Food not fresh in the afternoon, Fries hard and well done As well as fish nuggets quite solid and sometimes very unpleasant taste. When we were told and asked that we would like to get fresh nuggets and fries as they were absolutely inedible, we were told the time was 3.30 p.m.? Closing time is at 8 p.m. that's still 4.5 hours away. A lot of things are being sold and definitely NO reason to deny us freshly made food. You notice that supplies would be necessary anyway. Sometimes you pay at the front, sometimes at the back, one saleswoman knows about coupons from the North Sea app and the other doesn't. Most of the sales there take place with a very unfriendly attitude. The big gentleman with the glasses was always friendly and accommodating when we shopped. In addition to full customer sales, he also took care of table cleanliness, which I unfortunately rate as inadequate for the ladies. For a regular customer, the store's performance has declined in quality since it opened. What a shame! It can actually be really tasty and great, something has to change at least for the new year!

You can't serve customers any slower...now and then have a chat with your colleague and the customer has to wait!

Even if it is closer to a snack bar atmosphere. Great food, fast service and also good wines with the fish. We always love going there to sit outside when the weather is ok

Everything was great, I have no idea what the frustration cunts gave me a bad rating here! Mega Mix Box very tasty, as was the wine. It's cheap too.

The herring sandwich would be truly first class if the bun were changed. The fish is tasty but the bun is ordinary, cheap, hard on the outside, dry on the inside, definitely needs improvement.

The food was subpar. Everything cold and loveless. Mashed potatoes from the pancake bag. Small portion was huge.Z

Lobster bisque was too salty cream soup with bits of crawfish that weren't fresh, shrimp dish was ok but too much oil and not even good olive oil. Service also just ok but nothing from the experience supports the pricing. It's basically Bennigans quality at Ruth's Chris prices.

This North Sea branch is a disgrace. I've been there twice now and both times both the plaice and the grilled pollack were burnt on at least one side (black!), the drinks were no longer carbonated and tasted like washing up water and the staff had difficulty getting supplies, So sometimes extremely long waiting times occur because something is currently out of stock. This is the worst branch I've ever been to! Never again!

As a matter of principle, we don't want to make any sales. Everything was already on display. Aunt ignores me for minutes and then eventually calls out "we don't open until 11!" Yes, fine, then I don't want the fish sandwich anymore.

Dry, little sauce, hard roll. Little taste. Price/performance ratio is not right.
