„Schlechtestes Essen, mir war richtig schlecht, ich habe keinen Biss angerührt. Nichts davon war gut. Ich habe direkt woanders bestellt, bei McDonald’s. Macht den Fehler nicht. Ich habe um 11Uhr dort bestellt. Ich will gar nicht wissen, wie es abends ist. Ich mache sonst nie Rezensionen, aber diesmal musste ich. Ich komme aus Frankfurt, nicht aus Nürnberg. Bestellt dort nie wieder. Ich habe asiatisch bestellt und einen gefrorenen Apfelkuchen, und nicht mal der Apfelkuchen war gut.“ Passt auf Leute !!!!!

Das ist ein kulinarischer Totalschaden. Keine Spur von rund – die Pizza klebt wie ein unförmiger Klumpen lieblos in der Ecke. Matschig und fettig: Riesige, dick geschnittene Tomatenscheiben schwimmen in einer dicken, blassen Käseschicht. Verbrannt und roh: Hinten verkohlt, vorne feucht und matschig. Der fettverschmierte Deckel der Box sieht aus wie ein Tatort. Wenn man im Geschäft anruft, wird man unfreundlich behandelt. Die haben keine Ahnung, was Kundenzufriedenheit bedeutet. Vor so einem Bild würde sich selbst mein Hund erschrecken und das nicht essen. Wenn man hungrig ins Bett möchte und seine Restmülltonne füttern möchte, kann ich das Geschäft empfehlen.

Es gab keine Auswahl zwischen süßsauer Sauce oder sonst was davon bin ich ausgegangen dass eine dabei ist und wie man sieht ist keine dabei aber angerufen habe mich beschwert er meinte ich soll es auswählen hat daraufhin einfach aufgelegt und hat gesagt er macht was er will komplett unhöflich null Sterne

Früher, haben wir hier wirklich gerne bestellt. Nach der letzten Bestellung war ich allerdings das erste Mal kurz davor, beim Restaurant anzurufen. Kurz bevor die Bestellung eintreffen sollte haben wir vom Fahrer einen Anruf erhalten, in dem er im unfreundlichsten Ton mit Vorwürfen um sich schmiss, dass er seit 5 Minuten am Klingeln sei und wir ihm doch bitte die Tür aufmachen sollten. Niemand hatte geklingelt, trotzdem hatte ich mich MEHRFACH entschuldigt. Wir dachten, unsere Klingel sei vielleicht kaputt … Ich habe direkt die Tür aufgemacht. Während er mir das Essen effektiv nicht einmal übergeben hat, beschwerte er sich im (Entschuldigung) asozialsten Tonfall darüber, dass er ganze FÜNF Minuten warten musste und wieso wir ihm nicht die Tür öffnen würden. Ich habe dann mehrfach erklärt, dass die Klingel funktionieren sollte. Im Nachgang haben wir die Klingel sogar noch getestet, und ein Wunder, sie funktionierte. Nachdem ich mich mindestens 10 Mal entschuldigt hatte und der Mann weitere 5 Minuten damit zubrachte, sich aufzuregen, habe ich dann irgendwann gesagt, dass ich mit ihm nicht weiter darüber diskutieren werde, ob die Klingel jetzt funktioniert oder nicht. So etwas Unfreundliches habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. Auf seinem Weg durchs Treppenhaus motzte er auch weiter vor sich hin. Normalerweise schreibe ich auch keine Google-Rezensionen, aber das war wirklich auf einer anderen Ebene dreist. Wir vermuten, dass der gute Herr beim Nachbarn mit ähnlichem Vornamen geklingelt hat. Auf dem Weg nach unten Der Mann hat mich dann im Nachgang auch noch einmal versucht anzurufen, eine Stunde, nachdem das Essen bereits bei uns angekommen ist. Ich kann mir nur vorstellen, dass es hierbei um eine weitere Diskussion ging.

