We've been waiting for our food for almost two hours and it still hasn't arrived. We called again twenty minutes ago and were told it was on its way. What a lie... that will be the last time we order from them.

A complete disaster! The delivery time was stated as 35 minutes, but after three calls, each with a 15-20 minute wait, a different delivery time was given every time, and they always said the driver was on his way. When the food finally arrived, I sent it back because it was cold. At least I got my money back, but I wasted over an hour and got nothing! Never again, first and last time. The owner was completely unfriendly and unreasonable. Not even worth one star.

IF I COULD, I WOULDN'T GIVE ANY STARS AT ALL!!! We usually order from AsiaQuick and have always been very satisfied. The delivery, no matter the day of the week or the time, was always quick, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Lately, however, the quality of the food has declined. Then today we ordered and waited almost two hours. When I called and politely explained the situation—what time I ordered, that the status had been "Almost there" for half an hour, etc.—the woman on the phone became incredibly rude. She didn't apologize once during the entire call. She snapped at me, saying I had to remember it was Sunday and they're always very busy on Sundays. I simply told her that I completely understood, but waiting almost two hours was just too long, even for a Sunday. She continued to be rude and explained that it takes her about 25-30 minutes to prepare the food after the order is placed, and then another 25 minutes for the drive. Apparently, the woman can't do math. She even admitted that it takes almost an hour for an order to reach the customer. On a Sunday, I completely understand that it might take a little longer. But to sit there for almost two hours, call politely to ask, and then be snapped at like that – I have absolutely no understanding for that. Furthermore, I repeatedly explained to her what time I had ordered, what time it was at the time of the call, and that all of that contradicted what she was saying. She was incredibly rude and should really work somewhere where she doesn't have to deal with customers. Then, incredibly rudely, she told me to just order next time when I actually have time. I told her I wasn't going anywhere, but I found it incredibly rude to make us wait for two hours, especially on a Sunday. When I got really angry, I told her I'd wait another ten minutes, otherwise I wanted my money back and she could eat the food herself. She continued to be incredibly rude. She didn't apologize even once for the long wait. To top it all off, the food was spicy, even though I had clearly stated in my order that it shouldn't be spicy. So, dear manager of the branch on Hammer Street: If you're reading this, please train your employees in customer service. ;-)

Never again! Terrible delivery times… I waited 2.5 hours for my food and when I called after 2 hours to inquire, I was immediately interrupted and treated very rudely.

We've ordered delivery from here four times so far. Unfortunately, after today's experience, we've decided not to order again because we're no longer satisfied. Our food arrived after an hour and a half, but it contained a bag with food from another order—part of our order (avocado maki) was missing, so the bags were probably mixed up. After an eight-minute phone call explaining the mix-up, the driver returned with the avocado maki we had ordered and took the other person's bag. Unfortunately, the maki had been ripped open (presumably by the other person), rendering them inedible. (Picture attached.) It seems the bags were swapped without checking that the other person had already opened their food, which was clearly the case. The sauce from one of the dishes had completely leaked out of the original bag; the container probably wasn't properly sealed. I'm a little disappointed with the vegetarian options. Unfortunately, there are relatively few tofu dishes, even though tofu is very popular in Asian cuisine.

The drinks menu is absolutely top-tier.

Update: The waitress was very attentive and didn't charge for the glass noodle salad and the fried tofu! Very kind! Therefore, 3 stars after all. Here's the original review: Unfortunately, I can't recommend this at all. The taste of the fried tofu and the glass noodle salad is both very unusual! I couldn't eat either of them; I realized after the first bite that I didn't like them at all. The sauce tastes like perfume, the glass noodle salad is just cold, white chicken without any real noodles or vegetables, and the salad dressing tastes fishy. The tofu tastes like dough. The plain rice in the bowl was okay. I had to send everything back. It's a real shame. I'm not usually picky, but this was truly inedible.

Hello, Unfortunately, my experience with this restaurant was very disappointing. After placing my order, I was told that my food would be delivered in 35 minutes. Ordered at 7:04 PM, delivered at 9:15 PM instead of 7:31 PM. The peanut sauce tasted of nothing. Can't recommend it. Employees barely speak German and are also difficult to reach by phone. Once, never again!

