Eight years ago I judged it "Best Turk in Herrenberg." And five stars. That was the time when people still made an effort. Unfortunately, that seems to have changed now, if you look at the picture showing a vegetarian pide: could it be more loveless?
Please be careful at this kebab shop! 4 friends and I got a Yufka 2 days ago. All 4 people then had stomach pains and had to vomit. There's something wrong with the meat.
The store is well stocked, has everything you need, but no one came to help me at the self-service when I needed help (because I marked a product twice and waited 10 minutes before leaving). I'm disappointed.
The driver was a disaster...unable to deliver the order. I called anonymously and asked for a callback...when the number was apparently available, he didn't answer. He didn't thank me for the tip. Nobody needs such business-damaging employees!
The food was accordingly cold, the meat dry, and the fries soggy. All in all, DISGUSTING

The ice cream with ice crystals and the glass (amaretto cup) are glued together.
The ice cream has no taste. It's a shame but it has worn off a lot.
So I ordered from you yesterday via Lieferando, I order from there quite often, the food itself is good, but for the first time I have experienced something as unfriendly as EVER BEFORE, so I'll say this now. The restaurant definitely has two fewer customers. The delivery man who brought me the food yesterday said he was being unfriendly and should stay downstairs after ringing the bell, he didn't even dare to step in. I, with two children upstairs and my husband still out, had to walk all the way downstairs, and he pressed the HOT food and drinks into my hand even though he had it in a box and could have reached up. My fries fell on the floor in front of him, but I was obliged to take them and carry them up with me because I didn't want to get into the argument with him. On top of that, I made it clear to him that I couldn't bring everything up on my own, and he didn't even try to help me, instead he laughed. If the gentleman sees this review, I'll tell him, "Be proud of yourself! You've put the restaurant in such a bad light that I would NEVER THINK OF ordering there again." Greetings to the boss. I would really reconsider whether to continue employing people like that.
Very good shop on a hidden street in Neukölln. Very good food and pleasant climate.
But unfortunately the opening times do not always match. The store is often closed several hours before it actually closes and on some days it is completely closed. This is perhaps due to the lack of customers, which can definitely be a shame. But for regular customers like me who come from work at 11 in the evening and would like to eat there, it is unfortunately always not very convenient.
But I will still be a customer and can definitely recommend the store 👍🏻
Well, a few years ago the snack bar was really good and clean, but now everything in the restaurant/snack bar is still oily and greasy. I had to use the toilet there once, and I won't do that again. If the cook goes away, has a smoke or goes to the toilet or is at the back of the warehouse and back at the front then people don't wash their hands. I find using a cloth for hands and surfaces to clean and for everything else very questionable from a hygienic point of view. Everything smells like old grease.
So I'm really happy that I haven't had any food poisoning or anything like that yet. Sorry, but 2 stars are still well-intentioned.
We ordered there today
2x Lamacun and 1x pirata special. The former was more or less OK, warmed up and sauce on it, ready, hence one star. The pirata special is a disgrace. A margarita with 5 noodles and 2 minced crumbs, without spices. Tastes like cardboard and was thrown in the trash after 2 bites. I tried to solve the problem on the phone and the good man didn't know what I wanted. Once and never again.
You're in the mood for Asian food, you try this one out and you're really disappointed. Any Asian bistro would be better. Old rancid fat was apparently used for deep-frying, the food only tasted like it! Chicken tasted dry, duck was worse than dry. Tomka Curry was a terrible mess. Spring rolls also only tasted like bad fat.
Peanut sauce was bad too.
What's going wrong? The only thing that went well was the quick delivery. But after eating something we couldn't even finish, we feel bad.
This old Thai woman at the counter is incredibly unfriendly! Unbelievable! Rude and arrogant. No customer service at all! She refuses to accept the toilet paper bills that reduce purchases by 50 cents. She's obligated to accept them, though. Also, the duck wasn't cooked well... call the health department.
The customer next to me was also treated very rudely. I was here three years ago to buy spring rolls, and they were disgusting.
That was the last time I'll waste my money there.
Instead of the announced 30 to a maximum of 50 minutes, the food only arrived after an hour and a half after checking twice and continually correcting the delivery time. I have the impression that my order was supposed to be "fished" with the wrong, far too short time.
