The food is very tasty! Really good restaurant with great service!

Super delicious upscale Italian and international cuisine. We were still very hungry late in the evening and didn't get anything to eat anywhere in Bad Homburg. At "La Veccia Banca" they were so nice and served us a few little things, Roasted 🥪, mozzarella and olives. It tasted very good 👍 = felt like it was in real Italy... Very nice ❤️ person: host you feel: welcome. 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Plus. Highly recommended.

Overpriced, unfriendly, uninspired - business lunch with generous tips. Arrogant, inattentive service. You can tell that the kitchen staff consists of untrained people, none of whom come from Italy, but from India and Pakistan. More appearance than reality - Italian ambience with no connection to Italian food.

We were there for the second time. The first time it was really superb - that was in autumn 2023. Now again for Good Friday with a visit from relatives and this time we were a little disappointed. We'll come back anyway - maybe it just wasn't your day. All good things come in threes. My criticisms were: The young waiter probably hadn't been to waitress school yet. He showed us the table from the door and left again, then came separately with the cards and distributed them without a word; later stood there with 2 plates over our heads and asked if that was for us... hmmm, probably??? …. The woman who took over immediately afterwards was very accommodating and friendly and could wait tables! Unfortunately, the tiramisu at the end for a hefty price was none! Ladyfingers in 3 layers of cream dusted with Kaba - without coffee drinks or rum aroma or any other alcoholic taste. I also know it with whiskey/flavoring. The pizzas were only 3/4 filled with quite wide edges. The music was a little too loud for us. None of us wanted to complain on site, but on the way home we all told each other the same thing, hence this review.

Nice staff and very tasty pizza (vegan) 💛

The prices for a pizza are really steep and you have to wait a long time even to pick it up.... Now you switch to another Italian restaurant.

Finally a pizzeria where you can get an original Italian pizza at a fair price (pizza averages 10 to 12 euros). Very nice authentic staff. Very cozy. Reservation required as it is very popular and there are few places. Only a few places to sit outside, but these are on the street, opposite the park.

My friends hosted a small wedding celebration dinner there and it was awesome. The service was extremely attentive and the food was excellent. Some highlights were the arancini, stuffed mushrooms, seafood salad and the best of all - beef filet with parmasean crust. The beef was cooked perfectly. We had a private room in the back, but the rest of the restaurant is charming with a lovely terrace. It's also right across from the Nerobergbahn, which is a water powered train bringing you to the top of the Neroberg for some beautiful views before or after dinner.

Great food and the staff and boss are unique, just great

The starter and main course were top-notch. The service was good and quick. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Initially very friendly. When we announced that we only wanted a drink, we were rudely informed that it was a restaurant. We then ordered a small meal, which, however, did not justify the price.

A wonderful discovery in Frankfurt with dishes that truly reflect Italian quality! We will be back :)

We love this small, fine owner-managed Italian gem in Bad Hersfeld! The team is in a good mood, the service is attentive, fast and convincing as hosts! For us the best and recommended Italian (real) restaurant in Bad Hersfeld and the surrounding area! The food is fresh, the drink selection is extensive, and we love the first table at the entrance - directly across from the open kitchen. For those who prefer something a little quieter, there is additional seating and tables upstairs. Thank you very much, we’ll be happy to come back – Thomas and Michelle Klüber
