Worst lasagna ever for €17.90. I didn't even finish half of it. After I told the waiter it tasted awful, he simply took it away without an apology. He still charged me for the full price. He didn't even ask if I wanted something else or an espresso. Nothing. The salad that followed was okay. The new cutlery was more or less thrown at me. I expect much more from a restaurant like this. We were a party of five, including business partners. That means the restaurant had five more customers who certainly won't be returning. 🤬

What a beautiful view! A wonderful restaurant – delicious food – and very friendly service.

Very cozy, we paid €140 for two people. The portions could have been a bit larger, but the food was delicious. The truffle pasta was excellent. The service was also top-notch – attentive and friendly. The food was served relatively quickly, with no long wait. We'd gladly come again.

Reservation (online), welcome, smooth and very friendly, ambiance cool, businesslike, but pleasant, clientele also young & dynamic. Food as expected, good. All in all, excellent... if it weren't for... it got very loud, very, very loud. When there are groups there, it's almost unbearable. The owner/operator should come up with something about that - noise control = health protection...

Beautiful location on the Aasee

Very nice location. Both in terms of the interior design and the location overlooking Lake Aasee. The service is excellent. All the staff were very friendly, attentive, and relaxed, always with a smile. The food was delicious. Overall, highly recommended.

Great view of Lake Aasee, exquisite prices, and sometimes even exquisite quality. But not consistently, and the waiters, with their rather high noses, are a bit too refined for the guests. And unfortunately, they also forget the occasional order.

The penna cotta is really beautiful.

A very nice place, the setting is beautiful. The food is okay, solid but nothing special. The service, however, is abysmal. We weren't regulars, so we hardly noticed them, and we had to call for waitresses ourselves. It seemed like they were courting regulars. One waiter was very overbearing and equally unfriendly. Unacceptable for the price. We certainly won't be regulars.

I really didn't like the taste and I didn't find it particularly comfortable.

It's such a shame that they don't treat their guests honestly. 😕 We were there in the past as a couple and spent relaxing evenings there, true to the "dolce vita" motto. 🇮🇹 Since we had children, we're unfortunately no longer welcome. 😔 Hey, dear Il DiVino team: we're the same as before. 👋🏼 The ones who enjoy drinking wine, eating dessert even when they're full, and tipping really well. The only difference is that we have a little one who seems to have a hard time getting a taste of that lifestyle. Our turnover would be even higher. Please rethink your concept. There are several possibilities: the guest feels valued first when you're honest. We sat in the restaurant next door (which, by the way, even conjured up a balloon for our daughter) and no guests with reservations came, occupying the more than 10 available tables. Honesty takes courage in that moment, but if there seems to be a reason why children aren't welcome, then communicate it. Then there will be disappointed guests, but at least you're being honest. 🤌🏻 And just between us: isn't a family with a child and the turnover of three meals including drinks, one of which is charged at the adult price, better than an empty table? ❓♥️

Unfortunately, children are apparently not welcome here. The restaurant had a large number of free tables, which remained unoccupied for the next few hours (we were next door), but we were turned away. Such a shame, as we often go there as a couple and the food is always delicious. We were truly disappointed that a change in life circumstances leads to being treated differently. We would have gladly left our money there. But now we probably won't be coming back in the future—even as a couple.

2 stars for the view and the ambience. Unfortunately, there's no more than that here. We waited 1 1/2 hours for a portion of pasta and a beef fillet. I got a beef fillet that was medium rare instead of medium, with 8 potato halves, 6 of which were undercooked, and a vegetable mix I've never seen before (mushrooms, kohlrabi, peppers, and chickpeas). We were just about to cancel the main course when the food arrived just in time. It's a shame, we should have left it alone. Overpriced, and people go here to hold their noses in. Not recommended. Ordered a shandy. Only got one beer. When I asked, they said the keg of Sprite was empty. So why do they bring it out without asking and pretend it's a shandy? Never again!

The service on the terrace was very unfriendly. She yelled at guests who didn't wait at the entrance (no one came anyway). Then she didn't serve them either, so they left with us, shaking their heads.

A fantastic place with a stunning view of Lake Aasee. Super nice and friendly staff. But the food was a disappointment. A salad with grilled salmon for just under €19 ended up being a bit of iceberg lettuce with cucumber and carrot, and fried salmon on top. I just felt that a) the attention to detail was missing. Anyone can make a salad like that, you don't have to be a chef. And b) the price/performance ratio just wasn't right.

Went with my partner to drink Aperol. We waited 20 minutes for the menu to be brought to us. We also waited for one blanket which was brought for a very long time. We waited even longer for our order!

Service plays games on the phone... Empty wine and water bottles are not cleared away... Apparently not enough staff.

