If I could, zero stars. Food was delivered completely wrong, the driver then came back and brought our food, no taste, more than half of it had to be thrown away! It's best not to order here, it won't taste good anyway

Food was very bad. The pizza rolls tasted like chlorine, the noodles like milk and the pizza burger was completely broken. Very very bad deserves a zero star rating.

Pizza was a complete disappointment, I've rarely had such a bad meal and didn't feel full. The price for the family pizza is grossly excessive considering the quality and size. 0 stars would be fair for this.

DO NOT ORDER THE PIZZA BURGERS You only get a burger bun with cheese on it, absolutely not worth the money.

How disgusting can it be if you order a pasta dish and it is then gratinated with cheese even though it doesn't say anything, money was thrown away for nothing, you should add that the pasta is gratinated with cheese once and never again

Above-average and very fast delivery service in this price segment. Always delivered warm to hot! If there were problems, they were solved in a friendly and courteous manner. 👍

The worst pizza I've eaten in my life. The pizza dough was like a whole wheat bun and the burger! You heroes. So disappointed. Definitely don't order here again.

Has nothing to do with pizza! Dear TK! Just ordered 2 pizzas, rated OK on Lieferando. Wasted money! Our ingredients seem reasonably fresh, but the tomato sauce doesn't taste good and the dough is a disaster! That's a lot of things, but not pizza dough! It doesn't taste like anything and is made of air. The consistency is similar to toasted toast. Cools down in no time, didn't even arrive hot. We've rarely been so disappointed, even angry!

Unfortunately, the bad reviews are justified

We waited 75 minutes for 2 pizzas where the pizza base was clearly not made fresh. The base tasted like a dry roll, the serano ham was dried out and we weren't sure if the hollandaise sauce had been out there somewhere for a long time. Very greasy and very tasteless and at around €16 much too expensive, the frozen pizza at Rewe costs less and tastes better.

Hi Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with Pizza Matrix. They are unpunctual, disrespectful, rude, cheeky and lie straight to your face.

Never go in again! 1. Spider leftovers directly into the food on the cheeseburger 2. Staff hardly speaks German! 3. Not at the checkout but on the cell phone, open the calculator and state the total. P.S. Will be reported to the health department immediately! The store should close immediately!

We are long-distance drivers and the hotel is about 4 kilometers away. We just ordered food and the driver was there in 15 minutes. Pizza Super delicious anytime we are back 😊

We ordered 5 pizzas here. The worst we've ever had. The base wasn't homemade and just didn't taste good. Overall too salty. Terrible!!!

Disaster! I ordered through Lieferando and the food simply wasn't delivered, even though Lieferando shows that the food was delivered. I was just put off on the phone. I'm sitting there now without food.

We ordered pizza here via Lieferando. On the Lieferando site over 3.9!!! Thousands of positive reviews. How does that even work??? (only 2.3 stars on Google, unfortunately discovered later). The pizza and pasta were just as bad. You can eat it, but never again for the price. Goodbye.

Had a Pizza Punk, it has barbecue sauce on it and I ordered extra hollandaise sauce on it. There was minimal of that at the bottom but the barbecue was completely missing. Pizza was barely topped with a few slices of bacon and chunks of minced meat, really disappointing. 3 stars for the pizza rolls and the aioli, they were really good.

Bestellung war schneller als gedacht da, dass Schnitzel war aber eigentlich ein paar chicken Nuggets 😂😂😂 etwas enttäuschend

Lieferung war 20 Minuten schneller da als angegeben. Burger war lecker. Die Pizza und Pasta auch gut. Pasta ist grundsätzlich mit Käse überbacken.

Wollte eine Pizza ohne Ananas....😏 Sonst eigentlich super 👍

The food delivery is always on time, and I highly recommend trying the Matrix Pizza (Pfanne), as it is both delicious and filling.

Die Burger die wir bestellt hatten schmecken ganz okay. Liegt wohl an den Fertigpattys und ähnlichen verwendeten Zutaten. Traurig ist es auch bei "extra bacon" gegen Aufpreis, nur einen halben Baconstreifen auf dem Burger vor zu finden. Die Lieferung erfolgte jedoch freundlich und überpünktlich.

