Very very friendly staff. Blankets, water and treats were provided for our 2 dogs. I don't know it from anywhere else. Super.

We called in the evening and ordered a table with a dog. No problem. The water bowl and dog blanket were already ready at a table where the dog would not be disturbed. The food was absolutely delicious but too much. The service was perfect, just great. When we are back in Münster we will be great again

Das sowas heutzutage noch funktioniert ist unfassbar. Das Personal war eigentlich ganz nett, aber leider mit negativen Ausnahmen. Dir Preise sind unverschämt für die Qualität. Direkt am Aasee hätte man da gute Möglichkeiten. Ambiente holt uns garnicht ab.

Very stuffy. You could do a lot with it, but unfortunately it's very uncomfortably classic. In the end it's a matter of taste. Price/performance doesn't suit us. The wine was rather lower midfield. At Düsseldorf prices you could have expected more.

A really nice restaurant on Lake Aasee.

We had a very tasty meal here. The dishes were prepared fresh, regionally and seasonally and we enjoyed them very much. We had pancakes with chanterelles and schnitzel with chanterelles in cream sauce and fried potatoes. The service is excellent. You feel comfortable and completely cared for. Our senior dog Codi was treated like a guest of honor. Fresh water was immediately available and he was given dog biscuits for dessert. The team is really very dog-friendly and attentive. Thank you!

To the Kingdom of Heaven, the name says it all. You can get tasty food at a fair price here. The view from the terrace of Lake Aasee and the surrounding nature is wonderful.

Come in and feel at home... we have rarely been greeted and served as warmly as we were here! Eating like with friends. This fact alone is worth a visit. The meal was delicious. The hollandaise sauce for the asparagus was actually homemade and speaks for the quality of the cuisine. Fans of hearty home cooking will certainly be pleased with details such as crispy fried potatoes with bacon and onions as a side dish to the “Krüstchen”. My daughter had pasta with grilled vegetables and also loved it. Gladly again!

Extremely friendly, excellent food and good atmosphere

The restaurant is located directly on Lake Aasee and has a beer garden. We can highly recommend it, the service was very friendly and accommodating.

Had a really tasty meal today, crusties and bacon pancakes. The waitress and the waiter, both super nice and friendly. We'd love to come back!

We are excited! After we received a very friendly welcome, we started to study the menu. This read very well. Little extra wishes were fulfilled for the children. The food tasted wonderful and the service was very good. Two spoons were brought straight away for dessert because we could tell we were going to share. 🙂 All in all, very attentive staff and owners. Everything was perfect and we would love to come back when we are in Münster again! Absolutely clear recommendation!

Unfortunately there are only 5 stars for the service, 10 would be more appropriate! We even thought of a bowl of water (of course it is sometimes available) and a blanket for the dog (never seen before in a restaurant). There were also very tasty dishes (herb pancakes for me) and the prices were appropriate for the quality! Thanks to the team!

Our visit to this restaurant was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived until we left, we were looked after by a team who truly cared about our well-being. The food was not only deliciously prepared, but also attractively presented. What impressed us most, however, was the above-average nice, good-humoured and attentive service. It was a spontaneous idea to ask for a table for dinner... but as it turned out, it was the best decision of the day! Because we were not only able to enjoy first-class and extremely attentive service, but also culinary delights from the kitchen in different variations. Unfortunately we had to leave at some point to catch our train to Wuppertal... otherwise we would have definitely stayed for a few more drinks from the interesting menu. But we will definitely be back, we felt so welcomed and looked after. Thanks again to the great restaurateur couple, the incomparable Bremer service and all the helpful spirits that we didn't get to know personally... keep it up!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zum Himmelreich Restaurant with my family and it was a wonderful experience that I would like to share. From the moment we entered the restaurant we were warmly welcomed by friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, and the warm tones of the decoration made us immediately feel at home. The view of Lake Aasee was simply breathtaking and added an extra dimension of beauty to the entire ambience. As far as the food goes, we weren't disappointed. The choice of dishes was varied and appealing, and the quality of the food prepared was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the waffles we enjoyed - they were fresh and deliciously prepared. The tea was also of the highest quality and was a perfect accompaniment to our meal. Overall, our visit to “Zum Himmelreich” was a completely successful experience that we enjoyed very much. We are already looking forward to returning in the summer and once again enjoying the delicious food, friendly atmosphere and breathtaking views of Lake Aasee. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit and I highly recommend it.

