L'Osteria Münster in Münster

A friendly welcome. Uncomplicated service. The food arrived before the drinks. The pizza was good. The lasagna was cold inside, but was warmed up and then brought back. The friendly waiter tried to make up for any shortcomings with his friendliness.

We shared a pizza (you can't manage it alone!), which was really well-topped and tasted great. The waitress was very friendly and unobtrusive, giving us good advice. We'll be happy to come back.

Food not received after more than an hour, no one cared.

Pizzas were delicious. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time. Few waiters on a Saturday at 1pm.

Very nice, very friendly, very fast, very good. What more can you say about that? Gladly again at any time.

Disappointing visit on May 1, 2025 We were at the Pizzeria L’Osteria in Münster on May 1st and unfortunately our visit was anything but satisfactory. Upon first contact, we were served by a waitress with a bad cold who obviously couldn't hide her cold - anything but hygienic, especially in the catering area. About our food: The pizzas we ordered did not have the desired ingredients. Everything seemed careless - the toppings lay unevenly in a pile in the middle. The so-called “paprika pepperoni” was particularly disappointing: instead of fresh, hot peppers, we were served sweet glass peppers. When we asked, we were told that theirs was paprika pepperoni - a very questionable interpretation. Even though the crowds were certainly big on the holiday, that should not be an excuse for a lack of quality and negligence in the service. We know of other L’Osteria locations where both the food and the processes are significantly better. Unfortunately no more than 2 stars for this visit.

Just don't choose spaghetti ice cream... Unfortunately it's tiny and ingredients were missing... Otherwise the food looks good and you can sit nicely

It was very tasty and very cozy?!

Service was unfriendly, when we asked after waiting for 30 minutes we were told, “Wait a minute,” we saw that there was no order and what to do. There were couples who got up after a long wait and left. Food, well cheap ham, drinks with a cola with lemon and others not, the best non-carbonated so from the bottle. Price wise, definitely too expensive. It's my personal opinion!!! I don't need an answer to my personal opinion either oooo we're sorry Bla Bla Bla. We won't go there anymore and everyone is happy...

Very tasty food and where we sat it was also pleasant with the volume and the general quality of the seating. Super nice service - we'll be back.

Five of us were there yesterday with the purpose of celebrating my birthday. We were greeted in a friendly manner without prior reservation and assigned a table. We were served straight away and hardly had to wait until our drinks were there. The dishes were also prepared quickly and very tasty and followed shortly afterwards. The waiter (Peter) also brought us surprises to the table and even sang a little birthday song. Accordingly, we were very enthusiastic and can absolutely recommend it. We have also been to other Losteria restaurants, for example in Nuremberg or Bielefeld - none of them impressed us as much as the one in Münster. We didn't miss anything and we would definitely come back!

Wir waren mit fünf Freunden bei L'Osteria, um einen Geburtstag zu feiern – und es war einfach rundum perfekt! Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam. Es wurden sogar kleine Überraschungen für das Geburtstagskind vorbereitet, was uns total begeistert hat und den Abend besonders gemacht hat. Das Essen war wie immer super lecker – die Pizza riesig und köstlich, die Pasta auf den Punkt! Eine tolle Atmosphäre, super Service und viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Danke für diesen schönen Abend!

We were there for dinner with a larger group (17 people). Attentive service, waiting time for drinks and starters acceptable, the waiting time for the main course - delicious 45cm pizzas - was quite long at a good 45 to almost 60 minutes; Maybe 2 pizza bakers are not enough at the 7:30 p.m. rush hour... and a lot of delivery food... the pizzas tasted good and had enough fresh ingredients, the penne arabiata was unfortunately too soft, but the level of spiciness was perfect!

Niklas (waiter) is the best man!!!!!

It was our first time eating in the restaurant. The food tasted great. The ambience and service were also great. The service staff was very attentive and friendly. We are already looking forward to the next time.

A table was reserved at 6:15 p.m.... 6:40 p.m. (!) the order was finally taken, with the note that we had to go to a concert by 7:30 p.m. at the latest... no problem... when there was still no pizza on the table by 1:20 a.m., we had our pizzas packed up and left. That shouldn't happen on a Saturday evening... annoying Pizzas are very tasty...