Ich habe noch nie von einer so respektlosen Person gehört oder sie erlebt, vor allem nicht, wenn sie in einem Restaurant arbeitet! Ich rief an, um nach dem Verbleib meiner bestellten Pizza zu fragen, und ein Mann mit tiefer, wütender Stimme meldete sich und sagt mir, was ich will!! Als ob ich dort angerufen hätte, als ich ihm das erste Mal gesagt habe, welche Pizza ich bestellt habe und die Adresse, und dann war er völlig unhöflich und hat aufgelegt! Ich hoffe, dass Sie etwas mit diesem Mitarbeiter unternehmen. So ein Mitarbeiter hat in einem Restaurant nichts zu suchen.

Also von einer Familienpizza mit Spiegelei hätte ich erwartet das mehr als zwei Stücke Ei drauf haben. Ziemlich enttäuschend bei einer XXL Pizza nur 2 Stücke mit besagten Belag zu bekommen

Lieferservice ist einfach Katastrophe ruft mich fünf mal an, weil er den Weg nicht zu mir weiß, legt mir aber direkt ins Gesicht, bevor ich überhaupt den Satz beenden konnte. Pizza schmeckt gut, aber die Nudeln kann man so nicht verkaufen. Das sind die schlimmsten Nudeln, die ich je in meinem Leben gegessen hab einfach wie Babybrei und Die Tomatensoße ist alles, aber keine Tomatensoße. Es ist unverschämt dafür, noch Geld zu verlangen. Und bei einer Rückmeldung, dass es einfach nicht gepasst hat, legte er mir einfach ins Gesicht auf Einfach respektlos

Bestellen da ganz oft. Auch heute wieder. Immer positiv. Aber das was heute abging war unter aller Sau. Essen kommt. Er drückt mir das Essen in die Hand. Das heisse ganz unten das man es nicht sieht und oben drauf den Pizzacarton. Schön die Hände verbrannt. Dann bleibt er stehen und wartet bettelnd auf Drinkgeld. Ich bedanke mich rechtherzlich und wünsche einen schönen Abend. Da geht er zum Fahrstuhl und knallt wutentbrannt seine Warmhaltebox in den Fahrstuhl das ich dachte der ist abgestürzt. Und meckert noch rum. Mehr möchte ich nicht sagen

Ordered via Lieferando (pizza, pasta, salad). Everything was absolutely delicious – I really don't understand the bad reviews. Delivery time was perfectly reasonable; the food arrived hot and crispy. They forgot the jalapeños on the pizza, but after contacting them, they told me to just call ahead before my next order, and I'll get a special as compensation ;) 5***** well deserved – it tastes amazing, keep it up!

Very unfriendly staff, insulting and shouting on the phone during a 2-hour wait, doesn't speak German, food cold and not tasty, not recommended!!!

I ordered a pizza by Wolt, and I had a scheduled delivery. They called me 100 times 30 minutes before and told me that the order is ready and delivered. The courier was also very rude and complained why I didn’t open the door? If I ordered at a specific time, I want to get it on time, or 5-10 minutes before or after not 30 minutes before. Did not recommend ! Even one star is too much !!

We ordered dumplings and got pilmeni. It was a disgrace to advertise the product incorrectly, including with false pictures!

Update from September 13, 2025. After another attempt to order. I'm reducing my previous 2-star rating to one star today. I'd rather give it zero. I ordered from Dino Pizza Courier again today. I ordered a small pizza, a large salad, and spring rolls. I paid online. After about 20 minutes, a gentleman from the restaurant called and asked me how I was and that he wasn't delivering today. His reason: it's too far for him. He doesn't have any drivers. He didn't even try to accommodate me in any way. When I commented that I didn't think this was correct, he replied that I was being rude. When I asked about the payment, he simply replied that it's my problem and I have to take care of it, but he won't refund it. He won't drive for a small pizza and a salad. Again: I reached the minimum order value with the small pizza, salad, and spring rolls. Honestly... I will never order from there again. A disgrace!!! I gave them a second chance and was disappointed a second time. Definitely never again. I will also inform Lieferando about the delivery service's behavior and request a refund. First and last order. The schnitzel (two pieces), but both were very small. The croquettes tasted more like grease. The schnitzel itself was okay, but nothing that would make me order from there again. €7.50 would be reasonable for the portion. €9.50 is too expensive.

