Food was very tasty. The service was super fast and very attentive!!! Our large group (45 people) was provided with everything quickly!!! Gladly again!!!!

Cozy, customer-oriented and impressive is the number of lunch menus and those that are still written on the board at short notice. The restaurant is located in an alley, very close to the Münster Arkaden and the Aegidiimarkt. There were eight of us there. Kind regards and all the best.

Mega good restaurant. I got the tip from a colleague and wouldn't be disappointed. Really nice atmosphere, the food was delicious and the service was really friendly. The prices are also very good. We paid just over €80 for a starter, pizza, pasta, bottle of wine and water for two people. We'll definitely come back 😊

It was more than “horrible‼️” Not recommended: -Pizza cold and tasteless, tuna not recognizable, unseasoned...bad!! - Taghitelle mushy and more water content than cream sauce, without seasoning, salmon too cooked, bread - 10 minute waiting time... -Waiter unfriendly and unfocused, delivered the wrong pizza… - Construction site in the artrium not creatively covered, simple and visually disturbing in the inner courtyard… 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on the day of the showroom if there are enough seats unoccupied, you should go to a smaller table with 3 people in the construction site‼️ Insolent and aimed only at mass consumption… complaining was pointless! We will NOT be coming back despite reservations😟😟😟👾

Wir haben für 6 Personen lange im Voraus reserviert. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns dann ein gerade so mit engem zusammenstellten der Stühle runder (4-er Tisch) zugewiesen. Auf den Hinweis, wenn wir einen größeren Tisch haben wollten sollen wir halt drinnen Platz nehmen. Außen würde nichts reserviert. Warum wurde es dann für Außen bestätigt? Wenig Service, eher Abfertigung. Knaller zum Schluss: nach Bezahlung wurde darauf beharrt, wir können keinen Bewirtungsbeleg (für ein geschäftliches Essen!!!) bekommen, da wir das hätten vorher sagen müssen. Jetzt sei bezahlt (mit Karte und Tipp!), daher sei die Rechnung "weg" (so der O-Ton des Kellners) Wir sollten uns am nächsten Tag im Büro melden, dann würde man uns etwas auf ein Briefbogen schreiben. Aber eine Rechnung bzw. Beleg jetzt direkt, das sei nicht möglich. Durch nachdrückliches Nachfragen kam dann doch noch der Beleg. Sehr seltsames Gebaren. Essen ist gut, Ambiente durchwachsen - eher einfach aber OK. !!!

We made reservations for 6 people well in advance. When we arrived we were assigned a round table (table of 4) with the chairs close together. When we were told that if we wanted a larger table we should just sit inside. Nothing would be reserved outside. Then why was it confirmed for outside? Little service, more handling. Blast at the end: after paying, they insisted that we couldn't get a receipt (for a business meal!!!) because we should have said that beforehand. Now it's been paid (with card and tip!), so the bill is "gone" (that's the waiter's original tone). We should report to the office the next day, then they would write something for us on a piece of letterhead. But an invoice or receipt directly is not possible. After asking emphatically, the receipt finally came. Very strange behavior. Food is good, ambience mixed - rather simple but OK. Conclusion: NOT suitable for business meals!!!!

The lunch menu is an absolute recommendation. Fresh, high quality food in a cozy setting. Atmosphere.👍

The ambience of sitting outside is an Italian holiday dream. The service was friendly, but there weren't enough staff for the size and they offered gluten-free food, which obviously wasn't the case. The food looks delicious, but it's not good value for money. The taste is average, the pizza is ok. The mango pieces in the salad were brown. The tiramisu consists mainly of flavored cream with layers of sponge cake in between. Gluten-free is offered, but only the pasta is supposedly safe for celiacs, as the pizza is baked in the same oven as the gluten-containing one. Unfortunately, my affected daughter vomited after eating the pasta and had diarrhea. This means that we cannot verify the gluten-free promise made after intensive, repeated inquiries.

Very good food and friendly service.

Absolute disaster. We had tel. asked whether the gluten-free pizza is also suitable for someone with celiac disease. Yes No problem. Then there: pizza is not possible, but pasta is no problem. But they are definitely a problem. Our daughter, who has celiac disease and diabetes, is vomiting her heart out and has massive diarrhea. Of course she has already lost all the insulin and is miserable. Don't go there if you can't tolerate gluten. And to the restaurant: you should no longer claim that you offer gluten-free for people with celiac disease.

I love the mocha d'or. Whenever I'm in Münster, I eat in this wonderful pizzeria. The pizzas are simply delicious, but pasta and salads are also recommended.

