I have ordered there many times and have always been very happy with the food. You can get everything here, which is why it's my go-to restaurant to order something home. Delivery is always quick (~30 minutes).

Ordered from there twice, I'll never do it again!! Once ordered with work colleagues and when we ordered a tarte flambée that simply consisted of onions, the ham was raw and the dough was much too thick. The noodles had hair in them. And the other food was also terrible, everything ended up in the trash, we called and complained and they came by to pick up the food (from the trash can). The other time I stupidly ordered there and got pretty bad food poisoning, had to vomit liters and had to go to the hospital for intravenous medication because I couldn't even drink water. It's really bad, never again.

This pizzeria has established itself as my absolute favorite in Karlsruhe. When I was still employed at the municipal clinic, I ate there and it was without exception excellent. The delivery service is also great. Uncomplicated and extremely fast. Clear recommendation from me.

Ordered food but didn't get it delivered. Called after 2 hours, boss promises to give me my money back. Half an hour later, he tells Uber that the order has been delivered. Don't order here!!

It's been around in Karlsruhe for a few decades, yes. At pronto, the quality of the pizza varieties has always remained the same over the years, which is unfortunately no longer a given these days. With that in mind, let's get to the Blechle, ideal for feeding yourself on fantastic pizza slices for 2 to 3 days when you're too lazy to swing the wooden spoon again. My recommendation is clearly the Party Pizza, Kenntucky and Rustika, but with a cheese crust upgrade, but completely made. And always pepperoni with garlic and of course xtra cheese on top. This pizza place uses the least fresh ingredients to make money. I had diarrhea after eating it. This is completely harmful to the health of customers. Avoid this place.

Pizza, pasta and the salad dressing were delicious. Unfortunately, the iceberg lettuce wasn't washed and therefore tasted bitter, which really reduced the enjoyment. PLEASE WASH THE LETTUCE IN THE FUTURE. WOULD LIKE TO ORDER AGAIN!!!

The "lady" at the checkout is cheating the customers. I ordered 10 pizza rolls and only received 8. It is also the worst thing you can give a customer. Bad-tempered, unmotivated and extremely unfriendly. Never again

Ordered there once and never again. We ordered pizza rolls, a margherita pizza and a seafood pizza. Unfortunately, only pizza rolls and seafood pizza were delivered by the driver. However, on the invoice he presented to me, three items were included, as stated when I ordered. The driver made a phone call and discovered that the kitchen had made a mistake and that the Margherita would be delivered in 25 minutes. My colleagues then ate without me. The Margherita that came later was an imposition: few tomatoes and a thick layer of what was once the cheapest grated cheese. It wasn't mozzarella. Margherita is made with mozzarella. Apparently we had run out of basil too. With my colleague you almost had to look for the seafood with a magnifying glass. Unfortunately you can't give zero stars...

I've experienced a lot when ordering online. But Pronto Pronto far surpasses everything (and in a negative way)! From the previous reviews it is clear that the quality of the food was poor, as a number of people had to deal with stomach pains after eating it (including me). On Thursday evening I placed an order here via Uber Eats shortly before 10 p.m. It didn't arrive at all. I waited 2 hours in vain. Nobody could be reached by phone. The next day I called there. The store didn't want to refund my money and immediately went into a ruckus. If I were man enough, I should appear in person. I reluctantly did so around 7 p.m. The operator initially acts stupid and wouldn't find my order. Takes 1 hour. He finds the order. Then he continues to act stupid. He would have a lot of orders and a day later he no longer knows what was delivered and what wasn't. I would lie, get the food and say otherwise. He throws me out of the store and since the police have a station across the street, they are contacted. The police are quickly on site. In the end I received a refund 2 hours later but the store has definitely gotten rid of me as a customer. As I said, I have never experienced customers being treated like that. The operator complained from time to time that it was taking him almost an hour and too long to search for my order, even though he had done other things in that time and the real problem was the lack of delivery of the order and nothing else... If there was a lack of delivery, it would be appropriate canceling the order or offering a new delivery but simply wanting to keep the money, that doesn't work at all!