That was the last time I ordered from here. I'd always had it delivered, but yesterday it would have taken 90 minutes, so I drove there. There's a partially open kitchen, and it looked like a mess: open containers were lying around everywhere, dirty on the outside, and all the ingredients that had fallen over were lying around the woks and on the countertop. Even though they told me on the phone that I could come pick up in 30 minutes, I had to wait another 20 minutes when I got there. The highlight, however, was: the chef reached into the dirty container with the pineapples swimming in batter with his bare hand, pulled out three, and threw them into the frying oil. The batter was everywhere. He rinsed his hand and licked his finger!!! My chicken was inedible, very stringy. It was also cold, because it was the first one to be finished and then just sat there for another 15 minutes. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered soup today. There was almost no garnish, just runny—and the liquid was just spicy—we threw away almost half of it. The duck on the noodles was old, bone-dry, and had been reheated three times. We threw almost everything away. This time we got a really lousy chef—it's been much better.

This evening, I ordered through Lieferando at 5:46 p.m. After 1.5 hours without a delivery or any information or details in the app, I called the restaurant several times, but each time without success. After contacting Lieferando after waiting for over two hours, the app now says the food was delivered at 6:20 p.m. This is a scam! I still can't reach anyone at the restaurant!

I ordered fried noodles with duck through Lieferando. The noodles were tasteless and the duck was inedible.

We were really looking forward to it when we ordered wonton soup, fried wontons, and kimchi salad as appetizers. For our main courses, we chose a tofu dish and duck with red curry. Unfortunately, the evening turned out to be a culinary disappointment. The wonton soup was a bit too salty, and the filling was so small it was barely noticeable. The fried wontons would certainly have tasted better with fresh oil, as the overpowering taste of old fat spoiled the experience. The kimchi salad lacked both the typical freshness and the expected crispness—a bland interpretation of a classic. The duck dish was a whole other story: served in three parts, each of which was a disappointment. The rice was dry and hard, the curry sauce more of a sweet, watery broth, and the salt was completely missing. And the duck? Dry as a pancake. The tofu dish topped the list of disappointments: The sauce had a strange taste, reminiscent of an unfortunate mix of oyster sauce, stale water, and an ashtray. This was especially disappointing, as we remembered this very dish as a highlight of a previous visit. Was a different chef at work today? In conclusion: The ambiance may be inviting, the service friendly – ​​but the food falls far short of expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it.

Delivery time abnormal, waited over 2 hours for a few noodles.

We went there on a whim. To keep it brief: the food was simply awful, completely bland, with unidentifiable ingredients in the soup, cold rice, and incredibly unfriendly service. I didn't even want to finish the soup. When she was clearing the table, she poked around in the soup and stared blankly at me. It was quite an insult, really; you just don't do that.

Two long black hairs were found in the food (delivered). After contacting them by phone, they promised a refund for the affected dish. Six weeks later, we still haven't received a refund. We will never order from them again.

Instead of a tofu stew, we got a chicken stew. The staff on the phone were very uncooperative. The food that was delivered was also really bad. There was hardly any vegetables in the food, and the prawn crackers we ordered weren't crispy. We definitely won't order again!

This is the first time I've seen lemon juice in a glass noodle salad. And in such large quantities, too. It's not listed among the ingredients for this dish. I'm allergic to citrus fruits! Simply awful. Never again Asia Quick.

Good food, but the delivery took an hour and a half and I had to consequently change my plans for the day. Called and they did not apologise or explain. Not ordering again.

Unfortunately, there was a screw in my food, which I only discovered after I bit into it in my mouth.

For €30 you can get two broiler chickens with white rice. That wasn't what we ordered, but what was definitely a very high quality red wine was added.

Some dishes, especially the vegetarian ones, are somewhat weak and disappointing in taste.

