I ordered during my lunch break – and for the umpteenth time, not only did the wrong order arrive, but I had to postpone my break each time because of the pizzeria's mistakes. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when you only have a limited time window. When I called to report the error, I was then asked to provide proof instead of an apology or an offer of a solution. Instead of customer service, you get distrust and added stress. If a pizzeria can't even deliver a simple order correctly and then treats the customer as if they were the problem, it clearly demonstrates a fundamental lack of professionalism. For me, that's the last straw – unreliable, disorganized, and definitely not recommended.

Pizza Milano in Gießen is always a must for me whenever I’m in town. The pizza is super tasty and everything is halal, which I really appreciate. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. It is mainly a takeout place, but you can also get delivery in Gießen. I went with delivery, and it was great—the driver was really nice and even gave me a quick call before arriving. If you plan to visit in person, just note that parking can be a bit tricky since some spots are used for their delivery cars. Overall, highly recommend this place. I will definitely be ordering again.

I've been a loyal customer of this pizza shop for a long time and have enjoyed ordering from here often. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly recently. My last order, a family pizza, was a huge disappointment; the dough was not good at all, and the pizza was really dry overall. Given the price and my previous positive impression, I expected much more. It's a shame. I hope the team returns to their old standards soon.

My family and I ordered two pizzas, two schnitzels, six chicken nuggets, and one pasta dish today. I ordered a creamed schnitzel, but instead I got a schnitzel with paprika sauce that had a thick layer of fat on it. In the second schnitzel, the mushrooms, onions, and the schnitzel itself tasted like fish. Additionally, the fries were far too few and unsalted. Both pizzas were too dry, and we had to eat the fried potatoes with ketchup, which we had to buy separately from the supermarket around the corner. Otherwise, they would have been inedible. When our food arrived, the delivery man complained that we had to call to let them know if we were paying by card. Then I don't understand why the menu specifically says "Card payment from €10." It should also say "Please notify if paying by card." Despite everything, the food was warm.

I ordered a party tray today. Unfortunately, it was delivered too quickly because the topping wasn't good. We couldn't really taste anything or see what was on it. The crust was very thin. It had a strange taste; no one could eat it. We tried them all. Very disappointed.

Ordered 2xHollandaise Pizza and it came with 2xmagharita with asparagus. Never order here again.

The food arrived extremely late yesterday, without any information, apology, or explanation. Disappointing in itself, but unfortunately not the lowest point. When I tried to politely inquire about the status of my order by phone, the owner personally dismissed me in a tone that was almost beyond disrespect. No understanding, no insight, no trace of customer service, instead an irritated, almost aggressive tone that made it clear: complaints are apparently not welcome here. I understand the stress of a delivery service, but anyone who delivers so late and then becomes rude has completely missed the point of "customer orientation." For me, this was a one-time and last time. And I can only advise against it.

Best pizza and casserole very tasty

We drove specifically from Frankfurt to Giessen. The food is really tasty, I can only recommend it.

You shouldn't really call it food. Had to throw it straight in the trash. They serve grilled chicken with feathers still on and then burnt. Hair in the fries and my colleague's pizza literally tasted and smelled like food poisoning.

I have always enjoyed ordering there. The drivers who bring me the food were always very friendly. Of course it can happen that the food doesn't taste good - that's human. But today I called to order again and wanted to point out the problem last time. Instead of apologizing or showing understanding, I was told in a very disrespectful way: “I would recommend that you stop ordering here.” I've never experienced anything like this in my life. It's not enough that the food tasted bad and smelled extremely bad last time - now you're being treated disrespectfully.

The pizza there is really delicious, especially the Indian dishes. The chicken biryani was incredibly tasty (with tzatziki sauce) and I really enjoyed the meal. Thank you very much 🙏🙏🥰🥰

Delivery took almost 2 hours, food was cold and it wasn't as ordered.

It hasn't been what it used to be for a long time, but this time I was simply ripped off. Ordered via Lieferando and paid online. The driver comes: “Have you been contacted? There is still €1.50 outstanding”. It looks like the “free optional choices” weren’t so free after all. Aha... so that was my last order. And no, no one came forward.

