It doesn't matter whether I go to Deseo for dinner in the evening, drink a red wine or cocktail or am there for breakfast. It always tastes excellent. The service staff are attentive and friendly. Everything is very clean and I find the atmosphere very cozy. Always happy again!

Dieses Restaurant hat einfach alles, was man sich wünschen kann - exzellentes Essen, gemütliches Ambiente und einen Service, der seinesgleichen sucht. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants wurde ich von einem warmen und einladenden Ambiente empfangen. Das geschmackvolle Dekor und die angenehme Beleuchtung sorgten für eine entspannte Atmosphäre, die perfekt zum Genießen der köstlichen Speisen geeignet war. Das Menü im Del Core ist eine wahre Freude für Feinschmecker! Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist vielfältig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Bissen war ich von den Aromen und der Raffinesse der Zubereitung begeistert. Die Qualität der Zutaten war deutlich spürbar, und jedes Gericht wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail serviert. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Kreativität des Küchenteams. Sie verstehen es, traditionelle Gerichte mit modernen Elementen zu verfeinern und dadurch einzigartige Geschmackskompositionen zu kreieren. Der Service im Del Core verdient ebenfalls höchstes Lob. Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Jeder unserer Wünsche wurde prompt erfüllt, und das Personal war stets bereit, Empfehlungen auszusprechen und Fragen zu beantworten. Auch die Weinkarte ist beeindruckend und lässt das Herz eines jeden Weinliebhabers höherschlagen. Die empfohlenen Weinbegleitungen zu den Speisen haben das kulinarische Erlebnis perfekt abgerundet. Alles in allem kann ich das Del Core wärmstens empfehlen! Ob für ein romantisches Abendessen zu zweit oder einen festlichen Anlass mit Freunden und Familie - dieses Restaurant wird Sie nicht enttäuschen. My second home - the boss and the wait staff are always really nice and accommodating. The food and wine are excellent. Always like a little vacation in Italy 😍 3 years later: ... and btw - the boss always has an open ear and a very big heart ❤️

Been here for the first time in December and have been here several times every week since then without exception and have never been disappointed!! Immediately became a favorite and regular place. The quality of the food is always top and you can taste it. A really great family business with a lot of heart. Everyone is super nice and warm and you feel like you are in good hands. Just like at home. In addition, the prices are more than fair for this quality. So far everyone who has been here with me has been simply thrilled. Very, very big recommendation!!🤩

Komme einmal monatlich von Koblenz nach Northeim.Für uns ist es schon Fast Pflicht dieses Lokal zu besuchen. Habe neulich meinen Geburtstag dort gefeiert,meine Gäste waren sehr begeistert. Das Inhaber Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und berät auch gut bei der Zusammenstellung der Speisen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

The food, we had pizza, was excellent. The dough was super good. And the entire pizza was generously topped and simply fantastic. The service was very courteous but discreet. You feel very comfortable. What was a bit disturbing was that some tennis players were running through the bar to get to the tennis hall. The air was a bit stuffy.

A small, cozy Italian restaurant with excellent quality. The menu is very clear, with pizza and pasta of ample size and quantity, a real eye-catcher with great taste. The carpaccio started with plenty of small pizza rolls, a 26cm pizza as the main course, and then the homemade tiramisu. AMAZING! The staff was always attentive, friendly, and courteous. Although there's a set time slot of about two hours (specified when making the reservation!), we weren't "kicked out" but enjoyed the ambiance for a full four hours. In my opinion, the value for money is more than acceptable, even a bit too cheap for this quality of food. The three of us didn't spend more than €110 on food and drinks. I had reserved a table for two people at 7:00 p.m. When we arrived on time, we were told that there was no room for us - despite a confirmed reservation. A table for four was occupied by only two people, but we weren't allowed to have it. Nobody could explain to me why. Completely incomprehensible to me! No solution, no excuse – we had to leave without having achieved anything. That's not how you treat guests! Very disappointing.
