Unfortunately, compared to two years ago, it's declined dramatically. What a shame.

Normally, I'm someone who almost always gives 5 stars—or, when in doubt, doesn't write a review at all. But this evening, unfortunately, deserves an exception. Mistakes can happen anywhere; that's human. But how you handle them shows whether a restaurant is run professionally or not. In my case, the waitress spilled an entire bottle of beer down my pants—and I had to sit in wet clothes for the rest of the evening. A brief, almost formal apology, but no real compensation: neither mopping the floor, nor a small discount on the bill, nor a hint of a possible reimbursement for the cleaning. Instead, I had to pay the full bill—of course, without any gesture of goodwill. Now that's what you call "customer orientation" in its own right. It's a shame that in Kronberg, an otherwise stylish and quiet place, you have to experience such an unprofessional attitude. For me, in any case, it's not a place I'd want to return to again.

We went for dinner and left delighted! My husband ordered a cheeseburger, and I ordered a pulled beef bowl – both dishes were absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the meat juicy and full of flavor. It was a true feast for the palate – heavenly! We will definitely be back.

Today was a lovely time in the lovely season :). We always enjoy coming back for a feast. Today I had risotto rice with scallops and shrimp with colorful vegetables, which also included warm apples—a great combination. And the wonderful desserts are always delicious 😋. We come to this restaurant every Christmas for the goose dinner. We always rave about the goose because it's so delicious. It comes with chestnuts, a baked apple with marzipan filling, Brussels sprouts, dumplings, red cabbage, and gravy.
