We ordered two pizzas from Lieferando. The pizzas were a disaster. It didn't taste good. The dough was soggy. The ingredients tasted almost like nothing. We cannot recommend it.
First, the wrong delivery, then they threatened us with a long wait, and then told the driver not to order from there again. That's customer service these days. Unfortunately, the food was too salty, and the herb butter was fishy. The salad was meager, but it was fresh, which is something else entirely. We'll take their advice and not order from there again.
I live in the immediate vicinity of the store and saw by chance that it was still listed as open. Nobody has been in the shop for weeks and the lights are always off. At least until recently, vehicles stood idle in front of the tennis court next door. Anyone who orders here and receives goods (if something comes) can be sure that it does not come from this store.
A long time ago I had the pleasure of being able to test the store several times.
- pizza very clearly laid out
- Something was missing twice
- 1 time the dough was almost raw
- Not particularly worth mentioning in terms of taste
- plus high prices
- and despite paying via PayPal, the driver was asked to pay a delivery fee of between 2 and 5 euros
It wasn't worth it but as I said, that was a long time ago
*I added pictures in subsequent editing that may make it a little clearer
Hello everyone
I have been ordering from this pizzeria since I was a child, unfortunately the managers are no longer there as they have moved away to Dubai. The new owners couldn't manage it. I gave them a chance a few times, of course today it was that time again. I ordered two party pizzas and once again they arrived incorrectly, then I called and said that the delivery was wrong. The store owner the manager totally yelled at me on the phone so rude that he treats the customers like that. From now on, just keep your distance
When I still lived on Marli, this was the closest Smileys branch where I regularly ordered. The food was (almost) always great. If there were problems with the order, I called and got a voucher for my next order. Great service!
Actually zero stars, I ordered via Lieferando and practically, as I thought, paid via PayPal. So around 6 p.m. I placed an order for a salad and 2 pasta dishes for 8:30 p.m. At around 9 p.m. there was still no one here and in the system app, where you can track the order, the driver was on the way near you. However, it had been there for half an hour. So I called the store. After forever stuttering, the man on the phone told me that the driver had been in an accident and that I should pick up my food myself. So if you're too stupid to lie, my dear, then it's better not to, because as inauthentic as you made it seem, you immediately noticed that the order was simply forgotten or not noticed because it came online. I was assured that my money would be refunded immediately via PayPal. I'll spare myself the further impudence of this phone call, otherwise I'll get angry again.
The big thing now is that Pizza Pasta Express has marked the delivery as delivered on Lieferando and I can pursue the refund. To enrich yourself from your customers in this way is the very last thing!
