The first restaurant we left again. We wanted to go out for something to eat and decided on this restaurant. We were given completely worn-out, partly disintegrating menus and we wouldn't have been able to get less than €20 per person. I think that's unjustified for the ambience, the menu, etc. So I can't say anything about the food. The staff was very nice at the time, the owner seemed personally attacked because of my review and responded cheekily. He should ask himself why this review was written! For me, the ambience includes a friendly greeting and not assigning you a seat, letting you sit for 15 minutes and only then bringing the completely worn cards. I'm glad that there are restaurants that meet these criticisms and/or criteria! This shop is now taboo for us. Especially because of this clever answer.

Unfortunately that wasn't so nice. We've eaten much better here before (4/5 years ago). The meat was only lukewarm, especially the 220 (meat platter) was cold when it came to the last pieces. Apart from our point of view, the cause was the missing warming plate and a plate that was not preheated. That spoiled the joy of the evening. And the fact that the service was a bit sparse and late doesn't make it any better. The salads only came after asking, and the drinks were not asked for in between. To apologize for the service, I have to say that there were no seats left! But then it may have to be handled differently. It's clear that the lack of skilled workers doesn't make it any easier. But there was enough food for everyone, it was tasty so far and everyone was full. You are welcome to follow up again here. We'll test this again at some point.

After a long day at work, just have a delicious meal. At least that was the wish! The saganaki tasted like stale fat. I was hoping that my souvlaki would be better. Unfortunately, far from it. The meat was limp and dripping with liquid. Even the plate was floating. When this was noticed, the boss came and was anything but hospitable. There was no alternative suggestion, but rather the statement (in a very unfriendly tone) that this is how it should be and whether I still wanted to eat it. No, of course not like that. So the plate was gone. He also didn't agree with the price and so I paid the entire price for the inedible food. Here you notice that money rules the world but there is no hospitality or customer focus here. I've never experienced anything like that from a Greek. I would avoid this restaurant and would rather walk a little further and eat somewhere else!

Cozy, feel-good atmosphere, consistently good gyros - soul food, for years

Really great! The atmosphere as well as the food and the service are mega! Can also be used great for large groups. Gladly again! 🙏🏼

The food was first class. I would particularly like to highlight the lamb fillet. Fried to perfection and particularly tender. The service was also excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and always willing to make recommendations. At the end there was an ouzo from the nice boss himself. An all-round perfect visit to an authentic Greek restaurant.

Today I ate in the restaurant with my family for the first time, it was a very nice atmosphere, the food was heavenly and the service was very, very friendly, all in one we will go there again, highly recommended

Very good food at very reasonable prices. We really enjoy going here. Be it with family or friends. The ouzo at the end is of course the highlight 😉

Food was very good and the service was friendly

We were there for the first time today and had been meaning to go there for a while. Expectations were exceeded, not an overly large portion, but rather attention to quality. The coleslaw alone had a great taste because it was made with a light vinegar. I had the Metikos plate. Suzukakia had a wonderfully fresh taste due to mint and the quality of the lamb and turkey skewers was also brilliant. We'll be back!

Good Greek. Good food and drink. Simple but good

In the taverna you can sit very comfortably outside and inside. We had a really delicious meal here as a couple. The meat was really tender and tasty. Gyros and souflaki. That was 2020 We ate here again on June 15, 2021. On a skate vacation, of course. And it was again super tasty. Totally nice and competent service. Lamb crowns and marinated skewers. Everything prepared gluten-free for my wife. Super tender meat and the whole dish was very tasty for both of us. The house is a recommendation. There aren't many good Greeks of this caliber. CLASS !!! Yesterday on June 9th, 2022 we were here again on vacation. Super tasty and tender meat. Extra good service. Again 5 stars plus. We were here twice this holiday. Once buffet dinner on Saturday 8.6.24 and 12.06.24. Both times the dishes were prepared with tender and tasty meat and spices. The other ingredients such as side dishes/salads and the dessert: Super good. Spicy and delicately seasoned. We love it. Again fully deserved 5 stars. The ambience is pretty simple in the house. It deserves a refresh/renovation and the entire toilet area too. Somehow typically Greek - but it doesn't have to be and doesn't go well with the great food. So please.......

Zeus used to be a good Greek restaurant. Now it's getting very old, the cuisine is difficult to digest and from the 90s, the ambience as well and the typical Greek hospitality unfortunately cannot be found here. The smell of the clothes will remind you of the visit for many days. For us, the Zeus is unfortunately just a fond memory and no longer worth a visit.