The pizzas are very tasty, fresh and well topped! The service is friendly and quick.

The food was great. Ordered and it arrived hot and on time. Highly recommended as the price-performance ratio is more than great.

The salad was really delicious and also comes with bread and cutlery. The delivery person was also very friendly. We order there every Thursday.

By FAR the worst pizza I've eaten in a long time!

We ordered 6 family pizzas. 3 of them arrived at us completely destroyed. When asked, they said the driver didn't slam on the brakes :-)

After this terrible experience almost 2 years ago, I trusted Milano to at least get drinks if they couldn't eat. But then 'we don't just deliver drinks' so ridiculous, unfortunately. ~40 minutes late even though ordered at a fixed time. Arrived cold. 30x40 pizza was a 25x32 pizza. In the second piece of pizza there was a hard, pointy piece of plastic.

The best thing was the timely delivery The pizza was the worst I have eaten in the world. The base is a frozen base from the metro, the ingredients almost border on rotten and the palate goes numb. Any frozen pizza from the supermarket is better. Never this store again .

I ordered a Gorgonzola schnitzel with croquettes. I got something else. Unfortunately the croquettes were also cold.

Instead of waiting 40 minutes for my food, it was 90 minutes and in the end it was delivered cold, outrageous

Hab da ein Pizza Brot mit Käse und nen Jägerschnitzel mit Reis bestellt mit einem Freund und wir hatten beide danach die Nacht starken Durchfall und Erbrechen. Nicht zu empfehlen

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, das Restaurant Pizza Milano zu besuchen und ich war absolut begeistert! das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war einfach fantastisch! Die Gerichte waren alle wunderschön präsentiert und mit Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die Zutaten frisch und von höchster Qualität waren. Die Geschmackskombinationen waren unvergesslich und haben meine Geschmacksknospen wirklich verwöhnt. Insgesamt hatte ich eine wundervolle Erfahrung in Pizza Milano und würde es auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach gutem Essen und gutem Service ist.

Ich habe heute Spaghetti Bolognese bestellt. Ich habe gemerkt, dass die Tonatensoße geändert wurde. Ich muss sagen, es schmeckt 100 mal besser, also wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Ich hab die Spaghettis vorher schon sehr oft und gerne bestellt und jetzt kann ich es kaum erwarten jeden Tag die Spaghettis zu bestellen. Top 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Für diesen Preis sind einige Produkte ganz gut. Die Pizzen kann man natürlich nicht mit authentischen italienischen Pizzen vergleichen, die allerdings in der Regel 5-8€ pro Stück teurer sind. Sie sind für den Preis allerdings völlig in Ordnung. Manchmal sehen sie etwas 'lieblos' belegt aus aber das beeinträchtigt den tatsächlichen Geschmack überhaupt nicht. Schade dass bei dem Dönerfleisch das billige Industriefleisch mit Glutamat & Co. benutzt wird. Wenn man auf diese Punkte achtet ist es vor Allem für normale Studenten ohne reiche Eltern die beste Wahl in Gießen. Bei mir selbst erfolgte die Lieferung fast immer sehr schnell, meist unter einer Stunde und manchmal sogar in 30min.

Pizza war immer in Ordnung bei mir. Leider zahle ich aber 2€ Liefergebühren in die Gegend Bahnhof Gießen. Während mein Partner, der Richtung Wieseck wohnt und laut Navigation weiter von Milano weg wohnt, keine. Frech.

Pizza schmeckt immer gut, wenn man sich vorher schon schwerbehindert getrunken hat. Vier Sterne, weil ich letztens die Pizza Tutti Frutti (mit Ananas und Mandarine) mit extra Banane über Lieferando bestellen wollte und die Zutaten nicht vorhanden waren. Konnte ich leider nicht nachvollziehen.

Heute 2 mal bestellt, beste Pizza seit Langem.

