I tried the ravioli lachs which is the seafood salmon and prawns pasta, totally loved it! The quantity they serve is huge and filling.

Very loud, normal conversation was impossible. We had reserved a table for four, but it was much too small. We had pizza, which was okay. But we won't be coming back.

I always enjoy going to Mocca d'Or in Münster. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service attentive—and above all, the food is always impressive. I especially recommend the pizzas without tomato sauce, which add a unique, delicate touch. My favorite is definitely number 24: Manzo Mozzarella. The combination of tender roast beef and the spicy tuna sauce is exceptional and incredibly delicious. If you're looking to try something different, this is the place for you!

Great Italian restaurant. Our pasta was delicious, as was the house red wine. The place was quite large and crowded, but everything went together very well. Service was professional, fast, and friendly.

Every inch of space is utilized. It's impossible to sit down without touching your neighbor. Accordingly, it's loud, stuffy, and warm. The last coat of paint was also quite a while ago. As for the ragu... it was probably the most flavorless ragu I've had in a long time. Dry and salty. We definitely won't be back.

The food and service is really great! But the ambience is getting old and it is also very cold due to the open doors and the wind tunnel in which you have to eat.

Great restaurant and delicious food. We had pizza and pasta and both were great. The pizza was very thin, large and really tasty. The pasta was also very well received. The apple pie was also very good and the other desserts looked great too. I will especially try the tiramisu next time because our companion said it was very good. The lady from the service was a bit inexperienced. When we asked if there were also small pizzas, for example, she said there was only one size, but after we looked at the menu it said in a small sentence under all the pizzas that you can also order them in small. The atmosphere is nice but a bit louder because it is very big. The courtyard also had seating which was also very nice. We will definitely come back because the food was simply top.

We've eaten there a few times, after a theater performance or a visit to a museum 👍 The staff is very friendly and attentive but not intrusive and makes a lot of things possible even if it is very full and you haven't made a reservation. The dishes are high quality and the selection is magnificent. The food is served quickly. Everything to your complete satisfaction! We will be back and would be happy to recommend you.

Tolles Ambiente (obwohl im Keller war es rustikal, gemütlich). Bedienung war mega freundlich und hat sich auch positiv über die Essenswahl geäußert! Kann man nur empfehlen! Bei mehr als 2 Personen sollte man vorbestellen!

We were here for an evening meeting and were sitting in the hall in the back yard, which I didn't even know before. Everything was great! Prompt service, delicious drinks and tasty dishes. The toilets were clean. To do this, however, Mann had to go over to the restaurant. There is a toilet in the hall for women.

If you want to be so expensive, you have to deliver. A thinly topped, completely tasteless pizza and an antipasti plate that, among other things, tried to impress with a bruschetta that only consisted of a hard bread and a tomato something with some onions, a similarly stored garlic bread and various less tasty types of sausage (spoiler: it didn't). The beer was stale and lacked any carbonation. An absolute plus point, despite being overwhelmed, the waitresses were really very friendly and tried very hard, but despite everything, the restaurant didn't invite you to linger.

An original, authentic Italian restaurant where people queue to enjoy this excellent quality. After the boat in D'dorf, I landed there on a recommendation and ate an excellent pasta with truffle nut pesto. Any time!

The worst and most expensive pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Should have left when I was served my water in a fat lipstick glass. Not recommended at all for gluten intolerant people👎I was so looking forward to it. Too bad.

This was our second time here and we had a nice spot on the gallery. The attentive service brought us to the table and we were able to place our order promptly. As a starter there was bruchetta and beef carpaccio. Unfortunately, the bread was cut too thick for the bruchetta and wasn't big enough, so the middle was soft. The tomatoes were also extremely cold This can really be done better. The carpaccio was good. Our highlight, however, were the main courses: the pizza was again really good and the pasta with lamb, capers and tomato sauce was sensational. We'll be back...... and a big thank you to the always friendly service staff.

Four of us were there last night. There was Pizza Gamberetti & Pizza Gorgonzola, I think they were numbers 20 & 127 on the menu. We tried all of them, both dishes, and were all very disappointed. I had a Gamberetti and can't remember ever eating such a tasteless pizza. Very unfortunate and disappointing. We were all looking forward to delicious pizza and for 17.50 euros we got something that had nothing to do with a good and tasty pizza. Info to the kitchen, something should change here. Sorry, but there's no other way to evaluate what happened last night.

We were here without a reservation. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were nicely shown where we could sit down via eye contact/pointing fingers. We were served very quickly and in a very friendly manner. As soon as the order was placed, the food and drinks were already with us, even though the restaurant felt like it was full to the last seat. Price/performance ratio more than good! The portions are unusually large! As with others Having read the reviews, I agree...the ambience is a bit old and unfortunately too loud for comfortable conviviality, but anything in the 5 star range just doesn't work.