Unfortunately, I didn't get anything to eat. The website states the minimum order value is €15. During the online ordering process, €15 is displayed as the minimum order value. And when you order, you get a call saying the minimum order value is €25 and they won't deliver. That's called fraud. Just keep your pizza!

We ordered today, the pizzas were okay, and the schnitzel was good too. However, the dumplings on the menu turned out to be just plain old tortellini... Annoying. Especially for the price.

If it doesn't taste good, just leave it...

So for a courier service the food was okay. I've eaten much worse. To my own amazement, I ate both. Maybe it was just hunger...

We ordered a family pizza (𝙛𝙪̈𝙧 𝟮𝟮€) where the tuna was only supposed to be on half of the pizza, but it was spread all over the pizza. The tuna was missing. That can happen, that's human nature. So we called and spoke to the boss. He said that he would send us a new pizza, so we didn't eat the first pizza and it got cold. When the new pizza arrived, it wasn't a family pizza, but a small pizza. When we spoke to the boss again, he said, “If you don't accept this pizza, there's nothing else I can do.” That was a very disrespectful reaction...

Very unfriendly owner!!! We ordered a family pizza (half without tuna). However, the pizza arrived with tuna and no other requested toppings. When we called to report the wrong toppings, we received an unfriendly response on the phone. When we insisted on getting a new pizza, a small pizza arrived. When we reported this again, the owner became extremely unfriendly and accusatory on the phone. We will never order from there again!!!

Very rude and disrespectful. I wanted to order a pizza. It's a lot further away and they said it wasn't possible and they were disrespectful over the phone from the start. I then just didn't place the order. Suddenly an order came in. I had even ordered from someone else and didn't know that they had sent someone too. I then wanted to pay with a card. The driver can't even speak German and can't say it in a really disrespectful way. I'm going to report this company and can't recommend it to anyone. I called again to clarify the situation. Only for the boss to tell me I was stupid and that I was an idiot. It's really disgraceful!!!!!!!!!!

I order from this pizza service often. It's really a very good alternative if you want a good pizza in a hurry. The gentlemen offer very fast delivery and always warm food. Always my pleasure!

Looking forward to the "dumplings", they are more like pelmeni...not handmade, but from the supermarket. The Thai soup felt like it had nothing to do with a Thai soup, but rather over-seasoned tomato crab soup... the salad was ok, but everything was so bland and way too expensive...

You can't eat the bolognese that's completely for your ass, it's seasoned with fat eyes in it, all sorts of things, the spaghetti carbonara is also disgusting, disgusting, just makes you want to vomit. If I don't get diarrhea now, then no wonder I won't order any more from this food. You're bad

Dino's pizza was fantastic as always - by far one of the best pizzerias in Nuremberg. This time, however, my pizza came in a box with Bundeswehr propaganda. If I want to watch incompetent militaristic superpowers, then I watch the presidential debate in the USA. But please keep my pizza free of disgusting, neoliberal, filthy propaganda from the Bundeswehr. The fact that the Bundeswehr has sunk so low that it even includes pizzerias in its marketing program is absolutely abysmal and I can hardly imagine anything more pathetic. Dino Pizza 1A, the Bundeswehr can taste the absolute best for me so crosswise and in all languages.

In fact, I found the pizza and cheesecake to be extremely tasty. On-time friendly delivery and really delicious pizza. Sure, it all depends on the day but I will order again. And no, it wasn't my first order 😉

We ordered dumplings and what we got were all but definitely not dumplings

I spent almost €30 thinking “it will be enough”. The portions are so small, the crepes with Nutella had a little bird dung Nutella in them and were really tasteless, the pizza rolls were just dough with ham almost not baked. You can throw a crepe against the wall and it will get stuck there. It couldn't be worse, never again. I don't know how the boss runs a business with such dishes. If there were 0 stars, I would really give 0. You'd better close this business.

