A dream …. New favorite restaurant in Wiesbaden... Totally accommodating, since we needed a table in the corner with our dog, we were offered two tables. Inside and outside... to choose from on site. Food and service excellent. Absolute recommendation. We will definitely be back soon

Everything is very good here. We sat outside under the tent roof in the evening, very nice atmosphere. The service is very friendly and attentive. The food is excellently prepared and tasted great. The price-performance ratio is very good. We have been to Girasole several times and will certainly come back.

Waited almost 2 hours for the main course. The food was good, but way too expensive. Unfortunately, the guest is not king here... I asked for parmesan for my meal, the boss refused to bring me some. The cheese would ruin the dish. I expressed my request three times - no chance! I have never experienced such arrogance in any restaurant! Never again!

Unfortunately a disappointment. “Paccerie Frutti di Mare”. Empty mussels but there was no mussel meat to be found in the sauce either. A shrimp, some fish. Price performance unsatisfactory. The response to the waiter’s question: “We’re sorry.” Conclusion, €26 for a few pasta little Frutti di Mare”

Refined & elegant, this is the best Italian restaurant in Wiesbaden. The mixed salad & scampi were both succulent -- panacotta perfect. Service is attentive & kind.

Very good food and friendly service

In my opinion number 2 in Wiesbaden Lunch on June 29, 2022 tasted very good. Two big advantages, apart from the good food, from Wednesday to Sunday. The entire dish can also be served as a half portion. So you can eat different dishes. I don't care about the prices. But I prefer to eat 3 small portions, like 1 portion. However, I don't think the pricing is fair. E.g. starter plate for 2 people €24 is ok. 1 person 16€ or portion of gnocchi with side dish 18€ half portion 14€. A starter would be fair: €13 + half portion 12€. Especially since that's sometimes half the work. But otherwise the price-performance ratio is ok. What's also great is you can always find a parking space. Visited again on 3/15/24 after a long time. The food is still good. But unfortunately a bit overpriced. There are equivalents in Wiesbaden that are several times cheaper.

Top food, top service. It's actually a very nice atmosphere, if only it weren't for the loud background noise. Acoustic measures are necessary here.

A great restaurant in a very beautiful location at the end of the Nero Valley in Wiesbaden. There are enough parking spaces available. The selection of dishes is varied and the quality is excellent. The friendly service makes it a great pleasure.

A few friends and I celebrated a birthday in the restaurant on a Saturday evening and were a group of 10 people in total. The table was beautifully set and we received a friendly welcome. I brought my own cake that was supposed to be cut at the end and suddenly it was briefly mentioned in passing that I would have to pay €20 to have the cake cut, which surprised us a lot because it rarely happens and it is It sounded as if the waiter had just set the price spontaneously. It was then joked that we could eat the cake with our hands if I didn't want to pay the €20, which we found very inappropriate because we felt like we weren't being taken seriously. I was offered by phone to order 3 starter plates in advance, which sounded good, but at no point was I told that these would not be portioned for 2 people as in the menu, but for 3 and that they would end up costing €51 each, instead of 34€ cost. 2 of the plates were vegetarian, the third was with meat and the taste was average, rather tasteless, very unspectacular and bland. In the bill that comes to €17 per person, which is not justified at all and is also very, very excessive. As a main course, almost everyone had the truffle pasta, which unfortunately was also disappointing in terms of taste, as 1. the portions were not the same size and some only got a small bite, while others didn't finish the portion 2. the food was only lukewarm 3. the pasta was still far too al dente 4. the pasta tasted rather old and not at all like truffles but more like butter or oil. Unfortunately, for €26 it’s also a huge disappointment. Unfortunately, I also have to say about the service that it was far too intrusive and chatty and although you noticed that conversations were taking place at the table, the waiter repeatedly tried to start a conversation or make inappropriate jokes. In the end we were asked to line up at the checkout to pay and pay one after the other instead of cashing in at the table, which was also very annoying and unnecessary. Overall, unfortunately, a big disappointment. There are enough Italian restaurants in Wiesbaden that are worlds better. The price-performance ratio was not at all satisfactory. Better authentic and tastier than pseudo noble Italian.

After a very long time, out of embarrassment, we went to Girasole for a quick lunch late on Saturday afternoon. The only reason was actually because nothing else was open. Rarely have I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Food was ok, nothing more.

Whether summer or winter, you are always well looked after at Girasole. Eat top...Italian dishes with a German touch in a wonderful atmosphere and with top service. Luigi and his family do a first-class job. We always enjoy coming here.

Very hospitable restaurant with exceptionally good cuisine. The prices are in the upper range, but the price-performance ratio is absolutely justified given this quality.