I placed an order for delivery over the phone. In the middle of ordering, the young man said he didn't have time, there was a lot to do. So I'm ordering from my friendly delivery service again! Can you forget this? MOCCA D'OR!! Shops like this have to go bankrupt!! Sylvia

Very busy, sometimes stressed staff

I've been there twice and had pretty different experiences. The first time, over three years ago, everything was fine and the food was good. However, the last time I tried it a few days ago, I didn't like it at all. There was an atmosphere like a canteen; of the four dishes we ordered, only one was good and one was even inedible. The pizza there is mediocre at best. The waitresses were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. That doesn't help much if the food isn't good - unfortunately! I will not visit this restaurant again.

First of all, nice atmosphere, but unfortunately placed in the wine cellar, with a toilet smell. Food completely drowned in olive oil, which unfortunately reduced the taste of the food. Meat (entrecote) was very tough, and charging the corresponding price for it is unfortunately absolutely unjustified. Despite the stress, the service was very nice and efficient.

We were there on a Friday evening with 8 people and stayed in the basement. The restaurant where we had already been in the summer and sat outside and received very nice service was packed and the tables were so narrow that the waitresses couldn't reach all the tables and we had to pass drinks and food to the next table. It was also very loud. It would make sense to have a few fewer tables and work on the acoustics. The food was OK.

Too many tables, you sit side by side and can hardly hear yourself. In the corner you have to stand up at all to let someone else out. The selection of dishes is mediocre: the menu seems to be large, but in principle there is nothing special, pasta with meat, tortillions with cheese filling, pizza with mushrooms. Service is also mediocre: the cutlery is not laid out, just handed out; the dishes are cheap. Once I asked to move at least one chair at an empty neighboring table somewhere else because it was right behind me - if someone sat down there, we would both have to stand up to let each other through, and both sit pressed against the table. No, the chair stays there, regardless of the fact that you can hardly breathe. The more that come in, the more money, so you just have to hold on.

You're not welcome there just to have a drink.

We were there on a Friday evening. The restaurant was completely full, with 10-15 guests outside waiting for a table without a reservation. A nice atmosphere inside, rustic and authentic. However, every square meter is used, so the seating is very tight, which I personally didn't like. The service was friendly and quick, but everything seemed to be at its limit, no wonder given the number of guests. Prices are reasonable, food quality was good.

The food was really great, but I was a little confused by the service. The waiter petted a dog during his shift, then came straight to me to serve me - without washing his hands. Personally, I don't really care, but it just doesn't have to be that way. A little more hygiene would be appropriate here, especially in a restaurant like this. Everything else was good, but food handling could definitely be improved.

It's a very nice atmosphere and my pizza was great, unfortunately the restaurant only has Bitburger, which is very sad because I'm a beer lover!

A constant among the best restaurants in Münster for years! It's always admirable how this top quality can be maintained for years. In my opinion, they not only make the best pizza around with lots of ingredients on it, but they also do all the other dishes on the menu very well. A very large menu with fascinating dishes - no matter what you order, you will be delighted with every meal. It's not just the food that's amazing, the entire restaurant team is too - here you can experience gastronomy with passion! The service staff takes care of each guest as if they were serving their best friend. Little time passes between ordering and food on the table - the pace creates enthusiasm! Once you've been here, you become a regular customer - that's how I feel. And dog owners are allowed to take their dog here.

Amazing little cafe right in the center of Muenster with a cozy restaurant in the cellar. Original coffeehouse and beer hall furniture. Really fantastic atmosphere. Lovely Outdoor courtyard. Large F&B Menu and great service. Has a super student vibe.

Pizza at the other tables looked good, but antipasti and bread weren't really recommended and the salads were okay. Our main course was also forgotten at the shift change until we asked.

Das Lokal im Hafen ist drinnen sehr weitläufig. Der Service war ok. Ich hatte eine Pizza, deren Boden so hart war, das man mit dem Messer kaum durch kam. Geschmacklich war sie ok .

I was there on September 18th. Eating with my daughter at Mocca d'Or in the early afternoon. It was super tasty, incredibly nice, courteous service. I have to live gluten-free, so it's difficult for me to get a gluten-free pizza. This was possible here and it was the best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten in a restaurant. I would love to come back and enjoy

The pizza was ready 10 minutes after ordering. The ratio of toppings to pizza dough is great and the tomato sauce tastes really good. My Pizza Vegetariana was a bit lacking in kick and the garlic was very mild. The Pizza Montanara was very good compared to the Vegetariana.

Food was very tasty. The service was super fast and very attentive!!! Our large group (45 people) was provided with everything quickly!!! Gladly again!!!!

