We were very pleasantly surprised by the wide selection and the delicious dishes. There's something for everyone, and the food is constantly being replenished.
We would definitely come back again.
We ate here twice and each time got a table without any waiting. The food is delicious and the service is friendly.
I find the decor a bit rustic and the men's restroom cramped.
We had a wonderful long evening at the restaurant. The ambiance is very pleasant, the food delicious, and the service excellent. We would love to come back ❤️
First off: This review is solely about the organization! We unfortunately didn't even get to eat… The organization here seems to be a complete joke. This was definitely our first and last visit.
Despite having made a reservation well in advance, we were left standing outside for 20 minutes. After asking several times, we were simply told, "We'll sort it out." As if that wasn't annoying enough, we were then given false hope with the statement, "I'm about to throw someone out"—which was quite unpleasant for the guests who were already eating.
By then, a group of 13, a group of 6, and a group of 4 were already waiting outside, and they too were given the runaround.
An apology? Not a chance. Instead, everything seemed chaotic and completely disorganized. When reservations aren't taken seriously and guests are treated like this, it's absolutely unacceptable.
This restaurant really cares about quality of food they serve. They are also organise many interesting events at their restaurant recently. You should visit this restaurant for update on what's the upcoming event going on!! 🙌🏻
Super delicious sushi, freshly prepared and beautifully served. The ambiance is a bit spartan; you sit on garden chairs, and the menus have seen better days. But the food tops everything and even makes up for the ambiance. Everything was freshly made, and you could taste it. The portions were generous and really good value for money.
We'd love to come back!
I ordered the schnitzel with potato salad and fries. I had to wait over 30 minutes for it.
The portion was decent, but at €16.90, it was also quite expensive. The schnitzel and fries themselves were very good – the potato salad, however, was inadequate. Two other guests at our table also tried the potato salad, and all three of us were dissatisfied with it.
When the server asked if everything was to our satisfaction, I replied that the potato salad had a strange taste and might have gone bad. She scowled defiantly, came back a short time later, and said that they had all tasted it in the kitchen and it was fine; it had only been prepared that morning. That was the end of the matter for the server. No offer of compensation like, "I'm sorry, could we bring you a side salad instead?" That would have been a good way to make amends.
I won't even comment on the fact that we were repeatedly forgotten about our drinks. The passion fruit juice spritzer was, above all, watery. A higher juice content would have greatly improved it.
All in all, I give Grizzly Stub’n three stars for a mediocre dining experience at best. There is definitely room for improvement, especially in customer service.
