Smiley's Pizza Profis Lübeck St. Lorenz in Lübeck

Es war eine gute Erfahrung. Ich hatte eine Pizza mit Mozzarella bestellt und sie war super. Man sagte uns sie wäre in zehn Minuten fertig aber es dauerte eine halbe Stunde bis sie kam. Das ist etwas ärgerlich aber es hat sich gelohnt sie hat fantastisch geschmeckt.

War spontan vor Ort und 1 Pizza und Salat bestellt. Nach netter Beratung nochmal umbestellt und mich auf Pizzabrötchen zum Salat gefreut. Zu Hause dann festgestellt, es gab gar kein Brot zum Caesar Salat. Für 20 € ( plus Trinkgeld! ) war ich enttäuscht 😞! Also immer gleich Essen kontrollieren!

Die Pizzen sind lecker und bei Selbstabholung nicht teuer. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn die Zeit mal nicht ausreicht um selbst zu kochen, ist Smiley's eine gute Alternative.

Pizza ist einfach dünner als ein Blatt und das für 20€ ! Geht garnicht !

Ich habe eine Pizza bestellt, die viel zu viel Hollandaise-Soße hatte. Ich habe das freundlich angesprochen und keine neue Pizza verlangt. Die Mitarbeiterin bot selbst eine neue an, gab mir aber offenbar dieselbe Pizza wieder, nur leicht erwärmt. Ich habe Fotos als Beweis. Das Verhalten fand ich leider unprofessionell. Eine einfache Entschuldigung hätte gereicht.

Alter Schwede. Ich habe dort schon länger nichts mehr bestellt. Die Pizzen waren vor einiger Zeit schon schlecht. Heute bekam ich eine Email mit einem Gutschein weil ich länger nicht mehr bestellt habe. Ich dachte mir, okay 25 % nehmen wir mal mit. Aber was ich dann nach Hause bekomme ist echt übel. Zutaten fehlen, nicht geschnitten, Optik der Pizza echt ein Massaker. Man hat mir immerhin 5 Euro Gutschein angeboten, weil ich mich beschwert habe. Leute, sowas könnt ihr nicht raus schicken. Ne Pizza für 22 Euro und dann so was zu bekommen. Das ist echt schon sehr frech. Die Lieferung ging echt schnell. Jetzt weiß ich auch warum. Die Pizza war noch gar nicht fertig. 😂 Geschmack nur Salz und Ketchup. Jetzt weiß ich wieder, warum ich dort nichts mehr bestellt habe.

Alles top. Typischer Smileys Geschmack. Ich lieb's. Personal immer nett und freundlich. Man kann auch vor Ort essen. Abholrabatt ist zudem ne coole Sache.

Liebe diese Filiale ! Immer lecker , schnell und frisch ! Aber ihr Strolche habt meinen Auflauf heute nicht mit Käse überbacken obwohl dazu gebucht. War sehr traurig 🤣

Sehr Enttäuscht! Schon beim ersten Biss in die Pizza hatte ich "Papier" oder was das war im Teig drinne.. und das nicht mals wenig als ich die Pizza weiter kleingeschnitten habe, stellte ich fest das im Teig fast überall Papier drinne war. Danke nicht wieder!

Hallo, das Essen hat mir gar nicht gefallen, da war viel zu wenig Käse drauf die haben richtig gegeizt und die wollten mir keine Oliven auf meine Pizzabrötchen machen. Sogar angeboten mehr Geld zu zahlen hat sie gesagt nein. Nie wieder will ich da bestellen

Snack rolls without turkey were not sold with vegan cheese at our request, as they said it wasn't part of the menu. I recommend making the menu more contemporary or allowing sales staff more flexibility. So we ended up having dinner at a competitor's. I'm happy to adjust my rating if my above recommendation is followed.

A bottomless impudence. First of all, I come from the restaurant/service industry myself...complaint management isn't really a priority for them; some training would be appropriate here. My colleague and I each ordered a Ring of Fire. For the second time, it arrived with no, or only a very, very small amount of, ground meat. My colleague's half of the ring was completely without ground meat, just filled with onions and sauce! So I called to complain, whereupon the employee told me that it couldn't be true, because she made it herself, and the problem was probably that we didn't like the recipe. In response to her cheeky and arrogant reply, I told her that we'd ordered it several times before and asked if they had perhaps changed the recipe, so less expensive meat, more cheap onions. The lady then told me, in her arrogant tone, that I could complain to customer service. Honestly, everything has gotten more expensive for everyone, and Smileys, in particular, isn't known as a great-value supplier in Lübeck. But when you treat yourself to something, don't get what you paid for, and then the staff rudely harass you... I can only advise everyone against spending their hard-earned money at Smileys! I would have loved to post a photo of our Ring of Fire, with the missing ground beef, but unfortunately, that's not an option here.

