Lazzaretti in Münster

Visually appealing restaurant/ice cream parlor. Unfortunately extremely disorganized. That dampened the mood. Cappuccino was fine. Cocoa a simple vending machine variant. No customer-centric focus. When ordering, it was "subtly" pointed out that it wasn't his area. To pay we had to ask the waiter three times who could bill us... .....Please!!!! Seriously???

Rarely have we experienced such bad acoustics, incredibly loud - there is also the blaring of a radio that is not turned off even when asked. If it were a public cafeteria, it would be closed by the noise protection officer. The toilets smell uncomfortable and are not really clean either. So it stayed with drinks

I can't judge the food, so no stars. I didn't eat anything but the decaffeinated coffee was very good. Unfortunately, I didn't like the atmosphere that much and the toilets were neither clean nor nice. No soap. 2 of 3 soap dispensers defective. Service was nice. With so many people it might be difficult to pay attention to everything.

I had a few friends eat here. The pizza is significantly better at other Italian restaurants, but the service and friendliness here is unbeatable. I had a really great and entertaining evening and would love to come back. Since we were there during the Christmas market and probably many visitors use the toilets, they smelled very unpleasant and looked accordingly. I hope it's different otherwise.

The toilets are not necessarily recommended. Broken taps, no towels, broken soap dispenser.

Despite all the hustle and bustle on the Christmas market weekend, we were warmly welcomed, even though we just wanted to have a coffee for a (Pippi) break. The drinks came immediately and the coffee was great. In addition, the delicious smell of pizza wafted through the room... it's a shame we're so full...

The food was really good here. Unfortunately, not everything around it! The restaurant is nicely decorated and half of the cellars are nice. Unfortunately we were treated very roughly, our reservation was booked incorrectly and it was clarified very sloppily! The toilets were also in very poor condition.

We ate very tasty pizza there and it was not expensive.

Despite a reservation (the time wasn't late), there was no pizza left to order. Lasagna couldn't be ordered either. The starter came with or after the main course. The salads we ordered only came long after the pasta had already been eaten, so eating together was not possible. Most people weren't satisfied with the main course. Bread with pasta or salad was only available upon request and then not for everyone. Ordering drinks was also a hassle, with waiters simply walking away in the middle of the order without saying anything. A real letdown and not recommended!

One of the worst ice cream parlors in town

Completely overwhelmed despite reservations. The restaurant was very full that evening, but they should have known that because it had been reserved for months. Then you weren't allowed to order pizza. I have no idea why there was enough dough and the oven worked too. Drinks took forever, food came at completely different times. Ok, with such a large group, but several meals were completely forgotten, and several were then delivered incorrectly, even though one time they had ordered something other than the pizza they wanted. It was a complete disaster and at times it brought a bit of a bad mood into the lovely Christmas party. Then two of us got a drink on the house, but the rest didn't. At the end there was a schnapps and we thought that would settle everything. Oh well. It's a shame, we were there at the same time with the same hustle and bustle about 2 or 3 years ago. It was great there. I have no idea what happened there. We won't book again

Nice and busy, but helped quickly. First cup of coffee with waffle, perfect! Pizza later that day, excellent taste. Highly recommended! Very nice staff. Everything neat.

Pizza was tasty, bottom the same but not crispy. Fast service and functional contact with the customer. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant is anything but Italian, cool and businesslike, which could be much better.

"Perfect place for ice cream lovers – Lazzertti loves it!" Lazzertti is truly a little gem! The service was incredibly friendly and welcomed us immediately. The ice cream is simply fantastic, especially the elderberry cheesecake variety - a real taste experience that you won't forget in a hurry. The creative mix of flavors and the quality of the ice cream make every visit something special. I'm already looking forward to the next time and can recommend Lazzertti to anyone who appreciates great ice cream and a friendly atmosphere!

If steak is advertised on the daily menu and then there isn't any, that is very counterproductive.

The first time I was here with my child and that was also the last time!!! My son wanted to choose a certain type of ice cream, but the employee was so impatient and rude, just awful!!! And don't think that if you swear in Italian that no one can understand you!!! I will never enter this store and I will not recommend it to anyone, aren't you ashamed of such service??!!!

Pizza delicious! Lots of flies in the restaurant are very annoying. Service tries hard, but occasionally looks unfriendly. Ambiance mediocre.

The restaurant was just right after the city tour. The knives for the pizza could be a little sharper. It was hard for me to cut the pizza. But there was nothing wrong with the taste.

Rarely have I eaten such tasteless ice cream, with a blind tasting you have no chance of finding out what you have in the cup. The salesperson was also completely wrong. If you don't feel like dealing with customers, you should choose another profession

The ice cream ball is really small for the price of €1.80, the cone wasn't even filled and you could just throw it away after eating the ball. The service was extremely unfriendly and impatient if you thought about it for more than 2 seconds. There really are better shops in Münster. Price performance is a joke...