Not only does the quality of the pizzas take some getting used to, the performance of the delivery people is also subpar. So today (May 7th, 2024) at around 12:00 the red lightning KA-PP 1022 drove through the 30 zone of Kentuckyallee at excessive speed, no, the right-of-way rules were also grossly ignored. Friday afternoon: 2 x pizza 30 cm, delivery time 40 minutes. Two really decent and hot pizzas were delivered. They tasted very good and the ingredients were good quality. We like to cook ourselves and cook well, today it was a delivery service (once a year). That suits me. Gladly again.

Hat unserer Meinung nach die besten Pizzabrötchen mit Knoblauchdip in Karlsruhe

Ich habe mehrmals bei ihnen bestellt, Gyros, Pizza, Gorgonzola-Käse-Nudeln und mehr ... die Portionen sind groß und göttlich lecker! Ich werde wieder bei ihnen bestellen. Ich warte gerade auf die Calzone, die kommt bald :)

Im Zuge des geselligen Beisammensein und Abschlusses eines Matches wurde je eine Partypizza (40x60 cm) 'Rustica' und 'Querbeet' bestellt. Wir waren 7 Personen, davon 6 Frauen. Wir haben die Grösse wesentlich unterschätzt. Eine gesamte Pizza ist übriggeblieben. Die Pizzen sind gleichmässig belegt und wurden heiss angeliefert. Allerdings könnte die Pizza 🍕🍕m.E. etwas krosser und würziger sein.

Perfekter Genuss nach Feierabend! Das Team war äußerst zuvorkommend und bereitete mir trotz der späten Stunde eine köstliche Mahlzeit zu. Das Essen war einfach top und hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Pronto Pronto ist ein guter Laden. Man wird höflich gegrüßt und nett entgegengenommen. Das Ambiente ist sehr edel und trotz der Lage an der vielbefahrenen Kreuzung, ist kaum etwas zu hören. Mahlzeit: Pizza Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker und ist schnell zubereitet. Wer Pizza bestellen sollte, kann sich auf viel Käse und einen weichen, leckeren Boden freuen. Schmeckt lecker! Leider wurden während des Essens im Hintergrund Videos abgespielt, die sehr laut waren. Zu deren Verteidigung: es war sehr wenig los (Ende September), viele lassen Liefern. Da ich nicht weiß, wie es hier zu Stoßzeiten ist und zwecks den unangenehmen Hintergrundgeräuschen 4 Sterne. Dennoch sehr zu empfehlen 😊

Pizza unterstes Niveau ... viel kleiner als bestellt ... Telefonkontakt sehr frech unprofessionell, arrogant und frech ... nie wieder sorry und wenn ich verhungern muss ...

Lieferung dauerte ca. 130 min. Nach dem Anruf weshalb sie zu spät waren haben sie erstmal aufgelegt anstatt zu antworten. Nach dem der Lieferant dann da war wurde falsches essen geliefert. Haben angerufen aber wurden mit unfreundlichen und beleidigenden Personal (laut dem Lieferanten der Inhaber) am Telefon konfrontiert. Der Fehler wurde uns unterstellt und das komplette essen zurück genommen. Nichtmal annähernd wurde sich entschuldigt oder ein Lösungsvorschlag mitgeteilt. Nie wieder, kann nur empfehlen bestellt dort nicht. Im Anhang das essen das geliefert werden sollte, und das was letztendlich nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit ankam.

Es interesante ver que el restaurante sirve 2 menús, indio e italiano. Ordené del menú indio. La comida era deliciosa, las raciones eran grandes, y el precio se estableció en consecuencia también. El servicio fue lento! La ubicación es buena en el sentido de que está justo al lado de una estación de tranvía. Tienen buenos asientos al aire libre, lo que fue genial tener en verano. Lo que no me gustó fue que no aceptaron tarjetas en ese momento (18 de agosto). En general fue bueno.

Nie wieder Pronto Pronto so ein unverschämte arroganten Lieferservice habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das hat einem dann glatt den Appetit verschlagen. Essen war wie die Lieferung unterirdisch.
