I ordered carbonara. But whatever came, it wasn't carbonara. They aren't Italian either, so the whole thing tastes like it was prepared by Neadertalers who have never heard of salt and seasoning. Had to throw the rest away, what a waste of food.

For almost two years, I have ordered pizza from Dino Pizza almost twice a week, but after today's incident, I will never order there again.
We ordered a family pizza (𝙛𝙪̈𝙧 𝟮𝟮€) where the tuna was only supposed to be on half of the pizza, but it was spread all over the pizza. The tuna was missing. That can happen, that's human nature. So we called and spoke to the boss. He said that he would send us a new pizza, so we didn't eat the first pizza and it got cold.
When the new pizza arrived, it wasn't a family pizza, but a small pizza. When we spoke to the boss again, he said, “If you don't accept this pizza, there's nothing else I can do.” That was a very disrespectful reaction...
It's a shame. As a regular customer, I was immediately fobbed off and given the standard response that they don't deliver to any other address because they had a bad experience.
I'm sorry, but that's completely unacceptable. As a new customer, I fully understand this statement, but it doesn't belong to customers who have always had a great experience.
I ordered there twice within a week.
The first time I canceled after almost 2 hours, but before that I called twice - once after an hour: I was told that the driver was already on the way (max. 10 minutes by car anyway. And at 8 p.m. there is really no traffic here). Another hour or so later I called again and said I wanted to cancel the delivery. The employee was “trying hard” and said that it was really busy and that kitchen staff were already delivering. Why do you continue to accept orders?
The second time (a Sunday): Delivery came after 30 minutes, great. The food wasn't right, but ok, it can happen, I thought. BUT the food just smelled “weird” somehow, I convinced myself that I would include that and it would be fine. Well my son vomited and has a stomach ache, and I'm super sick too! This is not normal! And then pay money for it?! I wonder how and to what extent they are controlled (always announced when)…
I don't know where to order food in Rosenheim anymore!

I don't even know where to start who comes up with the idea of putting unordered olives on a kebab pizza. I'll sum it up in a nutshell, bad cheese, slippery edge instead of kebab meat, gyros meat, how can you do it, whoever made this pizza, I would never let it go to the oven again if it was an oven at all. I feel sick to my stomach. The curry that I accepted with hope and even gave a tip. It had a slight visual appearance and I was vomiting. This was my last money for the month, thank you
