A charming place with soul! The restaurant is located in the basement, which gives it an amazing atmosphere. Cozy lighting and lots of items from the past that catch the eye and evoke memories. Italian and French music flows from the speakers, which further emphasizes the atmosphere. Pizza – it was delicious, thin crust with a thick edge, just the way I like it. The perfect place for a quiet evening with a bit of Italian atmosphere in the background.

Ordered three main courses, received two pizzas relatively quickly, which were OK, the tuna advertised probably had to be caught in the Atlantic, after we ate the pizza we were asked how the fish should be fried, when we asked how long it would take to cook the fish, all we heard was a cursing from the kitchen, the starter salad that we hadn't ordered was also on the bill.

I went to eat at the restaurant with my girlfriend and three other friends. Unfortunately, my girlfriend's pasta dish was extremely small. I spoke to the waiter, who said it was the normal portion size. After she finished eating, it was confirmed that she was still hungry. I spoke to the waiter again, who said she could order another dish. I replied that next time, of course, we'll order two pasta dishes. 😂😂 There won't be a next time. By the way, my girlfriend weighs 60 kg and isn't a 100 kg bodybuilder. I wasn't full either, despite the appetizer. However, my portion wasn't quite as small as hers. P.S. I had to rewrite this review because the owner tried to delete it. It's sad that people try to use money to make customer reviews disappear. The money would be better spent on a larger portion and less arrogance.

Super Everything of the finest quality

The food was delicious and there is a large selection, and the price is worth it. The service, however, was not good. We had to wait around 15 minutes before we even got a menu, followed by further long waiting times for drinks (around 15 minutes) and food (a total of 50 minutes for the main course). When we got the starter, the cutlery and plates were missing, so the food was initially untouched in front of us until we received the cutlery. When we asked, we wanted salt with our food, but we only got pepper. It seemed as if the service staff were overwhelmed, perhaps because the restaurant was full - but the guests shouldn't have to suffer for that. The seat cushions were taken in shortly after 8 p.m., even though the restaurant is open until 9 p.m., so we felt rushed. There was also an unpleasant smell of sewage where we sat.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Pizzeria Italia in Göttingen/Grone and was warmly welcomed by the Marin family. As soon as I entered the restaurant I felt the warm atmosphere and the friendly flair, which immediately impressed me. The main motto of the pizzeria is: "Times change, pizza remains the same." And I can only confirm that. The dishes are prepared with a lot of love and care and you can taste it in every single bite. I would particularly like to recommend the pasta and pizza specialties, which are the absolute highlight. During my visit I chose the marinara pizza with tuna and I absolutely loved it. The crispy dough, the generous toppings and the perfect taste made the pizza a real pleasure. My sister also chose a mixed starter platter, which she also found extremely tasty. It's nice to see how much effort goes into each dish. Pizzeria Italia works every day to make the best even better and to meet the expectations of its guests. This is reflected in both the quality of the food and the excellent service. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and always available to answer questions or make recommendations. The service is quick and efficient without losing the personal touch. For special occasions, meetings with family and friends or private celebrations, Pizzeria Italia also offers a take-out service for pickup. This is a fantastic option to enjoy delicious food outside of the restaurant. A small disadvantage is that there is no outside area. However, the restaurant has large windows that can be opened, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Finally, I can highly recommend Pizzeria Italia. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm and the staff is extremely accommodating. It is truly a gem in Grone as it is the only restaurant open from lunch to evening. Pizzeria Italia is definitely worth a visit to be seduced by Italian cuisine.

Was there for dinner yesterday. Gave sole and tiramisu. The fish was actually great in terms of fish, unfortunately it was literally drowned in oil, which is a shame. The tiramisu was a sponge cake base with cream and a red, indefinite fruitless one from the tube. No coffee aroma and the Amaretto was also forgotten. This is from Dr. Oettker tastier. Conclusion: You can't go here.

I'm Italian, and when I go out for Italian food in Germany, I'm honestly a bit picky. This restaurant wasn't my first choice before, but lately it's truly become my favorite. The food is good, the wine is tasty, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The service is friendly and attentive. Everything is just perfect for me—what more could you ask for?
