Even though it was very full, the drinks and food went relatively quickly. The employees cannot do more than work. Friendly as always and it was, as always, super tasty.

For me it is the best Greek restaurant in the area. The portions are large and the quality is also good. The service is very friendly and attentive. The dining room is a bit old, but it's also comfortable. In summer the beer garden is a dream, we like to combine our visit with a bike ride and stop there. We are already looking forward to our next visit :-)

It's very pleasant in the beer garden, but inside, decades of Grundhöfer have left a clear mark. Everything is quite dark and musty. In the future, we will only be there when staying in the beer garden is possible. Food very good, service ok.

Went there spontaneously for dinner with 10 people - great. Food is great, portions are good and the Plakas team is super friendly. We'll be back.

In terms of quantity, the portions are too big. Better something smaller and 1-2 euros cheaper. Seasoning it better would be great.

I haven't had such good Greek food in a long time. There is a wide selection of various Greek starters and main courses, some of which I have not seen anywhere else. Plentiful and tasty. I'm a good eater and always feel full and take something home with me. There is also a cozy beer garden for those warm days. Parking spaces are plentiful. The service and the boss are exceptionally friendly.

It's very pleasant, not a huge restaurant, very nicely laid out, not overloaded with decorations, very nice in my opinion. The service was super friendly and the food was excellent. Absolutely great!!!! We have a new regular Greek!

Today we ate again in the Waldschänke (Plaka). What can I say, delicious as always and the portions were more than sufficient!! Nice weather in the beer garden, what more could you want. Always my pleasure!!!

Always a TOP store. Food is delicious and plentiful. Yesterday I didn't take the big "Plaka giant battle plate" because I have a vacation coming up and I still want to fit into the Borat tankini. Food was really good and pricing was right too. When the weather is good you can sit outside and chill out. I overheard a couple of guests sitting next to me complaining again and again... I'll put it this way, they just weren't talented enough to read a menu... It was partly annoying and partly a bit embarrassing. The service, which was really friendly to me, "handled" it all in a routine manner. As grandma always said: "As you call into the forest - it calls back".

Everything was great, staff, food and price. In my opinion, the local area isn't that nice, but I don't have to move in there either 😉. It's definitely very nice in the beer garden in summer. We will come back.

The three of us spontaneously visited Plaka. The ambience is visually a bit outdated but cozy. Food and drinks impeccable and tasty. Large portions are guaranteed. Service relaxed, friendly, nice and attentive (also available for little jokes 😉). Prices absolutely fair and reasonable.

A Greek restaurant with the somewhat baroque charm of an old German restaurant. Nice, attentive service and delicious, inexpensive dishes. Recommended.

We were there again in the middle of the week for a birthday and, as always, had a very good meal. Portions were plentiful and the bottle of wine with the meal was excellent. We had the Kavalla platter for 2 people. Many greetings to Niko and his service team.

Were there for my father's 71st birthday. Played mini golf beforehand. The train is a bit old, but that doesn't stop the fun :) The ambience, the service and the food were great! Es war super. Die Preise sind angemessen für die großzügigen Portionen. Es hat gut geschmeckt. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Nettes Personal.

Sehr leckeres Essen, toller Service und das Ambiente ist eine tolle Kombination aus altdeutscher Gaststätte sowie griechischem Flair. Die Portionen sind groß und der Service sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Immer wieder gerne!

60sten Geburtstag mit 16 Leuten gefeiert, gemischte Platten bestellt, jeder hat am Ende noch was einpacken lassen, niemand musste auf Getränke warten!!! War alles echt suuuper!!! Und über den Preis konnte ich am Ende nun wirklich nicht meckern. Komme auch weiterhin gerne wieder!

Unser liebstes griechisches Restaurant! Der frische Krautsalat, das Fleisch, Oktopus, die nette Bedienung, Preis-Leistung, einfach alles ist stimmig. Man sollte sich beim Bestellen nur im Klaren darüber sein, dass die Portionen riesig sind.

Hier werden mit Herz und Liebe unvergleichlich leckere Speisen auf den Tisch gestellt. Schon allein nur die Pommes Frites sind ein Genuss ! Ob Bifteki, Souflaki oder Gyros ; Alles ist ein Genuss ! Bin schon über 20 Jahre großer Fan der Familie Christoforidis !!! Hier schmeckt einfach Alles ; die Portionen sind mehr als ausreichend und die Bedienung ist herzlich !!!

Schöne Lage, die gesamte Anlage in die Jahre gekommen. Schöner Biergarten mit Schattenplätzen, leider war, auf der Terrasse ein deutlicher Geruch der / des Gullis wahrzunehmen. Parkplätze ausreichend direkt am Haus vorhanden. Das Essen lecker und reichlich.

Schöner Biergarten. Die Bedienung eigentlich nett, aber der Chef drängelt einen unhöflich wenn man nicht schnell genug ist. O-Ton "Der Laden ist voll Zeit ist knapp". Das Essen ist viel aber Durschnitt. Zuviel Salz.

Wir waren hier gestern mit der ganzen Familie (7 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) im Restaurant Plaka essen. Der Außenbereich ist natürlich für Kinder ein Paradies. Das Essen war sehr lecker und mehr als genug, wir alle haben es leider nicht geschafft aufzuessen.

Wir kennen dieses Lokal schon seit Jahrzehnten. Als Grieche kennen wir es fast ebenso lange, allerdings war es damals noch in der Kamener Innenstadt. Seit Niko dieses alteingesessenen Ausflugslokal übernommen hat, sind wir in der Sommerzeit sehr gerne dort. Wir kommen meistens als Familie mit aktuell 5 bis 6 Erwachsenen und zwei bis drei Kindern . Weil, der Biergarten ist dafür perfekt. Es gibt für die Kinder angrenzend eine schöne Spielmöglichkeit ( Eine Wiese mit Spielgeräten und Sandkasten. ) Wir kennen nichts Besseres im Kreis Unna. Die Bedienung ist einfach nur top. Das Essen typisch griechisch/ deutsch . Ich meine , griechisch für Deutsche , nicht griechisch wie in Griechenland. 😉 Eigentlich ist es immer zuviel, so dass wir uns häufig die Reste einpacken lassen und mit nach Hause nehmen. Alles kein Problem. Übrigens kann man schon mit Karte zahlen, aber nur EC Karte, keine Kreditkarte. Nur als Hinweis auf eine Bewertung von vor 4 oder 5 Wochen von Arnd Conradi. Vielleicht hatten sie gerade kein Netz. Ist ja nicht sooo selten in Deutschland.