The food used to be good there but not at all anymore. Gourmet rigatoni (pasta not cooked through, hardly any mushrooms, minced meat inedible and cheese just barely melted). Delivery service rude, phone service rude. The customer is king once upon a time :(

The food is always great, but the driver throws up the food in total disaster, you don't have it in your hand properly and he drops it and sees it falling down and kicks it with his foot so that the food spreads even more in the hallway. Today I ordered a tuna pizza with corn and garlic and paid extra to have it put on it. Unfortunately it was forgotten. This has happened to me several times now, although I order from Dino Pizza very often and have always been satisfied, but it happens too often that things are forgotten. The driver parks in the middle of the street, gets out and pees in a high arc directly into the garden. And on your own pants. And then deliver the pizza for the neighbor. Pizza urinals? Absolutely pathetic.

I ordered a cheeseburger, a side salad and a special. Food arrived on time - as stated. So far so good. In terms of taste, however, the order was a total failure. Side salad salad carelessly prepared with only a well-intentioned dash of vinegar/balsamic as a dressing. Choking up wasn't easy for me. The cheeseburger consisted of two flaky rolls, a patti with a cheese slice and topped off with a full ladle of ketchup. On the other hand, a McDonald's cheeseburger with onions and pickles is a real treat for the palate. Spezi was ok. Best regards, The one and only!

I don't understand the bad reviews. Very friendly man on the phone. The supplier too. And food was good, tasty and hot.

I usually only write good reviews, if I don't like something I simply won't order there anymore, but I have to warn you: every cent is wasted here. 9 different foods that all get 0 out of 10 stars. Even plain noodles were inedible. I don't know how good reviews can be given here. Fries are inedible as are burgers, Thai soup, salami pizza, tzatziki, spring rolls, currywurst and breaded champions. It's just a shame to send such cold, greasy, unseasoned and inedible food. A disgrace for every chef. Even my little children can cook better. The only downside is that the delivery was on time.

Instead of minced meat, pizza and pizza Hawaii, 1 pizza sucuk and cola were delivered. When we complained by phone, Dino called us stupid and idiots! 27 euros wasted and only a lousy Sucuk pizza!!! Never again!!!!

Das Essen hat heute mal wieder richtig gut geschmeckt, Pizza Champinon mit diversen Zusatzbelegen und Salat Raptor mit Cola. Für einen Lieferdienst finde ich, ist es sehr gut und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt auch! Immer wieder gerne 👍

No wonder!!! Check out all the other reviews!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Ordered ONLINE and didn't come. Called after over an hour and the man was very rude, my number is correct, compared, it was correct. Then he said I would NEVER open the door, which is absolute nonsense. He didn't cancel the order, kept me waiting for over an hour and then I was rudely insulted and they simply hung up on me. Impudence, he should never go back to where he came from if that's how they treat customers.

Ordered through Lierferando, received the wrong product, called and complained about intolerances and received a new pizza that was wrong again. Then called again and said the money would be refunded and nothing happened. When we asked, we said that we didn't get the money because we got two pizzas for free, which is not the case because we paid for the wrong goods and didn't get a refund. The driver didn't want to take the wrong pizzas back and couldn't provide any information about what to do next. I will no longer order here and therefore one less regular customer.