I waited 10 minutes just for my drink... Unfortunately, the apple spritzer didn't taste like apple spritzer. The waiters were very attentive. I ordered the antipasti, which came towards the end of my main course, even though they should have come before. For my main course, I had the tagliatelle with beef and peppers. I only waited 15 minutes for the food, though. Unfortunately, there was no salt, pepper, or oil on the table. I wasn't blown away. I also waited a long time for the bill... The portion itself was relatively small for a lot of money. A shame, because the location is lovely and has potential.

The waiter was treating us coldly and uncomfortable. We wanted to sit and there were vacant seats. He told us that there was no place. Bad experience.

Very nice ambiance. Friendly service. Portions are very generous. Unfortunately, the smell in the restrooms isn't very pleasant. They need more maintenance. Prices are rather high.

"Exclusivity for insiders – and unfortunately, we were just... guests." After a wonderfully relaxing day at the zoo, accompanied by laughing children, good cheer, and the romantic scent of sunscreen and a duck pond, we naively thought a nice end to the day at an Italian restaurant would be a perfect ending. We were wrong – but Ristorante Il DiVino seems to be in the right place... with its own rules. We were politely but firmly asked to leave at the door. They didn't want us in because: In the next 15 minutes, 60 guests would appear out of nowhere. The problem: no table was reserved, and many remained empty even later. Probably a new form of invisibility technology. Particularly charming was the staff's genuine confusion about why it was so busy on Tuesdays. We felt doubly out of place – not only because we didn't have a reservation, but also because we apparently couldn't provide an explanation for the sudden rush of guests. Our six-year-old companion suggested it might be because of a secret Magic Tuesday. We thought that was the most plausible theory. The bottom line: If you want to feel small, annoying, and unwanted—all with a touch of la dolce vita—this is the place for you. For real guests with real expectations, however, a picnic by the lake is better. The ducks may be cheeky at times, but at least they're honest.

The food was served quickly. It was delicious and fresh. Three waiters took care of us: one took our order, one brought the food, and one cleared the table. We felt very comfortable.

It was a beautiful summer evening! We had a delicious meal. The meat was perfect. It's a great place to celebrate your birthday with several guests. The terrace, overlooking the entire Aasee, is simply the most beautiful in all of Münster. The view is simply stunning. Thank you for the wonderful evening!

A truly excellent Italian restaurant in the most beautiful spot in Münster. We went there with a group. We pre-ordered an appetizer plate, osso buco with vegetables and panna cotta. The view of Lake Aasee was excellent.

Unfortunately, it was very bad: - The staff seemed a bit annoyed and listless - We received the wrong dish - The dish "Tagliatelle with smoked salmon and spinach in a light tomato cream" didn't contain any salmon, and when we asked, we were told that it was obvious that the salmon was only in the sauce. Even that, unfortunately, didn't taste of salmon at all. The atmosphere was very nice, but under the circumstances, you didn't get much out of it.

Beautiful restaurant right on the Aasee. Absolutely stunning location with a view of the lake. An upscale and stylishly decorated restaurant with an excellent selection of Italian dishes. The service is very good. We only had a few drinks there in the afternoon. However, the prices are quite high.

If you're looking for one of the top restaurants in Münster, you've come to the right place! Everything is just right here. The view is unbeatable. The food is always delicious and fresh, and the staff is always friendly and committed to satisfying all guests.

Great view of Lake Aasee. Staff was friendly, but service could be improved. Seven of us were there. We ordered two bread baskets with dip as an appetizer. Initially, only one arrived with six slices. So, one guest was left without, or two shared a slice. After asking/reminding us twice, the second bread basket arrived. Attentive staff could have passed it on to the kitchen, adding another slice (if it really was just one slice). Seven guests were sitting at the table. The food was good, but the drinks were very slow to arrive, and glasses remained empty for a longer time.

A nice, modern location right on Lake Aa, but the staff aren't the friendliest. Small special requests aren't accommodated. We found the place to be extremely sales-driven.

The food tastes good, but the service is awful. We had to wait a very long time both to order and to pay. Regulars, however, seem to get served immediately. I wouldn't come here again.

The food was good, and to be expected for the price... service, what kind of service? No one asked if we liked the food, or would we like something to drink... the plates were cleared away, no one asked if we wanted dessert... we had to keep getting our attention... then we could order dessert... a tiramisu, and while I'm writing this review, it's still not there after 30 minutes... not again....

Delicious food, loooong waits, no one asks if you like the food, no one asks if you want a drink... half an hour plus with empty glasses. Dessert only on request... really sad and way too expensive. A real shame! Terrace full of weeds and unkempt flowerbeds.

