Purest juice shop, Ordered from Krempelsdorfer Alle several times, and every time it was a disaster. And demand so much money for it. Pizza hard and cold every time! Supplier This time the bomb, Rings the neighbor's doorbell because it probably wasn't quick enough for him 🤷‍♀️ He probably couldn't speak either and we don't know how to thank you for the tip.... Bottom drawer 👏

We didn't like the pizza and pizza rolls. Everything didn't taste fresh and was only warm. We ordered there for the first and last time

Branch could be cleaner. Ordering process complicated. Employees still tried hard. Will come again. There is still room for improvement.

Pizza not filled according to customer's wishes and should be processed with a discount on the next order. New pizza was not delivered or exchanged

I cannot recommend Dominos here in Lübeck. I had already tried it at other locations, but I had ordered from Krempelsdorfer Allee more often. I will never order here again. The pizzas are a disaster, they weren't great but they are getting worse and worse. Pizza arrives cold and the toppings are really worked on. Drivers are often unfriendly A friend ordered a salad with it. They seriously packed him with the pizza in that warm bag. How dumb can someone be! The whole salad was warm and flabby. Better buy a frozen pizza from Oetker or Gustavo Gusto. Top it yourself, you save a lot of money and it tastes 100% better Never again dominoes, disgusting quality

Called 3 minutes later and was there 1 minute later, very nice and very quick

It's a shame actually, I'd like to leave a good review, but unfortunately we got cold food once again... The order went out at half past six, according to the tracker it was already ready at a quarter past, it arrived at a quarter past... From the branch The car was just five minutes away from us, the driver was groaning because he had to walk up (it was an annoyed snort), the pizza was cold (not even lukewarm), the pizza rolls were cold... A pizza was halfway stuck to the lid of the box, which was neat was pressed in... The food itself is actually really tasty, but unfortunately the service leaves more and more to be desired…

The delivery people have no manners, no hello, please, thank you or anything else. One doesn't even take out his headphones and expects/demands a tip. The other is apparently carrying a pizza box for the first time. It's a shame because the food is always okay, the store is ok for pick-up, but there is a lack of competent staff to deliver.

Like any other Domino's, the food was fine, but the conditions were a disaster. You can eat inside, but in the bike cellar

Update 01/28/24: almost EVERYTHING has gotten worse! The service on the phone is underground. I don't even live 1KM away from the branch, so the tracking is there for a reason. Then the message follows: “Order on the way”. And then it takes 45 minutes because the driver has several tours on board and delivers the wine last? Not only that: when I asked where my order was, the service reacted rudely and said the driver would be there shortly. 20 minutes later I want to ask again, but they don't pick up several times because they recognize my number. I've ordered here for at least 1000 euros in the last few years, but I've never experienced anything so shamelessly stupid. There are tons of pizza services in Lübeck, I don't need that anymore! And above all, the drivers always knew that I would tip a minimum of 2 euros. That's finally over now, the arrogance has lost, I'll order somewhere else! And hereby revised my first review! Clear thumbs down! ______________________________________________________________ I order here regularly, both food and drinks. Of course, here or there a little thing doesn't fit. But on the whole all the drivers are always polite and I haven't had long waiting times except for one time. For me there is nothing to complain about, I really enjoy ordering from here! Always remember, there are people at work here...I haven't seen a perfect one in Germany yet. Something just goes wrong! That's why not everything is bad!

Absolutes No Go! Karton war komplett eingedrückt. Zutaten klebten am Karton. Die Pizza klebte komplett unten am Karton. Da muss sich jemand drauf gesetzt haben, anders kann man das nicht erklären. Die Barbecue Sauce war keine. Das war Wasser. Oder ist das ein neues Rezept von euch? Keine Ahnung was da passiert ist. Essen konnte man das nicht. Ist dann leider im Müll gelandet. Schämt euch! Nie wieder Dominos.

Super leckere Pizzen und schneller freundlicher Lieferdienst. Selbst nachträgliche Änderungen an der Online-Bestellung per Telefon werden noch ausgeführt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Ehrlich gesagt verstehe ich die Bewertungen nicht. Die Pizzas sind lecker - vor allem mit Käse im Rand und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schneller Service, allerdings wurde bei meiner Pizza Bombay leider die Curry Sauce vergessen, wodurch die Pizza etwas schwächer vom Geschmack wurde.

Pizza ist sehr gut, die Küche ist hoffentlich nicht so klebrig wie der Wartebereich.

Die Bestellung und Bezahlung über die Website lief super. Lieferung erfolgte zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt mit freundlichem Personal. Geschmacklich war die Pizza 🍕super lecker 🤤, jederzeit wieder.

Moin alle zusammen, habe schon öfter bei domino,s frühen Hallo Pizza bestellt... Das letzte mal haben wir im voraus was bestellt, als wir angekommen sind, war das essen noch nicht fertig (völlig normal)... nach 40 min Wartezeit hab ich nachgefragt, da hieß es,,wir haben euch vergessen,,....wirer Einentachüldigum nix.... Schnelle Lieferung Pizza ist ok

Das Essen war sehr lecker, alles war frisch und heiß zubereitet.

Wir versuchen uns gerade durch die Speisekarte zu probieren, haben 5 Pizzen bislang versucht und keine gefunden die nicht schmeckt. Preis und Leistung sind super. Zu den Lieferqualitäten kann ich leider nichts sagen, da wir nicht im Liefergebiet wohnen. Aber selber abholen klappt einwandfrei! Ich werde mir wohl so ne warmhaltetasche zulegen müssen. ;-)

Hier wird fast immer irgendwas vergessen. Es ist zum verzweifeln, die Rezepte sind schon lecker, aber eine Empfehlung kann ich nicht aussprechen.