Ein Drecksladen der um acht Euro bescheist nur weil er unfähig ist seine ware zu kontrollieren ob sie richtig ist mieser laden null zu empfehlen

Unverschämt und frech! Eigentlich hätten sie weniger als 1 Stern verdient. Wir hatten bei der Bestellung extra aufgrund von Allergien nach den Zutaten gefragt und dann kam es mit ganz anderen Zutaten als angegeben. Bei der telefonischen Nachfrage hieß es nur, „dann soll es halt mein Mann essen oder wir sollen es uns teilen“ (sehr hilfreich!) Und nächstes Mal sollen wir über Lieferando bestellen, da würde alles genauer drin stehen. Seltsam nur, dass dort nichts anderes steht als in der Karte, die wir hier haben. Zum Geschmack kann ich nichts sagen, da ich es leider nicht mal probieren konnte, sonst hätte ich einen Allergischen Anfall ausgelöst. Und zur Krönung hat sich der Lieferant sein Trinkgeld gleich selbst mit eingerechnet. Fazit: NIE WIEDER !!! ALLERGIKER BESTELLT BITTE WOANDERS !!!

Es tut mir leid aber nein, 2 nudel arten bestellt und die eine groß und käse überbacken die andere ganz normal. Aber nichts, die eine die falsche nudel art und ich zahlte für extra und bekam eine kleine Portion und auch kein käse. Fast 4€ mehr bezahlt dafür und nicht mal der Lieferant konnte nett/Respektvoll reden unhöflich und Respektlos. Eine Lieferando Bewertung mach ich auch nochmal's.

Bestelle schon seit Jahren hier und wie immer schmeckt es gut.

Wir bestellen sehr oft hier, meistens lecker aber heute... der filet steak ist mit unglaublich viel Pfeffer, wir habe Hollandaise Soße bestellt aber haben irgenwelche Knoblauch Soße bekommen.

Pizza war okay aber sehr klein für „Groß“ Pasta wurde Maxi bestellt und auch diese Portion war klein. Geschmacklich auch eher naja, werde nicht wieder bestellen.

Familien Pizza 15€ und beim Thunfisch gibt es nicht mal Zwiebeln. Anscheinend soll man das erwähnen. Salat war ohne Salz. Ansonsten lecker.

Meine Freundin und ich bestellen da so gern aber gestern bei der Familienpizza war alles daneben der Boden trocken der Rand sehr verbrannt und der Belag war gut belegt Der Geschmack war nur eklig

Schnelle Lieferung. Jedoch habe ich Nudeln mit Lachs bestellt und dafür einen Aufpreis gezahlt. Leider habe ich nur Nudeln mit Käse erhalten. Schade!

Normaler weise essen wir gerne dort aber diesmal ist zu viel schief gelaufen, der Nizza Salat sieht aus als währe er runtergefallen, kein Thunfisch drauf und keine Oliven wie bestellt und bezahlt, die Verpackung kaputt und die Crepes sind nicht mit Erdbeermarmelade sondern mit Nutella gekommen.

Ich bestelle hier mindestens 1 Mal pro Woche und abgesehen davon, dass es super schmeckt, ist das Essen auch sehr schnell da und die Pizza-Fahrer sind sehr freundlich ! Super Service weiter so!

Gefühlt der Lieferservice mit den kleinsten Portionen (bei normalen Preisen). Geschmack gewinnt auch keinen Gewinn, war aber okay.

Wir bestellen gerne Salamipizza bei Dinos, aber in letzter Zeit braucht es trotz geringer Entfernung mindestens 60-90 Minuten Lieferzeit und das ist mit dem hungrigen 5-Jährigen nicht wirklich praktikabel für uns...

Wir haben ein Menü inkl. eine Pizza bestellt, leider wird die Pizza falsch geliefert. Den Preis ist auch nicht wert. Mit dem Preis kann man fast eine größere Pizza erhalten. Bedienung ist nicht freundlich.

Hab heute hier zum ersten Mal was zum Essen bestellt. Und ich kann meinen Vorredner überhaupt nicht zustimmten. Das Essen wurde innerhalb von 30 Minuten geliefert. Ich habe Tortellini a la Panna und Crêpes mit Erdbeeren bestellt. Crêpes waren sehr gut befühlt und Tortellini war ebenfalls sehr lecker! Bestelle hier wieder gerne nochmal😊👍🏽