That was the most disgusting meal I have ever ordered. I didn't even try the meat because of the smell... the kimchi wasn't kimchi, but some kind of cabbage that tasted pretty rotten and has nothing to do with the kimchi that I know and love. Abnormal. I can only warn against it. And for kimchi and rotten meat, €19 was due upon delivery. I go to bed hungry now, but because I stopped eating early enough at least without food poisoning

There is little positive to report. Starter came after the main course, unclean toilets, meat not cooked properly and tough. Staff seemed very overwhelmed and overexcited. Overall, there are no reasons for me to visit this store again

I actually wanted to order from the shop around the corner but it was closed and I ended up at this store. I didn't have much time but the colleague on the phone promised me half an hour delivery time. I was skeptical but after 20 minutes the food was there, hot and even the beef dish was still juicy and tasty. Was maximally positively surprised. Mega awesome

Food delivery took 120 minutes, spring rolls were already cold and sticky when they arrived, the rest of the food was ok. After 70 minutes of waiting, I called for the first time and asked politely, but they simply hung up. On the second call the information came: “Food just went out”, but it only arrived 50 minutes later (at a distance of 2 km). Well, if you're not too hungry, you can wait two hours 😌

I ordered chicken noodles masala. I got something that tasted like coconut. False information was provided in Lieferando. They then called and ordered again, expressly without coconut milk. Chicken masala is brown. I have a light sauce here. People have no idea. After waiting 2 hours I got exactly the same thing again, wrong again. Think twice if you want to order here. Only unprofessional, non-German speaking people. 40 € wasted never again!!!

We were there for lunch yesterday and the menu was manageable. The food was tasty, but it wasn't anything special. We lacked comfort. The best thing was the price, which is rarely available these days. Kind regards.

Very tasty for a fast food restaurant, the price is now quite expensive but that's common these days. Overall, definitely good.

The lamps could be replaced. Everything else is perfect!!!

Unfortunately there was a lot of decline. Ordered Duck Korma. Hardly any vegetables available. There was more fat and breading on the duck than meat and some of it was undercooked. Anyway, ordered and on the table 5 minutes later. Lots of curry cream sauce. Son had fried noodles with beef. Noodles were very dry. We are not very demanding but for €12.50 per dish I would have expected more. Portion wise not great either. Not surprising if there are few vegetables. Maybe we were just unlucky that day or caught the wrong chef🤷‍♀️Unfortunately that was our last visit for the time being😔and I can't recommend it at the moment.

Went there very early at lunchtime, the noodles were warmed up in the microwave. Nothing going on in the restaurant. But a lot of pickups. Service very hard.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich keinen Stern vergeben. Wir haben online bestellt haben 2h gewartet. Als das Essen ankam haben wir gesehen das etwas gefehlt hat. Nachdem ich nochmal da angerufen habe wurde mir gesagt das es sofort nachgeliefert wird. Nach weiteren 2h immernoch keine Lieferung. Nach erneutem Anrufen wurde mir gesagt das mir das Geld zurück auf Paypal überwiesen wird. Bis heute nichts bekommen, weder Sushi noch Geld.

Bestellung ist mehr als 3 Stunden zu spät gekommen und am Telefon wurden wir abgewimmelt. Asia „Quick“? Definitiv nicht.

Essen lecker, Lieferung Katastrophe. Essen wurde erneut 35 Minuten (5 Minuten nach unserer Mittagspause) geliefert und keine Entschuldigung vom Fahrer. Essen war zu 13 Uhr bestellt.

Das Essen ist vollkommen ok. Die Lieferung funktioniert leider gar nicht. Das Essen kam eine Stunde nach reserviertem Liefertermin und war auch nur noch lauwarm. Bei meiner telefonische Nachfrage wurde mir kein Grund oder eine Entschuldigung genannt, sondern lediglich höflich gedankt und dann aufgelegt.

Das Essen schmeckt in der Woche ganz anders als am we.. Es kann nur am Koch liegen! Heute war die Soße nicht mal halb voll deswegen schmeckt das Essen sehr fade!

Wir haben vor Ort gegessen, sehr leckeres asiatisches Essen, guter Service vor Ort und nette Mitarbeiter. Zudem ist der Preis absolut ok!

Wir sind positiv überrascht von diesem Restaurant, besonders lecker finden wir die Rocket Rolls und auch der Mango Lassi. Wir gehen dort gerne Essen, nachdem es vergleichsweise günstig ist und im Laden meist nicht viel los ist. Auch die Angestellten sind immer freundlich, allerdings sollte man beachten, dass es eher eine Kantinen Atmosphäre hat. Beispielsweise muss man nach dem Essen seine Teller und Gläser in einen Tablettwagen stellen. Wir gehen dort gerne noch öfter hin. :)

Schämt euch, Hater. Dss ist ein sehr guter Asia Imbiss. Preis/Leistubg geht kaum besser.