We sat in the courtyard on a Saturday evening! The service was very friendly despite the full house, we felt very welcome and comfortable! The food was very tasty, we had Vitello and the "small antipasti plate", which was very generously stocked! The pizzas were also very good and the creations were very unusual! Price/performance is fair, we enjoyed a wonderful evening here thanks to the lovely service staff, who also worked quickly and implemented special requests without batting an eyelid! We would love to come back again, we can recommend this restaurant without reservation!

Maybe it was just a bad day, but for us the pizza (in terms of taste) didn't justify the price. A pizza was not completely eaten because a strange, bitter taste suddenly appeared. When we commented on this, we were not taken seriously, we were just “laughed at” in a friendly way. We paid the full price (35€ for 2 pizzas and 1 gr. bottle of water). It was very nice inside. The place outside was probably chosen unfavorably, you were sitting pretty much on the street. The “alley” probably also served as a pedestrian walkway, at least that’s how it felt. The service was really nice and quick - we didn't have to wait long for our food. Maybe it was a stupid day but we won't eat there anymore. The aspect of not being taken seriously and no “apology” was probably the most disappointing. I'm sorry to be so negative, I would like to have more positive things to say.

Very, very friendly courteous service, especially Francesco is a thoroughbred waiter who loves everything that has to do with delicious Italian food. We recommend the homemade cantuccini. We were there with over 20 people, 3 ate the fish menu and I would have expected more for the money. The leek was a melted blob and the plaice was only 1/4 of a whole plaice. I've never had so little on my plate in a restaurant

For me, this is where you get some of the best pizza. The pizza dough in particular is hard to beat in terms of taste.

The farm is very beautiful and the staff is friendly. We were there for lunch on a public holiday and unfortunately the food wasn't good. For the price I would have expected much more. The truffle dishes mainly consist of too much truffle oil.

6 of us ate here. The employees were very nice and polite. The ambience was nice too. Especially in the courtyard. Unfortunately we were accommodated in an outbuilding, which wasn't so nice. The food was very tasty.

Frühes Abendessen. Es war sehr leer. Wir wurden zügig bedient u das Essen kam auch schnell. Wir hatten Salat u eine Pizza. Das Essen war lecker, je voller es wurde umso ungemütlicher und lautet wurde es, sodass wir nach 1,5h wieder raus sind. Es hat etwas gedauert bis wir bezahlen konnten. Die Bedienung war sehr nett. Insgesamt eine 2 bis 3. Wenn man nicht lange sitzen bleiben möchte ein guter Stop.

We spontaneously got a table here for two people in the open garden on an early Saturday evening. The restaurant is quite large, so there seems to be enough seating around 6 p.m. Over the next hour and a half it filled up noticeably. The service staff were correspondingly very busy, they seemed to run kilometer after kilometer quickly and were still always in the area of ​​their tables at regular intervals. We shared the antipasto starter plate with two people, ideal for a starter. 2-3 pieces of simple pizza bread would have been great, but we neglected to ask for it. The pasta dishes we ordered were generally really tasty, but one dish arrived several minutes late because there was probably a problem with the preparation. The All’arrabbiata pasta was good, although not really spicy. Nevertheless, overall you can find solid dishes in a nice atmosphere here.

Huge pizza and tasty pasta. We recommend. If the main room is too train station-like for you, you can move into the cozy basement room.

A very unfriendly service. Poor space offered under the cloakroom, far too narrow, although there were still many spaces available. Rarely have I been treated so unkindly in a restaurant.

Delicious! Clouded by strained and slightly overwhelmed service staff. Misunderstanding about the ingredients of the starter, misunderstanding when ordering drinks - instead of a bottle of red wine, 1 glass of red wine was brought. During our stay (table reserved for 8 p.m.) the "extensive" clean-up work began at 9:15 p.m. A feel-good atmosphere looks and feels different! As paying guests, we felt like a nuisance at this point. To be on the safe side, we checked the opening time again on the Moccador website...11 p.m.! Perhaps the service staff should be informed about the opening times - and thus also service. Oh yes, also important to know: conversation with the companions is hardly or not at all possible. Volume (at full, up to 90% load) borders on unreasonable/damaging to hearing! This real location urgently needs an upgrade (sorry, also for the ceiling lights, paint and cleanliness in the dining room). It's a shame, really good food is little appreciated here.

Delicious pizza and bruscetta. Unfortunately, the salami looks like the large pre-cut one from the discount store. This leads to irritation at a price of €13. I would change. Food and drinks arrived quickly and were good.

Delicious pizzas Funghi and Speciale! Unfortunately, the restaurant is getting old and is very cramped and loud. I definitely think almost 20 euros for a pizza is too expensive. That's why unfortunately there won't be a second time for me.