The worst Italian restaurant and ice cream parlor I have ever visited!!!

Prices are not appropriate for the service and quality. Had to contact customer service several times and finally get the card myself. Spaghetti, then quieter than al dente. When I paid, I had to chase after the service again. Was worth the experience, but would consider a different restaurant next time

Terrible shop and visited almost exclusively by tourists. We were cheekily accused of lying by the waiter when we pointed out that there was no ice in our iced coffee. Overall very unsympathetic employees. In Münster you can eat much better and nicer Italian food or ice cream on every corner.

Unfortunately the service was not possible. You had to get everything yourself. The tables were apparently cleared afterwards.

Pleasantly quiet terrace, delicious ice cream

Very quick, attentive and friendly service, which always keeps an eye on the outdoor seating. Espresso and chocolate ice cream were excellent. If you don't want to be served at the table, you can buy something from the counter on the street.

Very very very bad service! We just wanted to get a waffle in our hands in the evening and discussed the selection a bit. The incredibly unfriendly older man behind the counter snapped at us and asked if we would have it soon (even though we were the only customers). Before, he was standing there with a grim expression on his face, spreading a bad mood and not even greeting us. We have never been served so unfriendly, it almost ruined our evening. So it's best to avoid the shop - if you want friendly service and a good atmosphere, you should go down the street, there are much more relaxed (and even tasty) alternatives.

Pure disappointment! The male waiter seemed stressed and unfriendly and pressured us to order even though not all family members were able to take a look at the ice cream menu. Some of the ice cream melted when it was served. When paying, only the total amount was stated, no list let alone a receipt. We realized afterwards that we had paid too much. Unfortunately not recommended for us, what a shame!

One of the best Italian Pizzeria/Cafe in Münster, Cappuccino is great and Tiramisu and Apfelstrudel are the best that i tried

Watching the European Championships here and eating delicious spaghetti was a complete success ☺️the service was top and the surroundings were very nice.

The Lazzaretti is a very nice place, especially in summer, practically in the neighborhood of the Überwasserkirche, to lick an "Italian" ice cream and/or drink a coffee or something similar or even eat an "Italian" pizza. The serving staff (mostly from Italy) are extremely friendly. Especially this “Italian” ice cream tastes great. However, the prices are Lightly dressed for ice cream and other offerings.

The ice cream there is very tasty. Recommended.

Went in spontaneously for a coffee. Very friendly and attentive service. Hot chocolate with thing and coffee were delicious. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time for the ice cream.

Authentic Italian food, and you can taste it. Wide choice of dishes, excellent service and a beautiful location. Highly recommended.

Mass processing with weaknesses. We were noticed briefly, but only the expresso came, the ice cream didn't come after 25 minutes, even after 25 minutes. After 45 minutes we left disappointed. All the tables around us had already eaten their ice cream, even though it came much later.

I think €2 for a small scoop of ice cream is totally overpriced.

Waited 2 hours for ice cream. Waiter serves other tables and ignores you for 2 hours despite calling. Not recommendable

Small waffle, not good or friendly service

We were in Münster and ended up there for a nightcap... lovely atmosphere and we felt very welcome and reserved a table for the following evening! Without exaggeration, everything was wonderful... service... atmosphere... food... thumbs up!

I feel ripped off and ripped off. We ordered the Belgian waffle shown on the menu. For me the Belgian waffles are the thick rectangular ones, well, on the menu there were the flat square ones that you also know, 2 pieces clearly visible! Confusingly, at the top of the menu it says Belgian waffles €2 cheaper! Not cheaper without powdered sugar! 🤔🫣. We got a waffle with a mini ice cream ball, the Klu, fresh raspberries of good quality but unwashed straight from the packaging fresh on the cream ice cream mixture with cold raspberry sauce. Unusual! When I complained that only a Belgian waffle was served, the ice cream seller said that we didn't get a Belgian waffle at all, they were much smaller🤣. I said, but we ordered Belgian waffles. He said the same thing again, went to the display case and wanted to show me a small Belgian waffle, 😄 but unfortunately it wasn't there to show. In any case, he didn't accept criticism. The milk coffee was rated somewhat positively. My impression was that everything was a bit messy!

I ate the best tiramisu of my life here today. The homemade ice cream is also delicious and made with fresh ingredients! Highly recommended!

Delicious pizza and very attentive service

We just went to eat something sweet. The lemon cake and hot chocolate were really really delicious. The other person ordered a coffee and apfelstrudel which i tried and it was good too. The waiter who was there was friendly and helpful

I can't understand the bad reviews here. I was warmly welcomed and was even able to choose the table. The service was friendly and the food was super tasty. If I'm in Münster again, I'll definitely come back.