Bisschen enttäuschend also erst mal war es teurer als bei lieferando angezeigt und dann haben wir einen extra Belag für die Pizza bezahlt den wir leider nicht auf der Pizza hatten.. also 1.50 Euro für knoblauch bezahlt welcher nicht auf der Pizza zufinden war.. Lieferdauer war zwar länger als abgegeben aber noch im Rahmen..

Pizza war schwarz angebrannt Anstatt einer Thunfisch bekam ich eine zwiebelpizza Pizzabrötchen waren ok Gemischter Salat naja war nur Eisberg Salat Bestellen dort nicht nochmal

Die Pizzen dort sind super und man hat eine sehr gute Auswahl als Beläge.

Nie wieder, die zwei Sterne auch nur weil der Salat zwar niemals den Preis wert ist wegen der Portion aber sehr frisch war. Das French-Dressing hat eine künstliche Farbe gehabt und bestand wahrscheinlich nur aus Glutamat und Essig. Die Nudeln (asiatische) sind im Fett geschwommen. Ein Salat ohne Zwiebeln bestellt und es waren Zwiebeln drin. Beim Salat mit Käse und Tomaten war der Käse an den Rändern angelaufen, der Salat war geschmacklich nicht zu essen. Das Pizzabrot war trocken aber essbar. Die Lieferzeit war ok.

Leider war die gelieferte Pizza im Analogkäse ertränkt. Mein Pizza liebendes Girl war not amused.

Pizza ist immer super lecker. Angebote wie z.B Pizza + Salat + Cola super günstig, die Lieferanten sind immer nett und super schnell👌 Bin relativ neu in Gießen, aber nachdem ich fast alle Gastronomien ausprobiert habe bleibe ich von nun an Pizzeria Milano treu. Nur zu empfehlen

Immer freundlich, immer lecker, immer schnell!

Die Pizzen dort sind in Ordnung aber auch preislich am unteren Rand, insofern stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mMn absolut. Es ist eben typische „Lieferdienst-Pizza“ die einen weder vom Stuhl haut, noch unbekömmlich ist. Insoweit sehr lohnenswert bei dieser Preisklasse. Leider kam es schon vermehrt vor, dass falsche Lieferungen gebracht wurden oder die Pizzen falsche Beläge hatten. Ebenso kam es auch öfter mal vor, dass die Pizza nach langer Lieferzeit nur noch lauwarm war. Fazit: Wenn man mal Lust auf schnelle Pizza hat, macht man hier nichts falsch, man bekommt wofür man im Verhältnis auch zahlt und es schmeckt auch in Ordnung, aber mehr auch nicht.

Wir hatten zwei Pizzen bestellt gehabt leider waren beide ungenießbar 🤮 der Teig war nicht fertig und wurde auch nicht richtig gebacken und vor allem übertrieben (salzig) und Lieferung auch nach einer Stunde, vorstellbar was es geliefert wird, nie wieder bestellen und werde auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

selten so eine schlechte Pizza gegessen, Teig war weich, geschmacklich 0815, hätte es besser wissen müssen. Wenn eine Pizzeria noch Hamburger, Frühlingsrolle, halbe Hähnchen usw. anbietet..... und so schmeckt es auch. Da ist jede Tiefkühlpizza besser.

Das Essen ob Pizza oder anderes von der Karte - immer einfach superior und Preis und Leistung passen. Der Chef und sein Personal auch immer top freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch für Kinder ein optimales Lokal.

Bei Milano bekommt man gute Pizza zu günstigen Preisen. Des weiteren ist die Lieferzeit kaum zu übertreffen in Gießen. Das Personal ist stets freundlich. Bestelle immer wieder gern hier.

Es ist nur ein Lieferservice, kein Lokal mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man mekrt sofort, dass es eine Pizza ist, die nicht vom Italiener entwickelt und gemacht wird. Teig zu hoch, Sauce zwar saftig aber zu künstlich, Käseauswahl schwach. Die Zutaten nur durchschnittlich und Champignons z.B. kaum bemerkbar. Preise für die Menge ok (10 EUR für grosse Pizza für 2) aber für die Leistung zu teuer. Wiederkommen/Empfehlungsfaktor (0-100%): 15%