Wir haben hier gestern den 20. Geburtstag unserer Tochter mit den Großeltern zusammen als Familie gefeiert und hatten einen sehr schönen Abend. Der Service sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und super eingespielt. Ein beeindruckendes Team. Das Essen sehr gut und sehr schön zelebriert. Alles dennoch locker und entspannt, unaufgeregt und natürlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine unbeschreibliche Arroganz, die ich dort erlebt habe!!! Das Essen war gut, aber wir mussten 1,5 Stunden auf die Hauptspeise warten. Als es im Lokal voller wurde, kam auch kein Personal mehr an unseren Tisch. Ich hatte Tagliatelle mit Scampis bestellt und bat den Chef um Parmesan. Er sagte, ich würde kein Parmesan bekommen, da es das Essen kaputt machen würde. Ich fragte noch dreimal nach Parmesan. Er weigerte sich....das zum Thema der Gast ist König. Ein sehr arroganter und auch unfreundlicher Mensch!

In Wiebaden gibt es viele italienische Restaurants. Aber als ortsunkundige haben wir wahrscheinlich eines der besten Lokale gefunden. Anstatt die Üblichen Speisen wählten wir Saltinbocca a la Romana und Osso Buco. Beides perfekt zubereitet: Ein Genuss. Sehr aufmerksamer Service. Gehobenes Ambiente

Ein kulinarisches Highlight im Nerotal - Das Girassol begeistert mit exzellenter italienischer Küche und einem erstklassigen Ambiente Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, das Girassol im Nerotal zu besuchen und ich kann nur sagen, dass es ein absoluter Geheimtipp ist. Dieses italienische Restaurant bietet nicht nur eine herausragende Küche, sondern auch ein Ambiente, das seinesgleichen sucht. Die wunderschöne Terrasse des Girassol ist ein echtes Highlight. Sie ist sehr groß und bietet genügend Platz für Gäste, um das Essen im Freien zu genießen. Die Terrasse ist mit einer eleganten Überdachung und Heizstrahlern ausgestattet, sodass man hier auch bei kühlerem Wetter gemütlich sitzen kann. Die Beleuchtung ist sehr stimmungsvoll und trägt zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre bei. Auch der Innenbereich des Restaurants ist äußerst gepflegt und ordentlich. Hier spürt man sofort, dass viel Wert auf Details und eine ansprechende Gestaltung gelegt wird. Das Girassol strahlt ein gehobenes Ambiente aus, das zum Verweilen und Genießen einlädt. Das Personal im Girassol ist äußerst nett und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich hier sofort willkommen und gut umsorgt. Die Bedienung ist professionell und steht bei Fragen oder Wünschen gerne zur Verfügung. Nun zum eigentlichen Highlight - dem Essen. Vom ersten Bissen der Vorspeise bis zum letzten Löffel des Nachtischs war ich restlos begeistert. Die Küche des Girassol zaubert wahre Gaumenfreuden auf den Teller. Die Gerichte sind kreativ, geschmackvoll und von höchster Qualität. Jeder Gang war ein Genuss und ich konnte mich kaum entscheiden, welches Gericht mein Favorit war. Auch der Wein im Girassol verdient besondere Erwähnung. Die Auswahl ist exzellent und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes. Ein guter Wein rundet das kulinarische Erlebnis perfekt ab. Alles in allem kann ich das Girassol im Nerotal nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das Restaurant bietet eine erstklassige italienische Küche, ein wunderschönes Ambiente und einen exzellenten Service. Wer auf der Suche nach einem besonderen kulinarischen Erlebnis ist, wird hier definitiv fündig.

Schönes Lokal, sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung. Der empfohlene Wein war sehr gut und die Speisen lecker und ausreichend. Die Preise sind gehoben aber dem Gebotenen angemessen. Nur das gereichte Weißbrot war trocken und fad. Das hat nicht zum Gesamten gepasst.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne und auch regelmäßig. Gleichbleibend hervorragende Qualität hinsichtlich Speisen und freundlichem Service. Bis dato war so jeder Besuch rundum gelungen und sehr angenehm. Wir kommen in Kürze wieder und freuen uns schon sehr auf den Besuch.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war sehr toll und bemerkenswert war, dass für uns ohne Reservierung ein Tisch für 7 Personen unkompliziert hergerichtet wurde. Das Nerotal ist wirklich schön

Food in this place is excellent. Menu is always changing, innovative and rich in choice, as well as the wine menu. Everything is very elegant and relaxing, the whole atmosphere. In front there is a beautiful terrasse, surrounded with green, and the location is just perfect. Above all, service is highly professional and friendly.

Wir waren hier gestern auf einer Hochzeitsfeier. Das Essen war ein Gedicht, absolutes Alles war einfach perfekt. Die wundervolle Lage im Nerotal und das Ambiente machten es zu einem rundum gelungenen Tag. Wir waren begeistert und kommen wieder!

Ein Besuch bei Girasole ist immer ein besonderes Erlebnis. Vorspeise und Hauptgericht sind sehr gut, einfach lecker. Das Ambiente und der Service sind gut, ein absolut empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder.