Also, ich bestelle seit einiger Zeit häufiger bei Matrix Pizza und ich bin meeeegaaa begeistert. Das ist für mich die beste Pizza in Karlsruhe. Total lecker. Toller knuspriger Boden, gut belegt. Hmmmm...TipTop

Das letzte mal hatte ich Euch gelobt..Bin mittlerweile ja zum Stammkunden geworden..Aber..heute wirklich 😢 und unzufrieden..Die Portion war KIPO also ein Schnitzele und kaum Sosse..Ich weiß alles ist teurer geworden..Aber für Gute Qualität zahlen wir auch gerne mehr. Nur die Portion zu halbieren ..keine Option. Ich werde wieder Gorgonzola Schnitzel bestellen...denn ES schmeckt SUPER

Pizza war rechtzeitig da und der Sonderwunsch im Bezug auf die Zutaten wurde berücksichtigt. Der Pizzaboden war so hart wie Zwieback. Und für 23€ war die größte Pizza viel zu klein. 4 Leute werden davon definitiv nicht satt.

Crispy hot and delicious, I like it. They have couple of vegetarian options with options to choose toppings like jalepeno, mais, broccoli etc etc.... Also they have pastas and salats . Overall a good eat whenever I am around that area...! Liked it again this time ☺️ friendly staff. usually it's a order and get it delivered,we were nearby,so just stopped by and bought our favorite veg Dakota, Loved it,liked it,all yummy.

Habe 6 Pizzabrötchen bestellt und es kam komisches kleines Pizzabrot in 6 Teile geschnitten. Wenn ihr die Pizza schneidet, kriege ich ja auch nicht 6 Pizzen, sondern nur eine. Außerdem sind das keine Pizzabrötchen .. Pizza war Fluffig groß, aber Qualität naja. Kann man essen aber gibt bessere.

Das beste und leckerste Erlebnis des heutigen Tages. „Grüne Welle“ von Pizza Matrix. Fluffig, warm und energiereich mit Spinat.

"Master - Pizza & Kebaphaus" liegt auf meinem Heimweg von der Arbeit, trotzdem habe ich es vor kurzem das erste Mal geschafft, dort auch einen Feierabend-Yufka zu essen. Aber jetzt... Service: Die Dame hinter der Theke war relativ freundlich, der Herr eher reserviert. Die Bestellung wurde nicht so richtig verstanden, aber relativ schnell korrigiert. Also nicht schlimm. Im Endeffekt nichts Besonderes, aber auch nichts zu beschweren. - 3/5 Essen: Wichtig ist mir vor allem die Soße! Um so mehr habe ich mir gefreut, dass ich bei "Master" eine der besten Dönersoßen in Karlsruhe gefunden habe. Konnte meinen Yufka mit Appetit aufessen. Negativer Punkt: Ich habe auf ein kleines Stück Knochen gebissen. Dafür kann wahrscheinlich jetzt "Master" selbst eher wenig, sollte aber halt trotzdem nicht der Fall sein. Trotzdem einer der besseren Yufka in Karlsruhe - 4/5 Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Inzwischen ist der Preis von 5,50€ für einen Yufka oder Döner schon gängig. So ist es auch in diesem Fall. Auf Grund der Tatsache, dass der Yufka aber wirklich lecker war, ist er in diesem Fall zu akzeptieren. Man bekommt eine ordentliche Portion Yufka, die im Normalfall auch reichen sollte um satt zu sein. - 4/5 Fazit: Einer der besseren Döner in Karlsruhe, wird mir auf jedem Fall im Hinterkopf bleiben. - 4/5

+ Geschmacklich gut (Pizza und Salat) + Lieferzeit eingehalten + verschiedene Größen 26 und 36cm Pizzen - Preise etwas hoch für einen Lieferdienst daher einen Stern abgezogen

Sehr gute pizza und schnelle Lieferung. Super sympatiascher Lieferant und auch die Mitarbeiter am Telefon waren ein großes Plus. Die negativen Kommentare kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Liegt wohl an einer falschen Einstellung der Kunden. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir bestellen ab und zu bei Matrixpizza und waren von der Qualität und der Lieferzeit immer begeistert. So auch heute. Es wurde bei einer Pizza ein eingegebener Änderungswunsch (Onlinebestellung) leider übersehen. Ohne wenn und aber und ohne nervige Diskussionen wurde umgehend ein Ersatz geliefert. Das hat man selten. Absolut kundenfreundlicher Service. Also topp Essen, topp Lieferzeit super freundlich. Klare Empfehlung.