Uffff..... Gastronomy is not an easy business and is often very thankless. But not recommended for cozy or family evenings on the weekend. Crowded, very narrow, extremely loud, stuffy and the tables and menus would be happy with a damp cloth with washing up liquid... Food 8/10

My absolute favorite pizza! The Margherita and Primavera pizzas are highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to take care of their guests. I will gladly come again!

No longer the first address or we were unlucky when it came to eating. The fish didn't taste very fresh and the sauce separated into its components before the first bite. But they tried to make amends in the form of really good espresso with small pastries. Very friendly service.

Pizza okay, no surprise although a variety of options are possible. The toppings on the pizza with roast pork weren't enough for my taste; you could actually only taste the tomatoes. Despite booking for a very large group, there was hardly any space at the table and it was cramped. Because of the many guests, the acoustics were of course very loud. 17.50 for a pizza seems to be normal. Friendly service.

Got a spot spontaneously on a Saturday lunchtime. The service was very polite! Orders were taken quickly and food was delivered just as quickly. The pizzas were very tasty, although some were too full. I wouldn't recommend the salami pizza because it looked very bland and was only covered in large slices of salami and wasn't even garnished with spices. You can argue about the prices, you definitely pay a premium for the ambience.

Eat pizza there more often, my girlfriend also gets gluten-free pizza there.

Unfortunately I had to delete my 5 star rating. Pasta with clams received without parmesan and sauce was under the pasta. No parsley either.

Great restaurant, great food and nice staff

For us it was an unfortunately mixed experience. We had reserved online in advance so that we could be served directly during our short lunch break and still have enough time to eat without being rushed. Unfortunately, contrary to the online information on their own homepage, it was neither possible to pre-order by telephone nor was the menu up to date. Unfortunately, we relied on exactly that and that's why we booked there. When the order was placed in advance over the phone, the staff on site simply said "it's no problem, we're quick". Despite the reservation, it took almost 10 minutes for the order to even be taken. Since the lunch menu on the menu in the restaurant was completely different from that on the restaurant's own homepage, there was of course chaos. In the end, all of the guests had a different meal than what they had planned and it was far too late to be able to eat in peace and not in a rush. A pity. Quality of food OK, but not great. Service as described 1 star is still too much in this case. Ambiance can be improved.

Unfortunately, I had a worse moccador experience with my girlfriend. The salmon cream sauce was overshadowed by the taste of dill. Since the early hours of this morning, I have had to express my suspicion that this may be due to the freshness of the ingredients. Approximately 6 hours of vomiting and diarrhea were the probable result and are currently still causing great physical weakness. It's a shame, but we won't be eating here again. In addition, the service was more conveyor belt than friendly.

The Mocca d'or restaurant offers really delicious food. The atmosphere was cozy and the ambience invited you to linger. Unfortunately, the waiter was a bit pushy and after we didn't give him a tip, his "friendliness" quickly disappeared. It would have been nice if he had still politely said goodbye to us. Otherwise OK so far.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the pizzas. Tasteless, dry and overpriced. You also pay for the ambience and the cathedral surcharge, but it still remained far below expectations. The antipasti plates we ordered were carelessly put together and not a highlight. We like to eat out and pay a fair price for good service, but I wouldn't go there again. I'm sorry.

Today (Saturday) it was very loud and difficult to have a clear conversation. Since I've had everything here when it comes to grilled fish and meat and have always been very spoiled, I decided on pasta with mussels and clams. These weren't quite as fresh as I felt and I would advise the operator to delete this dish rather than assuming that they would always be super fresh and of top quality. As I said, my respect for the rest of the repertoire!!!

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience (breakfast for 2 people on a Sunday). I'm wondering where to start. Scrambled eggs on the menu with mushrooms, on the plate completely without mushrooms, completely burnt (some burnt spots can already be seen in the picture, the rest was on the bottom). Instead of parmesan in the scrambled eggs, use a slice (clearly from the edge with more peel than cheese). The “Parma ham” tastes like Black Forest ham, i.e. more smoked and not like an air-dried Mediterranean ham. The boiled egg was so overcooked that the yolk wasn't really yellow anymore. Wheat rolls were ok, the darker rolls were unfortunately tough like rubber. There is butter for about 0.75 rolls, but there are 2 per person. In addition, service is at best inattentive and at worst disinterested.

Nach einem Katastrophalen Start im FIU mit dem bei weitem unfreundlichsten Kellner den ich seit langer Zeit hatte. Hat Ina und das Team an der Bar den Abend gerettet. Es war ein besonderer Abend umso mehr hat es mich gefreut das meine „Beschwerde“ auf ein offenes Ohr sties. Ich danke euch!

