Asia Quick II in Münster

Ordered online shortly after 11am for delivery at 1pm. Then called because there was nothing there at 1 p.m. Employees on the phone incredibly unfriendly. Urgently needs training in complaint management and dealing with customers. Said directly: “then I’ll cancel now, we only opened at 1 p.m. today”. I then asked why delivery at 1 p.m. is available as a selection on your homepage if you can't do that at all. He had no answer to that. Delivery would take another hour. Of course that was too long for us because we set ourselves for 1 p.m. and not 2:15 p.m. or later. There was no apology, no understanding, just “okay then cancel” and boom he hung up. Unfortunately, this can really alienate your customers. We will never order again.

In short: it doesn't taste good. Wonton dumplings with sweet and sour sauce have no taste of their own and were very sticky. The duck was also not only completely unspectacular in terms of taste, but above all slightly musty. So I could throw it away. But proud prices like in the restaurant, and - if you eat on site, a place with the charm of an older train station McDonald's.

Absolute impudence! I ordered through Lieferando and my order never showed up. I waited outside the door for 30 minutes and when I called for information, I was told the delivery person had tried to ring the bell. They probably didn't feel like delivering shortly before the closure. Never again!!

Very tasty food, good service. We picked up our food here, everything was super quick, very tasty and a good portion. I'd love to come back.

That was the last time! My stomach grumbles and hurts. The food was not enjoyable. As if a pot of sugar had fallen into it! I reluctantly ate a little bit to keep something in my stomach. I kindly pointed this out to the staff. Then another guest made his presence known (the only one next to me at the time) and confirmed that his dish was also far too sweet. The staff didn't seem to care much. It's a shame, it used to be very tasty. Now inedible for the second time. The chefs are constantly changing and it seems like Russian roulette to me whether the food is good or terrible.

Ordered at 2 p.m. and finished at 3 p.m. Well, you probably have to wait until 5 p.m. for your order because it was too “short notice”. Then the food came, only the bell didn't work, but instead of calling with the existing phone number, they drove home again to make the customer wait longer. Very very bad service. 1 star!

2 hour delivery and rude on the phone. Without me finishing, they simply hung up.

Ordered online with delivery professional twice. Payment process via PayPal was canceled by the delivery professional. Then ordered via Lieferando. Received three confirmation emails. Contacted AsiaQuick immediately and successfully canceled two meals. A meal was then delivered. The food was later charged to PayPal three times. Please be careful when ordering online! Telephone information from Asia-Quick should also be treated with caution!

I really often order from Lieferando here. It is always very fresh and delicious. You never take a photo of your food when it's delicious and you're hungry. I always get sashimi and sushi fresh and it tastes very good. I really can't complain. The suppliers are always friendly too. The only disappointment is that I can't order on Wednesdays :D

Ordered food for the second time and received none over an hour later. It is not even possible to call back to the store before 9:30 p.m. I will withdraw the money via Paypal now. Bad service. I will not order here again.

Disastrous service, we haven't received our food twice now after waiting almost two hours. Long delivery times are unfortunately standard, the estimated delivery times are unfortunately never met, they almost always took longer, and the food was sometimes cold. It's a real shame about the delicious food, but I'll definitely never order there again. The height of outrage is that you can no longer reach anyone by phone almost 45 minutes before closing time. Advise everyone from this store.

The food deserves its price. Everything I ordered tasted good. Sushi as well as noodles and rice was simply wonderful. One of my favorite Asians in Münster :)

I ordered chicken noodles masala. I got something that tasted like coconut. False information was provided in Lieferando. They then called and ordered again, expressly without coconut milk. Chicken masala is brown. I have a light sauce here. People have no idea. After waiting 2 hours I got exactly the same thing again, wrong again. Think twice if you want to order here. Only unprofessional, non-German speaking people. 40 € wasted never again!!!

Never order here again! We placed our order via Lieferando. After waiting for over an hour, we called. It said that the order had been canceled and that it would not be delivered to the desired city area. However, we didn't receive an email and the food had already been paid for. In this regard, it was said that we need to clarify the matter with Lieferando. This borders on impertinent!

Asia Quick contacted its attorney to have my review removed. I had to prove that I really ordered. No problem thanks to my Lieferando order history. How about simply cooking better? 😉 And here is my original review: Truly the worst sushi we've ever had. The mango salad is also a joke.

Ordered via Lieferando. After 2 hours we called to find out where our food was. According to the man on the phone, there is no delivery to our area and they have sent an email to Lieferando. Nothing about it was visible in the app. 5 minutes after our call, Lieferando suddenly received a notification that the order had been canceled. That's not how you treat customers. Unfortunately we can't rate the food, but they really deserve this one star for the service.

