deserves a second chance. Ordered a dish today and just wanted to show the boss a photo of the liver so that he wouldn't think we had invented anything. But when I asked the boss about it, things turned out completely differently (and just for your information, I'm no stranger, we know each other from the disco days, to this day!) I said very politely, take a look here. His bold, cheeky answer: “What do you want, that’s a €1 item!” I said, hey, what's wrong, come down, I'll talk to you sensibly! His answer, yes but what do you want, it's been three weeks and this is a €1 item, so that's normal and can happen! I looked puzzled and appealed again for him to please control his tone and talk to me sensibly! During the conversation, his daughter stood there and looked completely puzzled and didn't say anything about it. Last but not least, as I said, we have known each other for a long time, but his complacency and arrogant behavior are not just new. And all I can say is, that's not how you treat customers and that's certainly not how you learned it from your parents, because when they started the business back then, they were always polite and friendly and were happy to be guests. You don't seem to be able to do any of this anymore, for some self-reflection helps, but according to the recessions, this train also seems to have left you long ago! You not only lose customers, but friends and acquaintances, but none of this seems to matter to you, because neither criticism, apologies nor compensation are accepted by you, let alone expressed. And what is shocking on the one hand, but also speaks for your reviews, you say the liver is a cheap item for 1 €, you sell it for 7 €, I say respect, at that price, at least the liver should be properly prepared and still edible be! I'm seriously wondering what the other items are bought for or where they come from and how old some of them are. I doubt that it was due to the preparation, but rather to the age or storage and I can understand why some people here appeal to the health department during the recessions. The first time 35 years ago, now again after 12 years, was visiting the area. The bernaise sauce is the same as back then, the fries too, but the meat wasn't good. And for the ambience, well, the seats were closed and the curtains hung off the rails in an unsightly gray. Too bad

I struggled with the rating for a long time. :/ I have been a satisfied customer for years. Unfortunately, the quality has consistently decreased throughout 2024. This is already the second price increase of 40% within less than 2 years. However, the overall inflation of all crises was only 20%. In any case, the pain threshold has been exceeded for the current quality. My salary didn't increase by 40%. In any case, I expect significantly higher quality for the new price.

Excellent food, the gyros was aromatically seasoned, the meat was crispy, not dry and very tasty, the coleslaw with the tzatziki was homemade, the fries in the point. Priced perfectly fine. Thank you for this.

I can't agree with the bad reviews. Ordered there three times, delivery once took over an hour, but that's okay because it was a holiday. The other two times the food was there in under 30 minutes, and that's really sporty! Super tasty gyros and crispy fries, definitely a fair price for the quantities. Great store!

I ordered a tuna pizza without onions today, The dough wasn't completely cooked through and there was too much cheese. All you have to do is look at the pizza and you won't have an appetite anymore

The food was extremely poor compared to before. And to make matters worse, they have become more expensive again. This is the fourth price increase in recent years. Sorry, but 3 euros for a small portion of fries? Are you deserted by all good spirits? I absolutely cannot recommend Corfu Grill any more. You should take Andy's Sackstübchen in Merkstein as an example. There, a homemade schnitzel (not a ready-made schnitzel) with a sauce of your choice and an XXL portion of fries costs 12 euros. And if you order a schnitzel at Andy's Snackstübchen, you get 2 huge schnitzels. So you pay 12 euros for two homemade schnitzels with an XXL portion of fries. And it will easily feed two adults. The Corfu grill isn't even close to being in the same league.
