If ingredients aren't available, others simply use them, there is no communication and if they don't feel like it, they simply don't deliver the order and don't answer the phone anymore.

Price-performance is super good here. Always order the pizzas here. They are very good!!

Unfortunately, I didn't always have luck with my orders. At first, in our opinion, the kebabs were better and the meat wasn't as dry as the last few times. Also, once the cheese that was specially ordered with the pasta was forgotten, another time there was a black wire that was in the pasta 🙈 unfortunately the baklava we ordered today was very dry.

The food was stunningly good. We ordered a vegetable lasagne and pasta Napoli. A big plus point: you can choose the type of pasta yourself. We weren't too hungry and wanted to try a new restaurant. In the end we couldn't stop eating and tried each other's. Both were incredibly delicious. The cucumber salad with homemade mayonnaise dressing was also convincing; it was not too greasy and well seasoned. We had the feeling that the work was done with a lot of love and we will order more often.

Ordered the first and last time... Canton Duck had absolutely nothing to do with Canton Duck. The meat was fatty and tough, the rice was old and the sauce was some kind of ready-made sauce. Ordered pizza with extra meat, but if there was extra meat on it it would otherwise be empty

Something embarrassing, probably 80 years old. Driver doesn't know a word of German, chats cheekily to our neighbors, can't find the address despite the maps and then boldly claims that our NEW BUILDING doesn't have a house number. Food now cold and in the trash. I've never experienced anything like that, people will never order here again, there's enough competition!!

Always nice, friendly, even if you have to wait a while

I've received advertising even though I have a clear label on my mailbox. This is the fourth time.

The quality of the pizza is very, very good. You can tell that fresh and high quality ingredients are used, which are reflected in the taste.

I used to go there three times a week with company. Not at all anymore, because even in flu season the cutlery is placed ON the money plate. It is wrapped on the handle, not the front! Hard to imagine less hygiene. Even next to the money plate it's disgusting enough.

The last time, the burgers were so burnt that you could hardly eat them. Yesterday, we thought we'd try again. Unfortunately the order was not complete. You have lost us as customers.

Ordered snack rolls and found several black and white whiskers in the food. It's really disgusting what kind of hygiene this is. That was the last time I ordered in Bergedorf.

My absolute favorite Indian order ❤️ It's always delicious and delivery is quick. And if something goes wrong (it happened just once: the wrong dish was delivered), all it takes is a phone call and the right dish is on the table in no time. Great service. Thank you very much 👍