Very meat-heavy menu, with few vegetarian or even vegan offerings in comparison. Simply wrong place for it. Unpleasantly tinny constant sound from a small, tiny ceiling speaker mounted in a corner brought a lot of unrest into the atmosphere. Not a place I would want to spend time. Portion size was good, staff friendly.

After 1 1/2 hours no food received. When we called, they promised to send a driver straight away. Another 20 minutes passed so I called again. Then it should take another 10 minutes. Ultimately the food came 2 hours after ordering. That can't happen on a Sunday evening!!

The food was scheduled for delivery at 7:23 p.m. I called at 8:10 p.m. and asked when delivery was expected. I was then told that the order had only come in at that moment and still needed to be fully prepared. I then canceled the order and made something quick at home because I was obviously very hungry after such a long wait!

Food was okay but we had to wait for over 2 hours. Never order there if you are very hungry. Catastrophic delivery service. We called 4 times and simply didn't answer. We only answered after calling 4 times

Hello everyone, have at Asia quick || ordered, the food was full of hair. Both dishes were inedible as it felt like more hair was fished out than vegetables. Absolutely not recommended if you are combing your hair in the kitchen. Incredible

Addendum: Asia Quick doubts my reviews and has called in its lawyers. Now I have to prove that I was actually a customer. I have actually been a customer many times. I ordered food from you. At the time we had severe gastrointestinal problems after eating, I was heavily pregnant and could have reported the incident to the health department. Just use the review or criticism as an opportunity to find out where things went wrong for you in terms of hygiene, storage technology or whatever. So that that doesn't happen. And then you'll definitely get good reviews. Shortly after eating, all of the blackheads had severe gastrointestinal symptoms. Stomach pain, watery diarrhea and nausea with vomiting throughout the night. Ordered via Lieferando. Delivery came very quickly. The taste of the food wasn't great. Peanut sauce cold, generally few vegetables, rice soggy. We won't order here again.

Overall quite tasty, but as in the other branch, I couldn't find any Thai basil in the chicken or beef with Thai basil several times.

Thai ist OK, Sushi ist so-so. Indische Gerichte meiden; da habe ich manche weder vom Look noch Geschmack her wiedererkennt.

Ich kam heute und habe Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Entgegen aller schlechten Bewertungen fand ich das Essen wirklich gut. Man schmeckte heraus, dass alles frisch angefertigt wurde. Ich hab viele Asiaten ausprobiert, ich kann mich gar nicht beschweren. Von drei Gerichten war eins sehr gut (Bestellnummer 119) und zwei gut. Ein Gericht mit gebackener Ente "nur" gut, weil es recht wenig Fleisch, dafür aber einen recht hohen Fettanteil hatte. Ich kann das Restaurant empfehlen u komme wieder.

Great Asian food. Amazing taste

Wir hatten gebratene Nudeln mit Hühnchenfleisch und die Frühlingsrolle....hat beides super lecker geschmeckt und war auch nicht fettig-was ja gerne mal vorkommt. Lieferzeit ca 60 min zum Sonntag Abend. Preis Leistung super.

Es gab Frühlingsrolle und gebackene Ente- Chop Suey. Schnell zubereitet zum mitnehmen und lecker!

Ich habe Heute dort Ente - Korma bestellt, und eine Gemüsesuppe mir hat es hervorragend geschmeckt! Die Lieferzeit war für einen Sonntag völlig akzeptabel und das Essen ist heiß gewesen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen 🙂

Bin schon länger Kunde da, aber immer sehr zufrieden. Angemessene Lieferzeiten, gute Preise, sehr gute Portionen, reiche Speisekarte. Sushi hab ich noch nicht probiert.

Regelmäßig mittags dort zum essen oder abholen, die Auswahl der Mittagskarte ist gut, Preise top, Bedienung ist nett und das Essen ist lecker. Ein paar weitere vegetarische Gerichte wären nicht schlecht und manchmal ist die Bestellung etwas chaotisch.

Letzte Woche dort Gebratenes Hähnchen mit Cashenüssen gegessen (8,50 €) — sehr lecker und authentisch thailändisch 😋 und deshalb sehr empfehlenswert. Personal im Übrigen sehr freundlich.😃

Das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker und nicht teuer. Es gibt ein Klemmbrett mit Anmeldeformularen wegen Corona. Leider werden die ausgefüllten Fragebogen nicht heraus genommen, sondern einfach unter die neuen gesteckt, so dass Jeder die Daten der anderen Gäste lesen kann. Datenschutz ist hier unbekannt.
