The ambience is in great need of an overhaul. The meal, I had Penne Gorgonzola, was generous, but the Gorgonzola was on the run. It was a cheese and cream sauce……..and it wasn’t even good. Price and quantity seem to be the focus of guests here... Quality is, if at all, secondary Unfortunately I don't recommend it at all!

I was at La Piazza in early April 2025. Unfortunately I wouldn't come a second time. The opening times on the internet are from 11:00 a.m., the door says 11:30 a.m. As a restaurateur, you should adjust your opening hours online and offline, right? When we came in at 11:30 a.m. all the chairs were still on the tables, we couldn't get in until 12 p.m. So if I'm open at 11 a.m./11.30 a.m., then I expect to be able to sit down there and place at least one order, otherwise I have to change my opening time. Personally, I found the selection on the menu boring. Tables and chairs are so deep that you can't cross your legs, so you can only sit in one position. Apart from the fact that the toilets have various broken tiles, which the restaurateur may not be able to do anything about if he is only a tenant, there is not even a nice/sensible wastebasket. In the toilet there are cobwebs on the ceiling everywhere, clean is different. I hope the kitchen looks different! There are no desserts here at all!? We would have liked to have at least ordered a cocoa and a cappucino, but that wasn't possible either because there was no milk in the house!? For me, this is a type of gastronomy that doesn't have to complain afterwards about why the guests stay away. There is still a lot of room for improvement here! The kitchen, i.e. the food, was fine.

Were there for the menu carousel. Very good 4 course menu. The only point of criticism: instead of accompanying wines, at the beginning you could only choose between red or white. Great service. It wasn't the last time there

An absolute recommendation – pure enjoyment! Very, very delicious food! From the starter – salad and carpaccio – to the main course of steak arrabiata and linguine with beef fillet: everything was simply outstanding. To top it all off, there was panna cotta with pistachios – a dream! If you not only want to eat excellently but also feel at home, this is the place for you. Huge praise to Carlo and Sabine – two kind-hearted people, always friendly, attentive, and cheerful. Hats off! The absolute highlight: the new terrace! Here you can enjoy a glass of wine in a completely different way in a special atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

It's wonderful to sit on the beautiful terrace with the red blankets. I love the morning sun in this bistro/rante MARIA and the good Italian service 🇮🇹 and delicious drinks and food. Info: The restaurant is in the pedestrian zone.

Absolutely mega, original authentic Italian cuisine! We would order all of the dishes again. We will be happy to come back. Absolute recommendation!!!! Addition: we then ordered a dessert. That was the best tiramisu ever. It was freshly made in a glass, and the cookies at the bottom were even warm from the espresso. Mega!

Unsere Weihnachtsfeier am vergangenen Freitag fand in diesem Restaurant statt. Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend – frisch, geschmackvoll und ohne jeden Makel. Großes Lob an die Küche! Leider kann ich das Gleiche nicht über die Organisation und den Umgang mit uns als Kunden sagen. Wir hatten im Voraus eine geschlossene Gesellschaft vereinbart, was bei unserer Gruppengröße auch zugesichert wurde. Am Veranstaltungstag mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass der Geschäftsführer zusätzliche Reservierungen angenommen hatte, ohne uns darüber zu informieren. Dies führte zu einer ungewollt geteilten Nutzung des Raums, was für uns sehr enttäuschend war. Zudem wurde uns versprochen, ein Mikrofon nutzen und unser Handy für passende Musik mit der Anlage verbinden zu können. Doch vor Ort hieß es plötzlich, dies sei nicht möglich – wir sollten stattdessen auf CDs zurückgreifen. Das entsprach in keiner Weise der vorherigen Absprache. Anstatt nach Lösungen zu suchen, zeigte der Geschäftsführer wenig Einsicht und war nicht bereit, seinen Fehler zu korrigieren, z. B. indem er die anderen Reservierungen kontaktierte. Dieser unprofessionelle Umgang hat den Abend für uns deutlich getrübt, obwohl das Essen wirklich spitze war. Fazit: Wer nur auf gutes Essen Wert legt, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Für größere Feiern oder Events, bei denen Zuverlässigkeit und Organisation entscheidend sind, können wir das Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen.
