Nice bar in the Mercure Hotel, first class service and good selection. Very friendly bartender who mixed my favorite drink for me even though it wasn't on the menu.

Hier macht es einfach Spaß zu essen. Die Qualität der Speisen ist super. Egal was man bestellt. Ob vegan, vegetarisch, Fisch oder Fleisch, alles schmeckt vorzüglich und wird in großen Portionen serviert. Der Service ist super freundlich und schnell. Außerdem wird immer gefragt, ob das Essen geschmeckt hat und, ob es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten gibt. Man kann bar und mit Karte zahlen.
I went to the pizzeria again today, and unfortunately, I'm very disappointed. The first thing I noticed was flies everywhere. An absolute no-go for me; we all know how unhygienic that is. Flies lay their eggs, and people eat there. I'm really sorry to say this, but I could barely maintain my appetite. I just find it sad to watch.
I can only agree with another review that addressed the same issue a few days ago, where flies were also reported. Unfortunately, that confirms my impression and shows that this isn't an isolated incident.
Giulio wasn't there today, which in itself isn't a bad thing; no one can always be there. But you can just tell: The place isn't what it used to be. The service was a disaster. We had already ordered, but other guests who arrived after us got their food before us. Something is definitely wrong.
The conditions in the restaurant seem unhygienic and generally neglected. There's dirt everywhere, and you can't miss it. On top of that, you still can't pay by card, and it's 2025. In a remote location, that's really inconvenient and raises questions.
What disappointed me even more was the pizza itself. It used to be generously topping, but now they've cut costs considerably. The taste isn't what it used to be either.
I honestly feel sorry for Giulio, a passionate person who built this pizzeria with so much love. But the team around him and the recent developments really make me sad. The last two visits were simply disappointing, and I say that even though I'm not usually someone who writes bad reviews.
I really hope things change. But the way things are now, I can't recommend it anymore.