Wir waren früher bei jedem Besuch in Münster im Mocca D‘or und fanden es klasse! Essen war lecker und die Kellner freundlich. Leider ist es heute nur noch überfüllt und nachdem wir mehrmals (!) den Tisch wechseln sollten, haben wir uns so unwillkommen gefühlt, dass wir das Weite gesucht haben. Man sitzt eng an eng und hat nicht den Hauch von Privatsphäre. Darauf kann man verzichten. Sehr schade.

Wir waren an einem Samstag Abend zu acht im Mocca d'or. Der reservierte Tisch war noch nicht vorbereitet, sondern noch mit Tellern von den Vorgängern voll. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde der Tisch einmal oberflächlich gewischt, was nur bedingt half. Die Kellnerin war freundlich, jedoch mit der Situation insgesamt überfordert, wie es schien. Wir entschieden uns für einige Pizzen und diverse Nudelgerichte. Man muss zugute halten, dass wir insgesamt nicht lange auf unser Essen warteten. Die Pizzen waren alle gut, nicht spitzenmäßig, aber für den Preis von ca. 16 € angemessen. Die Pasta war leider durch die Bank mäßig. Die Trüffelravioli waren lauwarm und recht wenig. Die Pistaziennudeln waren nicht gewürzt. Der Service war leider garnichts. Die Getränke (auch der Wein) wurden ohne Anstalten des Einschenkens auf den Tisch gestellt. Auch die Speisen mussten weitergereicht werden ohne Versuche, die Teller direkt an die Person zu bringen. Ein Weinkühler kam erst nach 3facher Nachfrage. Insgesamt hat uns der Besuch doch alle Recht enttäuscht. Wir hoffen, dass sich in Zukunft mehr Zeit für den Service und mehr Liebe in der Küche genommen wird.

Für mich die beste Pizza in Münster. Super schöner Innenhof und sehr freundliches Personal.

Wirklich ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Die drei Gerichte waren von der Portionsgröse total in Ordnung, allerdings war quasi keine Qualität vorhanden.

Wir waren gestern im Mocca d‘or und wir waren mega begeistert. Die Pizzen schmeckten sehr gut und der Service war 1 a👌, immer da, ohne aufdringlich zu sein und sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente lädt zum verweilen ein. Sanitärbereich war auch sehr sauber. Wenn es uns nochmal nach Münster verschlägt, werden wir gern wieder im Mocca d‘or essen gehen👍

Okay aber nie wieder. Essen ist akzeptabel aber habe schon besser gegessen. Das einzige was gut war ist der Salat und das Knoblauchbrot. Die Pizzen die wir bestellt hatten war eine von nicht die richtige also wurde einfach etwas drauf gelegt und dann nochmal serviert. Allerdings wurde diese nicht neu gebacken was uns umso mehr gestört hat. Somit war bei der Salami mit Kochschinken einfach der Kochschinken kalt..... Die Thunfischpizza war ok aber die Tomatensauce war teilweise garnicht vorhanden wodurch die Pizza trocken geschmeckt hat. Der Service ist ok aber viel zu gestresst und unkoordiniert. Manche hetzen durch den gesamten Raum oder wussten nichr wem welche Bestellung gehört. Dann wurde durch den Raum gebrüllt welche Bestellungen für welchen Tisch sind. Die Atmosphäre ist nicht angenehm, alle rennen rum und man bekommt das Gefühl man sitze an einem Bahnhof. Leider sind auch die Santiären Anlagen in einem Miserablen Zustand und nicht gerade Sauber sondern auch Kaputt. Die Lautstärke ähnelt einem Stadion man kann sich nicht mal in normaler Lautstärke unterhalten. Ich musste meine Begleitung fast anschreien damit sie mich verstehen konnte und leider auch andersrum. Nach ner Zeit bekam man Kopfschmerzen, diesmal haben wir einfach nur schnell gegessen und sind dann zurück zum Hotel. Mein Fazit zu dem Debakel ist lieber woanders hinzugehen. Besonders wenn man in gemütlicher Atmosphäre und Ruhe sein Essen genießen will. Folgt mir für mehr Reisetipps

Wir hatten an Silvester einen Platz für 4 Personen reserviert. Als wir ankamen wurden wir herzlich empfangen und sofort bedient. Bei der Auswahl konnte man sich allerdings kaum entscheiden. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass Mocca d'or glutenfreie Pizza anbietet, die wirklich weltklasse ist. Auch die Vorspeisen und die Nudeln haben super geschmeckt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt ebenfalls. Von Anfang bis Ende ein perfekter Besuch! Danke! Ganz liebe Grüße aus Essen :-)