Asia Quick, der Name ist Programm, günstiger Mittagstisch

Als Asia Quick aufgemacht hat war es wirklich gut. Heute reicht es zum Sattwerden.

Das Essen ist ok. Typisch Asia-Imbiss eben - keine kulinarische Geschmacksexplosion, aber für ab und zu mal akzeptabel. Was aber gar nicht geht ist die gelbe Brühe zu den Vorspeisen wie Mini-Frühlingsrollen oder frittierten Wan Tan. Diese Flüssigkeit wird als „exotische Chili-Sauße“ verkauft, macht aber den Eindruck, dass es gekaufte Chili-Sauße (eigentlich super lecker) im Verhältnis 1:10 mit Wasser gestreckt ist. Das war allerdings vor ein paar Jahren schon so ... Die Packungen für’s Take Away werden mit 2,90 € Aufpreis pro Gericht berechnet. Das habe ich leider zu spät gemerkt und dummerweise im Laden nicht reagiert. Für zwei Gerichte knapp 6 € Aufpreis bei ohnehin nicht gerade günstigen Preisen ist echt zu viel. Insgesamt für mich jedenfalls kein Erlebnis, das ich wiederholen werde.

Knuspriges Hühnchen süß-sauer, Tom Ka Gai sehr lecker, tip top insgesamt!

Ich finde das hier viele mit ihren miserablen Bewertungen um sich werfen. Ich bin seit Neueröffnung Kunde und hatte nur ein mal eine etwas versalzene Suppe. Zu den Lieferzeiten kann ich nichts sagen, ich bin Selbstabholer da ich von weiter weg komme. Die Preise sind meines Erachtens nach ok wenn man diese mal mit anderen Restaurants vergleicht von denen man nicht mal satt wird. Beim Essen jedoch habe ich mich mehr oder weniger quer Beet ein mal durchprobiert. Ich hatte noch nie Magen Schmerzen o.Ä. Ich war noch nie nicht satt und die Zutaten waren immer frisch. Mein Essen war auch noch nie kalt, wie gesagt ich komme von weiter weg und das Essen war immer noch warm als ich es zuhause gegessen habe. Als bei meiner Bestellung mal was vergessen wurde, was ja mal vorkommen kann, wurde ich mit einem Getränk aufs Haus entschädigt, zusätzlich zu meiner fehlenden Bestellung. Ich rede hier vom Asia Quick an der Hammer Str. und kann ihn nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben heute das erst Mal bei Asia Quick Hammer Straße bestellt. Unsere Gerichte waren super lecker, weder zu stark noch zu wenig gewürzt. Alles war frisch zubereitet und hat grandios geschmeckt. Wir haben zu unserer Bestellung sogar (vermutlich weil diese so groß war) kostenlose Glückskekse und Getränke erhalten. Wir würden immer wieder dort bestellen und können dieses Restaurant absolut empfehlen!!!

Riesen Auswahl an Speisen, sehr leckeres Sushi. Wan Tan sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Essen ist gut, keine Frage. Leider sind die Preise nach Corona so explodiert, dass es auch für ein gehobenes Imbissrestaurant etwas zu viel ist.

Also das Essen ist ganz gut ist halt Asia quick Sushi aber ganz gut… Lieferung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig!!! Haben 2 Stunden nachdem man unser Eis schon vergessen hatte erst das Eis erhalten und ich musst mehrfach dort anrufen…

Lecker, teuer und fast satt von einem 10€ Gericht

Gute Gerichte, aber nicht ganz billig. Zu empfehlen ist der Mittagstisch. Lieferzeiten sind in letzter Zeit stark angestiegen.

2 Sterne gibt es nur, weil das sushi ganz ok war. Das tandoori chicken war eine Frechheit!! Ein tot frittiertes KALTES Hähnchen ohne Marinade oder sauce auf eisbergsalat mit harten mango Streifen. Dazu ein yoghurt Dressing. Ich tippe das Hähnchen lag dort mindestens seit heute morgen so fertig. Der Reis war ebenfalls kalt. Am liebsten wäre ich hin gefahren und hätte es reklamiert. Werde Nie wieder hier bestellen

Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Bin schon jahrelang Kundin und war noch nie enttäuscht. Klar, es ist etwas teurer aber dafür frisches knackiges Gemüse, sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Ich liebe diesen Laden!
