Unfortunately the meat was a bit raw on the inside. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about with the food. Drinks and food came quickly and the service was nice. However, it is very dark in the restaurant.

I don't really know how to rate the Athos. So the food was definitely tasty. But what was strange was the service. First came the side salad. Then the starter and then the drinks, even though we ordered them first. The bread was missing from the tzatziki, which we then had to order later. Despite the small faux pas, the staff was very friendly and immediately apologized for it. Prices were within the local range, portions may be a bit too small for good eaters. But overall everything is fine.

Very quick service. Food came very quickly. Friendly. Tables very close to each other. You could hear all the conversations around. Unfortunately, the meat was gristly and fatty. Bifteki and gyros. Fries not completely cooked through. Big portion.

Mondays in Bad Lauterberg, many restaurants are closed. But luckily Athos was open and also has vegetarian alternatives, great! We had a sheep's cheese with tomatoes, pepperoni and onions - very tasty! For the main course we had stuffed eggplant, a dream!! We were very satisfied, the young man in service was super friendly and customer-oriented! Gladly again!

Appetizer plate for 2 people was very tasty! Service completely overwhelmed and unprofessional. Non-alcoholic drinks overpriced: non-alcoholic beer more expensive than beer with alcohol; Bottle of water 0.75 l for EUR 6.50. :-( Our main course was completely forgotten and the situation was then handled unprofessionally. We won't be coming back.

Unfortunately we cannot recommend the restaurant. The food was ok, but we know much better Greek restaurants. The service was uncoordinated or unstructured. We wouldn't come back.

Super tasty starters, 2 main courses that met all expectations, very nice attentive service. A successful evening, we went home full and satisfied. Unfortunately we were only there for a short vacation, otherwise we would eat there more often.

Nettes Lokal. Freundliches Personal und das Essen war sehr lecker. Uns hat ein wenig leise Musik im Hintergrund gefehlt. Die Geräusch-Kulisse von anderen Gästen durch Unterhaltungen waren doch recht laut . Ein wenig Musik wäre angenehmer gewesen. Ansonsten war alles top.

Gemütliche Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal und das Essen war lecker. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten klassisch Gyros und den Athos Salat. Es hat super geschmeckt, das Personal ist freundlich, es gab vom Haus einen Ouzo und von mir gibt es volle Punktzahl. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Essen ist einfach nur gut. Der Service ist nett, wirkt aber etwas überfordert. Wenn man etwas Zeit mitbringt hat man einen sehr schönen Abend. Gemischte Vorspeisenplatte sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Im Athos ist ein sehr junges und dynamisches Team am arbeiten das alles im Griff hat, es besticht durch Freundlichkeit und guten Service. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und zu empfehlen. Preis und Leistung sowie Qualität passen. Kann ich nur empfehlen, komme gerne wieder.

Mir hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war richtig lecker.

Wenn es möglich gewesen wäre, hätte ich jeweils 6 Sterne vergeben! Junges, aufmerksames, sehr serviceorientiertes Team! Gute Karte mit den Klassikern sowie hauseigenen Finessen! Stilvolle Räumlichkeiten in einer Symbiose von Klassischen und modernen Elementen und Accessoires! Das große Plus - man kann mit dem Team reden und bekommt auch nach 21:15 Uhr tolles warmes Essen inkl. Vorspeise!!! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Wir waren heute zum 2. Mal hier. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden, sowohl vom Essen und der Bedienung, als auch von der Lokation. Gegenüber ist ein großer Parkplatz.

Essen super. Preise günstig mehr Außensitzgelegenheiten würde es noch mehr Aufwerten.

Wie waren zu zweit zur Mittagszeit im Athos. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Portionen waren nicht sehr groß (relativ wenig Pommes), aber für uns ausreichend. Angenehmes Ambiente. Wir würden wieder dort essen gehen.

Wir waren zu viert essen. Das Essen war teils lecker teils geht so. Die Preise sind sehr hoch und die Menge der Speisen eher sehr wenig.. Daher passt Preis Leistung meiner Meinung nach nicht..

Wie versprochen trotz großer Nachfrage Tisch bei bestem Wetter draußen bekommen. Bedienung sehr freundlich, Essen kam schnell obwohl viel los war und war sehr lecker. Aber auch innen kann man prima und gemütlich sitzen. Es war wieder mal alles bestens.

Der Service ist super und das Essen solide. Auf der Karte findet man wenige der sonst so üblichen Fleischplatten, dafür einige leckere gebackene Alternativen. Es waren viele Tische bereits reserviert. Vorher Anrufen und einen Tisch buchen macht wohl Sinn.

Uns war nicht bewusst, dass in Bad Lauterberg die Lokalitäten und deren Küche früher schliessen als an anderen Orten, die wir bisher besuchten. Deshalb gingen wir erst ab ca. 20:00 Uhr zur Einnahme des Abendessens, was nicht überall zeitlich positiv angesehen wurde. Obwohl wir erst relativ spät ( ca. 1 Std. vor Schliessung ) eintrafen, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die bestellten und dargereichten Speisen waren in der Portion reichlich und geschmacklich sehr gut abgestimmt. Auch die Bitte um einen griechischen Mokka zum Abschluss kurz vor Feierabend wurde noch erfüllt. Das Restaurant sollte man bei einem Besuch in Bad Lauterberg nicht auslassen.