Solid Italian cuisine, open room concept, friendly staff. The mushed antipasti were generous and very tasty.

Restaurant very attractive. The pizza tasted very bad, without the typical pizza spices. No Italian pizza tastes like this. The house red wine cannot be recommended either. The service, on the other hand, was very friendly.

Maybe it was because we went there on a rainy Saturday in February and the place was full, but the service, if you can speak of it, was just subpar. The drinks were simply placed on the table along with the tablet and the table was moved away from us while we were sitting, so that we suddenly felt like we were sitting in the waiting room. "You paid for it!" Never again.

Cheesecake with powdered sugar and vanilla sauce.. very juicy… almost too juicy for me. Vitello was super delicious… there were small warm rolls with it… almost perfect Spaghetti alla carbonara very tasty… made in the classic way. YouTube plays background music including advertising. The service was really distinguishable from the guests. Out of 5 people, only one had a shirt and apron on.

Für einen kleinen Snack , vollkommen ausreichend. Preise sehr gercht. Service : Bedienung war erst alleine. Trotz Besuchsaufkommen , Überblick behalten, Er musste viel laufen, man hatte trotzdem das Gefühl, nicht zu nerven. Wir kommen wieder.

Tijdens het kerstmarkt shoppen hier even gestopt voor koffie! Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Koffie was gewoon erg lekker.

Waren mit unserer Tochter hier essen ( 9 Monate) sehr sehr sehr freundliches Personal und sehr zuvorkommend! Auf Nachfrage wurde sogar das Essen (selbst mitgebracht) für die kleine erwärmt. Essen war Mega lecker und Preis/Leistung stimmt . Weiter so 🫶🏽

Waanzinnig lekker gegeten en ook meer dan genoeg! Pizza was heerlijk, bediening was vriendelijk en in voor een praatje. Ze maakte zelfs nog reclame voor andere gerechten, als ze langs kwamen met eten voor andere mensen toonde ze het op een leuke manier aan ons. IJsjes waren heerlijk, ze waren zo groot dat we ze niet meer op konden! Kortom, gezellig mensen en heerlijk eten!

Leckeres Essen. Im Restaurant ist es leider sehr hell. Es fehlt die Gemütlichkeit.

Pizza war lecker. Service und Ambiente waren OK aber nichts Besonderes. Würde aber sicher wieder hingehen.

Slechtste pizza ooit gegeten. Calzone pizza was aangebrand en bij de randen was het deeg niet gaar. De tomatensaus moest je met een vergrootglas zoeken. Enige postieve was de rijkelijke vulling van kaas, ham en champignons maar daarvoor hoef je geen pizzabakker te zijn. Personeel was onpersoonlijk en ongeïnteresseerd. Jammer want qua locatie is het leuk zitten aan het pleintje met de kerk.

Enttäuscht , sauber ist was anderes . In den Ecken muß auch aufgeräumt werden. Grundreinigung erforderlich 🤨.

Hausgemachte Ravioli und tolle Pizza! Wir waren schon öfter dort und es ist immer sehr lecker. Die Pizza schmeckt super und die hausgemachten Ravioli waren ein Träumchen. Auch die Bruschetta Variation als Vorspeise war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Der Service war sehr nett , der Pizzaofen macht richtig was her und die gesamte Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist sehr angenehm. Außerdem gibt’s noch eine Kuchen Auswahl und eine Eistheke.

Een ober die je gewoon een eeuwigheid laat wachten terwijl mensen die na je komen 1 2 3 worden geholpen.

Das Spaghettieis bzw. Vanilleeis war etwas zu säuerlich und leider schon gut geschmolzen. Irgendwie gab es auch nur be halbe Waffel… Das geht deutlich besser!

Sehr nettes Personal und eine große Auswahl. Von Eis, über Waffeln und Cafe bis zu Pizza und Nudeln gibt es alles.

Auch wenn das Spaghettieis schmeckte, der Service freundlich und nett war, so wundere ich mich mittlerweile über die Preise. 8,50 Euro für ein normales Spaghettieis ist schon am oberen Rand was ich bereit bin zu zahlen.

Unfreundliches Personal Lange Wartezeiten Hektisches Klima

Eis im Außenbereich gegessen. Lecker. Doch hektisches, laut hantierendes u. mürrisches Personal macht den Aufenthalt unangenehm. Auch die Essensgerüche stören den Eisgenuss erheblich. Geruchlich passt das nicht gut zusammen.

Man sitzt bei schönem Wetter wunderbar unter den Bäumen und kann dann eine super leckere Pizza genießen .