Actually, there is no need for such a positive rating anymore, but with so much kindness and effort (in this day and age, when everyone is only agro and selfishness seems to have become a philosophy of life) you really deserve it! We were here in the middle of the week with dear friends who we unfortunately rarely see and this was exactly the right environment for such a "special" meeting. That's why we keep going here ;-) The dishes are varied depending on the season, delicious and prepared with love. The waitresses including the boss are exceptionally friendly and relaxed. Everyone here seems to have fun with their job and that affects all areas. Even the other guests seem to be friendlier here than elsewhere. Here people still greet each other and smile at each other. Why not, it was a lovely evening with lovely people, great food and warm service. See you soon in the kingdom of heaven...

The food and service were first class. The blanket and the drinking bowl for the dog that we had registered with were also very nice. Again any time!

Very nice restaurant with nice staff. Menu choice is limited but everything tastes good. Dogs are allowed to come, they even get water and a blanket. Highly recommended for lunch. View is beautiful. Also have a large terrace, but it was closed in December. Toilets are clean and tidy

Es war einfach ein super schöner Abend. Wir, rund 60 Personen, bekamen innerhalb kürzester Zeit die Speisen, heiße Teller und vor allem heiße Gerichte, mega lecker und das Dessert, Apfelpfannkuchen, ein Traum.

Fahre als Rollstuhlfahrerin immer gerne dorthin aus folgenden Gründen: - Behindertentoilette - Rollstuhlparkplätze - Aufmerksames und hilfsbereiten Personal - Zugang ebenerdig a - Im Sommer draußen mit Blick auf den Aasee - nicht nur Kuchen, sondern auch Abendgerichte - Humane Preise

Bin Sonntag zu meiner Radtour durchs Münsterland gestartet und habe dort Waffeln essen dürfen super lecker und die Mädels die bedient haben waren alle sehr nett und freundlich. Werde mir auf der Rücktour dort ein Essen gönnen

Ein wunderschön direkt am Aasee gelegenes Restaurant mit bei Bedarf bedachtem Biergarten. Neben dem sehr leckeren Essen (siehe Fotos) und zahlreichen leckeren Getränken sind die Inhaber eine besondere Erwähnung wert. Wir haben selten so sympathische freundliche offene lustige schlagfertige und herzensgute Menschen kennengelernt, die ihren Beruf mit so einer Freude ausüben, dass man immer wieder sehr gerne wiederkommt!

Wir waren keine Gäste, aber es sieht von außen sehr gut aus. 👍

Ambiente und lage perfekt aber das lassen die sich auch gut bezahlen, essen schmeckt aber ein tick zu teuer, bis auf die preise gibt es aber nichts zu meckern und waffeln sind vom preis her auch aktzeptabel also wer nachmittags auf ne waffel möchte nur zu.

Die Lage am See ist super! Wir hatten das Krüstchen und die Pasta mit Pfifferlingen.... SEHR LECKER. Der Service war super und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren eben mit zwei kleinen Kindern im "Zum Himmelreich" und wurden super freundlich empfangen und bedient. Das Essen war hervorragend und zu absolut fairen Preisen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Hier kann man phantastisch essen und das Team um die Inhaberin Ruth Wulff leistet großartiges. Angefangen beim erstklassigen und absolut aufmerksamen Service, über die liebevoll zubereiteten Speisen bis hin zur wundervollen Atmosphäre im Himmelreich. Wir waren mit Freunden hier, denen es auch ausgezeichnet gefallen hat. Das Himmelreich ist wirklich vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen und bekommt von mir 5 Sterne!

Wir waren mit unseren geistig behinderten Sohn dort. Er kann nicht sprechen und war anfangs sehr laut. Wir saßen noch nicht richtig, da wurden wir schon gefragt, ob das jetzt so die ganze Zeit ginge - man müsste Rücksicht auf die anderen Gäste nehmen! Also aufgepasst, wenn ein besonderer Mensch mitkommt ist es mit dem Inklusionsgedanke vorbei!! - Mir ist das erfreulicherweise noch in keinem anderen Restaurant passiert!