Unfortunately, our experience was not a positive one. We waited a very long time for our food, the selection was very limited, as they apparently underestimated the weekend (even though it was Tuesday and you could have shopped for it), and on top of that, I had dizzy spells and vomited the night after dinner. I suspect the porcini mushrooms in the truffle pasta were no longer good. I would therefore strongly urge the restaurant to use only fresh produce despite the shortages. My day was ruined after that. The taste was okay, although the dish arrived lukewarm.

A huge compliment to the kitchen and the very attentive, friendly staff. We celebrated my daughter's wedding there with 32 people. The three-course menu was perfect. All guests were thrilled. Great service. Simply a successful evening with a dream setting. Many thanks to the fantastic team.

The food was excellent overall. After some deliberation, we all ordered the tuna from the daily special. However, it was no longer available; perhaps they should wipe the dishes clean in the future or mention that. So the waiter spontaneously and flexibly put together a fish platter, which ultimately tasted great! In general, the service that evening could have been more attentive toward the end; there was no one at the table or in sight for a long time, so we decided to forgo dessert due to the late hour. Lovely atmosphere right on the lake. Overall, recommended and 5 stars, as we had a lovely evening and the food was very good, with a slight drawback in the service.

The new owners have brought a breath of fresh air to Lake Aasee - Il Divino has not only been revitalized, but has been raised to a whole new level. Service and hospitality are noticeably more personal, and what comes on the plate is also convincing across the board. The quality of the food has clearly improved: fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors and a presentation that leaves you wanting more. We cook with passion here – and you can taste it. There is also an atmosphere in which you simply feel comfortable. Whether for a relaxed evening for two or a convivial meal with friends: Il Divino has become a real recommendation. I would definitely like to come back!

Very nicely renovated, great location The food for this price range was not good at all. Unfortunately, the lasagna was just as disappointing as at a furniture store restaurant. Pinsa instead of pizza, sorry you couldn't convince us that evening. But the location is very nice

Our first visit together to Münster and through photos and the website of this restaurant, we became attentive and curious. Super nice restaurant. Great staff, incredibly delicious food! And the view… amazing!

Very tastefully renovated, service nice and quick, large wine list. So far so good. The menu includes the same dishes as those of the previous owner. Valter - but probably now revised by a controller. Example starter plate for €19.90: 1 small slice of salami, 2 thin slices of vitello tonnato, 1 slice of carpaccio, 2 slices of tomato with standard mozzarella. Example of carbonara: instead of guancale, mini strips of bacon sprinkled over it, far too much bright white sauce, obviously based on a powder aid, no trace of egg yolk and pecorino. Too bad. It was tasty, but nothing to do with the original Cucina Italiana that used to be here

The food was delicious, we liked everything we ate, the service was wonderful, the atmosphere was friendly. It may just be a sound and acoustic problem, it becomes difficult to hear each other in the conversation.

A really stylish shop with a wonderful atmosphere! The restaurant has just opened and you can immediately see how much love has been put into the details. The staff is super friendly and attentive, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. The food? Simply delicious! The quality is top and the price-performance ratio really surprised me - I would have thought it would be more expensive. Added to this is the great location, which offers the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. Definitely a new favorite – I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely great! There were three of us, we had pinsa tuna (grade 1+), spaghetti carbonara (very original and tasty) and a carpaccio and everything was tip top! White wine was good, Spritz and Warsteiner were well known and €100 for everything was probably okay for the performance. I'm thrilled! Waiters were all more than nice and accommodating. The new ambience is impressive. New highlight at Lake Aasee, must have 5*

Everyone knows the top location, there's hardly anything better than it. We've been there several times and enjoyed being a guest, but last night it was really bad. A special table decoration was ordered in advance - it was forgotten. Then we simply forgot drinks several times and finally - about 10 minutes after ordering dessert - the waiter came and informed us that we no longer had an order. The crowning achievement: now even baguette and garlic cream, which were served without our order, are charged and a starter platter for 3 people recommended to us, which is not on the menu, cost a whopping € 60. Everything paid and done, but: A very sobering experience for a restaurant of this category and these prices!

Very nice restaurant, especially the great location and the view of Lake Aasee through the fully glazed wall. The service was attentive and humorous. Lots of dishes, there were six of us, excellent. Only the fillet steak, which was well done (juicy and soft), was slightly too pungent, perhaps thawed? The most expensive main courses in particular had very few side dishes. We strongly recommend an appetizer! We will come back, but skip the fillet. You don't have to be able to perfect everything!

Very nice atmosphere and a good standard of food. A good choice for dates or evenings with good friends to enjoy. It's also very comfortable to sit in, so the evening can be long.

I am more than satisfied. Food was great and the service deserves 10 stars. The waiter, a slightly older gentleman, was very friendly. I will visit the local again from Cologne. Best place in Münster. Prices are very good considering the service and the view.