A great restaurant in Münster located on the promenade. This is also great because you can stop right there during a walk. We were there with the family, 9 people. Everyone was very satisfied. The size of the pizzas is crazy. It's great that you can have different toppings on both sides. The staff are very friendly and it's also very child-friendly (grandchildren 3 and 7). We'll definitely be back

Excellent atmosphere, delicious food, excellent service and reasonable prices

The two of us wanted to eat in the restaurant last Friday and had reserved a table in advance - we also stated that we would be bringing our dog with us. However, at the reception we were greeted very unfriendly and shown to a table that could barely fit two adults. When we asked politely whether there was an alternative option, the service employee didn't respond and instead disappeared into the back of the restaurant without comment. Due to the rude treatment and the unpleasant situation, we finally decided to leave the restaurant.

We ate there when we took a short trip to Münster. Very nice friendly staff. The food was delicious and we had a great table by the window. When we are back in Münster, we would like to come back 😁

L’Osteria is the ideal place for anyone who appreciates huge pizzas and a welcoming atmosphere. The service is extremely friendly and attentive - a special thank you to my waiter Benny for the great service. Since moving to Münster two weeks ago, I've been here four times and every time it's been great. I can only recommend the restaurant, it's really worth it.

The friendly waitress deserved 5 stars, but the rest wasn't up to scratch. We've now visited several branches at different locations. BUT, one general drawback is: - The prices have gone up, €1 per dish is not uncommon. - The portion size has shrunk considerably. - Our food came before our drinks. - A pasta dish was served incorrectly, and THAT was a disaster on top of everything else (pasta with lentils). The pasta wasn't even cooked through and was lukewarm, and the cafeteria can do better. Luckily, it was swapped for the ordered dish. I imagine spaghetti with a "beef ragu" sauce flavored with red wine to be different than simple spaghetti with minimal Bolognese sauce and maybe just a teaspoon of ground beef. Chili oil and Parmesan cheese saved it somewhat. I haven't ordered my favorite salad, Campagniola, for a long time because the leaf salad mix has become a disadvantage, and the portion size isn't what it used to be. What's going on with you? We used to enjoy coming to you (mostly in Dortmund), but the price-performance ratio, quality, portion size, and taste are no longer right.

Wir waren an einem Samstag da und es war nicht zu voll, wir haben dann nach einigem warten doch einen Platz bekommen. Das Essen war lecker, wenn bei meiner Frau nicht der Salat zum Teil schlecht gewordene Salatblätter enthalten hätte. Die Pizzen von uns anderen waren riesig und lecker aber durch die Größe schlecht zu essen. Wir habe reklamiert und sollten dann Ersatz für den Salat bekommen. Der Ersatz kam dann nach aber auf Nachfrage dann als wir anderen schon fertig waren. Der Salat sollte dann von der Rechnung genommen werden, sind uns aber nach überschlagen der Rechnungssumme und nachfragen wo uns das versichert wurde nicht sicher. An den anderen Tischen um uns herum gab es überall ein Problem. Bei einem wurde ein Essen vergessen. Bei dem anderen gab es ein Problem mit der Rechnung. Das Restaurant hat ein schönes Ambiente schien aber nicht sehr organisiert zu sein. Die Mitarbeiter haben so keine Chance ihr ohne Zweifel vorhandenes Engagement erfolgreich zu zeigen.

Super super great restaurant!! Great atmosphere and very nice staff. Benny served us and is super personable and nice. Food came quickly and we got a heart-shaped pizza. Extremely nice staff/cooks and delicious food. Highly recommended for the great price. And at the end the food was served by Benny!! Just like that. If you don't want to make money, you can just leave the guests sitting there for half an hour. Then we left. Definitely not going there again in the future. Münster offers several alternatives, after all.

Had a 4-cheese pizza for a lunch snack on the way from the train station to the Chagall exhibition, which was gigantic in size and delicious. Plus a good espresso, one before and one after, all accompanied by a friendly, attentive young lady in service, what more could you want? The pizzas should be offered in different sizes, that would be my wish.

Great pizzeria! The pizza is tasty and big. The only thing was that we waited a long time for the order to be completed, perhaps due to the fact that it was Friday evening. Delicious draft beer. The waiters are friendly. I recommend it 👍🏻!

The food was decent, but mostly very large portions. My pizza took longer because the first one was burnt. Then I got a new one, but it wasn’t cooked properly. The service is okay.

Apart from that the delivery is endless It took a long time and the pizza was cold anyway, so the portion of tortelini for €16 was a real outrage. All I got on the phone was the statement “everything was still warm here, the portion is always so “big”…”. Will not eat or order here again

My visit to the Lostaria in Münster was an overall positive experience. The food tasted good and the drinks came to the table quickly. First there was no pasta. Then there was no more soup. Ordered at 8:50 p.m. and have been waiting for our food for over 1.5 hours. The hunger has now passed. Staff friendly. Too expensive for the service. The food is still delicious and the atmosphere is fine.