The best pizza in Lübeck, I order here regularly. It's always freshly prepared in the pizza oven. The dips are excellent. Recommendation: If possible, order for pickup, so you can be sure it hasn't been on the road for ages before it arrives, and you can check right away to make sure everything's there.

Lots of dough, little topping. But it's filling.

Good evening to the Smileys team! I have to compliment you on the hot dog pizza! Delivered on time and piping hot! Tasted delicious! I was born in Lübeck but have been living in Hamburg for a while! I decided to try Smileys there and am back in Lübeck for a quick visit! My girlfriend and I were hungry for pizza!

Ok pizza, service was good but the pizza wasn't quite to our taste.

It could certainly be better, but it could also be worse! I've ordered something six times now. You definitely can't go wrong with the El Paso pizza. However, it happens to me that the cheese isn't mozzarella, but Gouda/Edam.

My friend and I ordered from Lieferando shortly before the store closed and the food was great. We ordered two cookies and a snack roll with turkey. Everything was there except the turkey in the snack rolls. It was just baked bread and we paid money for it. It's simply a disgrace. When it's almost closing time, they should just stop taking orders instead of losing their customers.

Through the good nights and the crazy nights. Your pizza used to be an experience. Moist, cheesy, American – a statement in a box. I really loved you. And I defended you. "Order from Smileys!" I said. Not once. Not ten times. More like a hundred. But today? Today, I honestly don't know anymore what you want to be. Your dough is so thin that I'm considering using it as window film. The cheese – once a poem – is now more of a short comment. If there's even less on it, you'll have to unlock the rest separately. Twelve slices of salami on a large pizza... That's not a topping – that's geocaching. And the prices? I'm happy for you, honestly. But €1.99 for 100 ml of dip? For a moment, I thought I was ordering motor oil. Smileys, you used to be really special. But somehow you're like many others today – only more expensive. And that hurts. Because we had something. We had 28 years. But I think our time is over. Not out of anger. Not out of spite. But simply because you can't reach me anymore. Take care, old friend. Thanks for everything. For the youth. For the nights. For the many "Wow, that's awesome!" moments. But today I'm ordering somewhere else.

The price for the dip doesn't count toward the minimum order value. That makes you feel like you're being ripped off. So, no, not 🤷‍♀️

We've already pre-ordered with Smileys several times for a specific time, and unfortunately, the drivers haven't shown up at the requested time even once. A 10-minute grace period is fine, but anything beyond that isn't acceptable (sometimes more than 30-45 minutes).

I've rarely had such bad food! The pizza and croque were so soggy, as if they had been warmed up from the day before. The pizza was also completely over-seasoned. The tiramisu was from the supermarket, and actually the cheap kind you get at discounters!!! Inedible. The only positive thing: the driver was very friendly. I ordered here for the first and last time, never again!

It was a very tasty pizza that I ate on site. It was just in the middle of the night in the middle of Lübeck, but during the day it will probably be more pleasant there, in terms of the ambience.

I will never order from Smileys again. It lacks taste and quality. I threw €20 straight into the bin.

Salad was delicious and the portion was sufficient. The location has something of a factory hall feel to it, but it's clean and the people are nice and accommodating

That should be 190g Cauli Wings for €5.49. Minus the peel it is 95g, exactly half. That it's not accurate to the gram, OK. But just putting half in is just a rip off.

Over €10 for a small pizza with tuna without any other side dishes, pizza wasn't cooked through and it just didn't taste like anything, never again, everyone else bon appetit.

We haven't ordered for a long time and we were really happy about it. Smileys appear to have declined alarmingly in recent years. Quality is lousy and really a disappointment for the price. Never again!

Leider nicht mehr ganz so gut wie früher. Ich weiß durch Corona ist bei smileys z. Z. Hochbetrieb, aber es darf der Service und die Qualität nicht leiden. Bekomme ständig essen was ich nicht bestellt habe. Wird dann angeblich frisch zubereitet 5 min später ist mein Essen da nur eiskalt. Schade.. 😔

muss gestehen haben kurz vor Ladenschluss 2 ring of fire bestellt leider waren diese ungenießbar ungebacken aka roh !!! Mussten es nochmal nachbacken und bei einem ring war die Füllung nicht gegeben bitte achtet auf eure sonst immer so gegebene Qualität auch bei später stunde Dankeschön

Alles wird weniger , dafür teurer. Bei Lieferung wird meist die Hälfte vergessen. War schonmal besser.

Ich habe drei Pizzen direkt im Laden bestellt. Nach einigen Minuten Wartezeit konnte ich die Mafiatorten auch schon mitnehmen. Ich kann mich nicht beklagen. Der Geschmack war sehr gut. Wenn ich in Lübeck wohnen würde, dann gäbe es bei mir öfter Pizza von Smiley's.

typischer Abhol- Bringeladen. Pizza, habe vor Ort gegessen, war sehr lecker. Die billige Soße war fehl am Platz, China Soße aus Flasche.

Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Die Pizza war richtig lecker. Wir hatten eine Thunfischpizza und die war gar nicht ölig (wie man das von woanders kennt) Leider waren wir dort nur im Urlaub, sonst würde ich öfter bestellen :)

Ich habe eine Pizza bestellt und der Karton war so eingedellt, dass meine ganze Pizza bis auf den Teig oben an der Pappe hing. Eine Frechheit ist das!

Seit gut 10 Jahren bestelle ich hier meinen Evergreen: "Snack-Rolls". Mal lasse ich sie liefern und mal hole ich sie ab. Bemerkenswert: Das Personal ist durchgehend sehr freundlich. Ab und an waren Sie mal kleiner als gewohnt. Unter dem Strich bin ich dort gerne Kunde. Viel Erfolg weiterhin.

Ich fühle mich schwanger. War gut, nächstes mal ein bisschen mehr. Ich spür richtig, wie ich eins mit dem Fett werde. Und ich spüre auch wie die Soßen mit dem Fett kämpfen. Aber halt sehr gut. Lg Manfred und Holgram

Sehr sehr gute Pizza - Beste Qualität, guter Geschmack, knusprig und reichlich belegt. Sehr gute und ausgefallene Sorten. Leider wenig Plätze vor Ort - eher auf Lieferung ausgelegt.

Eigentlich immer gut aber heute kam eine falsche Pizza. Sofort angerufen und gefragt, ob der Fahrer noch die richtige dabei hat. Es sollte geklärt werden. 15 min. hat sich keiner gemeldet. Dann nochmal angerufen. Der am Telefon wusste vom vorangegangenen Telefonat nichts. Meinte, dass er eine neue Pizza rausschickst. Eine Stunde später habe ich diese Rezension geschrieben. Pizza wird wohl auch nicht mehr kommen. War wohl das letzte mal, dass ich dort bestellt hab. Fehler passieren, aber was danach gelaufen ist geht einfach nicht…2 Sterne, weil es sonst immer echt gut war.

Wir haben sonst immer gerne bei Smileys bestellt, viel Belag und einen Pizza-Rand den man sogar mit essen kann und nicht liegen lassen muss weil er zu hart ist.... Seit einiger Zeit hat die Qualität aber leider mehr als nachgelassen, es werden Zutaten vergessen ( bei jeder Bestellung mindestens eine Zutat pro Pizza) und die Zutaten die es dann auf die Pizza geschafft haben sind an einer Hand abzählbar (z.b. Oliven für 1,20€ und dann Fünf kleine Oliven auf der ganzen Pizza ist mehr als happig). Nach vier enttäuschenden Bestellungen bei Smileys war das heute Abend auch somit unsere letzte... Schade

Ja,... normale Standard-Pizza, nix besonderes aber gut gleichbleibende “Qualität,“. Die Lieferzeit in meinem Fall 20-30 Minuten, was völlig ok ist. Der Boden ist viel zu dünn, dass würde ich ändern auf minimal 4-5mm....Preis ist einfach zuhoch für das Verhältnis ....auf smalltalk stehe ich auch nicht so wirklich, wenn ich hunger hab und jemand meine “Lebensgeschichte wissen will“ was zum Glück auch nur einmal vorkam....sonst nette Lieferanten...aber komischer Laden mittlerweile (Filiale..Kette) Dass erste Bild zeigt eine von mir “nachdekorierte“ um die kosten niedrieger zu halten🙂 weil man keine Lust hat fürn ne normal grosse Pizza 32 die oftmals nur 28 ist, fast 20€ zu zahlen Mit zwei Belägen..... und evtl nem Dip Das zweite eine von mir nicht “manipulierte“ welche besser aussieht könnt ihr euch ja aussuchen

Sehr gut weil man nicht so eine Grosse Menge kaufen muss das man eventuell dann weg wirft. Es gibt halbe Potionen. Sehr gute Idee. Sehr sauberer Laden freundliche Bedienung.B.J

Bei meinem Gericht wurde etwas vergessen ich habe angerufen und mir wurde sofort ein neues Gericht gratis gebracht.. super Service und die Fahrer waren auch sehr freundlich..gerne wieder!

Geschmacklich meist gut..der Standardteig und Pizzen allgemein, aber 45 min für ne kurze Strecke und eine sogut wie kalte Pizza, naja relativ schwach, höflich wie ich bin, gabs auch noch Trinkgeld aber normalerweise hätte man n Euro vom Preis/Rechnung abziehen müssen !!! ..oder als Wiedergutmachung, sagen ,,hier is n dip umsonst dafür“ hoffentlich ein Einzelfall