Cozy, customer-oriented and impressive is the number of lunch menus and those that are still written on the board at short notice. The restaurant is located in an alley, very close to the Münster Arkaden and the Aegidiimarkt. There were eight of us there. Kind regards and all the best.

Mega good restaurant. I got the tip from a colleague and wouldn't be disappointed. Really nice atmosphere, the food was delicious and the service was really friendly. The prices are also very good. We paid just over €80 for a starter, pizza, pasta, bottle of wine and water for two people. We'll definitely come back 😊

It was more than “horrible‼️” Not recommended: -Pizza cold and tasteless, tuna not recognizable, unseasoned...bad!! - Taghitelle mushy and more water content than cream sauce, without seasoning, salmon too cooked, bread - 10 minute waiting time... -Waiter unfriendly and unfocused, delivered the wrong pizza… - Construction site in the artrium not creatively covered, simple and visually disturbing in the inner courtyard… 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on the day of the showroom if there are enough seats unoccupied, you should go to a smaller table with 3 people in the construction site‼️ Insolent and aimed only at mass consumption… complaining was pointless! We will NOT be coming back despite reservations😟😟😟👾

We had a great evening there yesterday. 2 pairs. Starters, 3 pizzas and a salad. Everything quick and good. Fast service. Space outside in the courtyard. At the end we got the pizza home nice and well packaged. Scooter evening.

Not bad, however pasta was overcooked and formed one big clod on my plate.

We are here often. The service and the excuses when you wait ages for your food are just bad. That's just how it is, was the statement when we ran away, even though we addressed the topic objectively. The three of us ate at different times from each other. Don't come back now. You urgently need to upgrade the service. It's really not difficult to say an apology and a request for understanding.

We made reservations for 6 people well in advance. When we arrived we were assigned a round table (table of 4) with the chairs close together. When we were told that if we wanted a larger table we should just sit inside. Nothing would be reserved outside. Then why was it confirmed for outside? Little service, more handling. Blast at the end: after paying, they insisted that we couldn't get a receipt (for a business meal!!!) because we should have said that beforehand. Now it's been paid (with card and tip!), so the bill is "gone" (that's the waiter's original tone). We should report to the office the next day, then they would write something for us on a piece of letterhead. But an invoice or receipt directly is not possible. After asking emphatically, the receipt finally came. Very strange behavior. Food is good, ambience mixed - rather simple but OK. Conclusion: NOT suitable for business meals!!!!

Wir haben für 6 Personen lange im Voraus reserviert. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns dann ein gerade so mit engem zusammenstellten der Stühle runder (4-er Tisch) zugewiesen. Auf den Hinweis, wenn wir einen größeren Tisch haben wollten sollen wir halt drinnen Platz nehmen. Außen würde nichts reserviert. Warum wurde es dann für Außen bestätigt? Wenig Service, eher Abfertigung. Knaller zum Schluss: nach Bezahlung wurde darauf beharrt, wir können keinen Bewirtungsbeleg (für ein geschäftliches Essen!!!) bekommen, da wir das hätten vorher sagen müssen. Jetzt sei bezahlt (mit Karte und Tipp!), daher sei die Rechnung "weg" (so der O-Ton des Kellners) Wir sollten uns am nächsten Tag im Büro melden, dann würde man uns etwas auf ein Briefbogen schreiben. Aber eine Rechnung bzw. Beleg jetzt direkt, das sei nicht möglich. Durch nachdrückliches Nachfragen kam dann doch noch der Beleg. Sehr seltsames Gebaren. Essen ist gut, Ambiente durchwachsen - eher einfach aber OK. !!!

The ambience of sitting outside is an Italian holiday dream. The service was friendly, but there weren't enough staff for the size and they offered gluten-free food, which obviously wasn't the case. The food looks delicious, but it's not good value for money. The taste is average, the pizza is ok. The mango pieces in the salad were brown. The tiramisu consists mainly of flavored cream with layers of sponge cake in between. Gluten-free is offered, but only the pasta is supposedly safe for celiacs, as the pizza is baked in the same oven as the gluten-containing one. Unfortunately, my affected daughter vomited after eating the pasta and had diarrhea. This means that we cannot verify the gluten-free promise made after intensive, repeated inquiries.

Absolute disaster. We had tel. asked whether the gluten-free pizza is also suitable for someone with celiac disease. Yes No problem. Then there: pizza is not possible, but pasta is no problem. But they are definitely a problem. Our daughter, who has celiac disease and diabetes, is vomiting her heart out and has massive diarrhea. Of course she has already lost all the insulin and is miserable. Don't go there if you can't tolerate gluten. And to the restaurant: you should no longer claim that you offer gluten-free for people with celiac disease.