A fantastic view of Lake Aa with wonderful conditions that were happy to accept various special requests. The food was also great, like the classic homemade truffle pasta, but also exotic items like octopus were great with great quality. At the end there was a good selection of desserts, highly recommended: the lemon sorbet. For me the price is absolutely justified, so we will happily visit this restaurant more often.

Went there again after a long time and were warmly welcomed as if we had never been away. Great weather, great (almost holiday) atmosphere with a view of the entire Aasee. Starters and main courses were all cooked to perfection! Very very tasty! Good quality combined with a great location do justice to the prices. 👌 Gladly again!

A summer evening on the terrace of Ristorante Il Di Vino is beautiful and heart-refreshing. The service is perfect and the food is a delight. I'd love to come back.

Very beautiful view, certainly. But this Restaurant, if we can call it that, is of no interest. Not able to serve us aperitifs at the same time. The dishes, overpriced, without any interest. Beef, a real shoe sole, unimaginative menu, stuffed with out-of-season products. Ridiculous, the chef, who would like to be one, should take cooking lessons before wanting to launch into elaborate dishes. To avoid. Run away!

The restaurant has a really nice view over Lake Aasee. But that's about it. The food is completely overpriced. The quality isn't right either. The dishes all have the same side dishes and sauce. This tastes like it comes out of the bag and is sticky. It's a shame it could have been so nice.

The location on Lake Aasee is great, we sat inside as a large group, the window front was open and gave a great view of the lake and the activities. So much for the positive. A pre-ordered menu, with vitello tonnato, fillet steak with chanterelles and a panacotta for dessert. The Vitello was good, the Tonnato unfortunately less so, too mayonnaise in our opinion. The fillets, although we asked for doneness beforehand, were all between medium and medium well, only one that was ordered had the right doneness. The side dishes were rather bland, the Romanesco tasted as if it had been briefly dropped into warm water, no kick, no taste. The potatoes didn't really know what they were supposed to be. Boiled potatoes, fried potatoes? The panacotta was very good, hence the 2 stars, the right consistency, the taste was just right and the berries also gave it the necessary kick. All in all, it's a shame for the great location, but for the prices you can eat much better in other restaurants in Münster.

Very nice atmosphere and very nice service at the beginning. However, we had to wait about 80 minutes for our food ("simple" noodles), which unfortunately didn't meet our expectations at all. Unfortunately, the service was only “incidental”. The price-performance ratio was in no relation, we certainly won't go there again. Too bad.

Was there with 2 regular guests. Was invited last Wednesday. I come from the catering industry myself. I'm just thrilled. A great waiter who taught me Italian >> Fantastico << That alone was worth 5 stars. And the food! 10 *********! Plus a wonderful view, what more could you want?

The three stars are for the mega friendly staff. The boys are great and had a lot of fun. The food is also very tasty and the view is indescribable. BUT, after we had paid and it was raining heavily, we wanted to take shelter and were treated very rudely by a lady and KICKED OUT. Reason: We laughed, were in a good mood - she felt ripped off (her words). We cannot forgive the fact that we left so much money behind. I just feel sorry for the employees under such management!!

That was the first and last time. The service was unfriendly and listless. We only had something to drink so I can't rate the food. The best thing about it was the view of Lake Aasee. I can't recommend this store more.

Were briefly spoken to by a waiter after a long wait. After ordering the drinks he said as he walked away and didn't want to eat in a very condescending tone. Then we had to wait a long time for the drinks. As he walked past the table again, he looked at us and said, I've already taken the order. After we paid, he took the money without a word and we waited for our change. After another few minutes, he wordlessly placed a folder on the table as he passed by. After my wife asked for the change, he said in a cheeky tone, please look in the folder. We were in the restaurant for the first and last time.

This was our third time eating out and we were always thrilled by the ambience, the friendliness of the service staff, the culinary feast, the excellent wine and of course Valter the boss. Always my pleasure.

Beautiful restaurant with a fantastic view of Lake Aasee. Nice service staff. Menu varied, currently green asparagus as a seasonal vegetable. Unfortunately the sea bass was overcooked and therefore tough and without sauce or lemon, the ravioli was a very small portion and everything was expensive. Ambience great, food not as good as hoped.

We chose this restaurant as the final meal of our city trip to Münster, and we have to say that we didn't regret eating here. Everything is just right here; from the ambience to the service staff, who always had a good eye and an open ear for their guests. The food is without a doubt very good and the portions are of sufficient size. The best thing for us was the intermediate course with tagliatelle with a sophisticated strawberry sauce that we had never tasted before. It was just very, very good!!! Our special and heartfelt thanks go to the entire team at the “Il DiVino” restaurant. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stop by again! Best regards J. & A. Lambert
