We really enjoy staying at Machiavelli, run by a very nice family! Everything fits: great food, great service and a chilled atmosphere, inside and outside. We always feel comfortable with you. Glad you exist!

I would now like to share my experience. We just discovered the little restaurant a few months ago and have been there a few times now. It seems to be a small family business (with dad and son?) who leave a very friendly, nice, personable and unobtrusive impression. There are only a few tables inside and outside, but we have always found a place and it somehow has a certain charm. The places outside face the busy street and are therefore certainly not ideal, although in Berlin you always have to live with the circumstances and make the best of them. The menu is clear, typically Italian. The pizza has absolutely impressed us so far. Another reviewer wrote that the pizza is like a “ready-made pizza.” Congratulations! I would be grateful if he would let me know when his pizza is ready. I want that! We think the pizza is excellent and like to compare other restaurants to see whether the pizza there can keep up with the one here. I've already risked a steak and actually thought it was quite good. Oh yes…and the prices…. are for today's conditions in combination with the performance...really inexpensive! We also think the drinks are cheap. For example, beer is not available on tap but in bottles. But you hardly pay more for it than at the gas station...so cheap! Conclusion: Restaurant good and tasty, hosts nice and friendly, prices inexpensive, so you can definitely afford it more often. We enjoy going there, feel very comfortable at Benvenuti so far and hope to be welcomed as guests in the future. Great little restaurant for which we would like to give full marks with all our hearts 😉😎

great atmosphere with a cozy atmosphere. very good quality for the price you see on the card. Highly recommended if you are interested in a smaller family pizzeria 👍

Great Italian cuisine with changing dishes. The pasta is always great.

We go very regularly to Capriole. Nice place. In summer like an oasis in-between the trees. Nice ending point of a long walk. In winter nice atmosphere and authentic food service inside. Food delivery takes a bit, but all friends were very happy at the end - just nice quality food 😃!! A family owned place.

Gianni is simply the best. Coming from Paris, I don't go to Berlin often, but every time I go, I don't fail to say hello to Gianni. Everything is ultra-fresh: seasonal products, cooked the same day, made on site. Gianni cooks with love and passion. In short, go there without hesitation!

Food was good and came out pretty fast. However the service was appalling. My partner and I speak English and only know a small amount of German, we entered the restaurant and (in German) apologised and asked if they spoke English. So far no issues. We then sat down and ordered our food and drinks, again no issues yet. Then once we had finished eating and the plates were taken away, we were left at our table for 45 minutes to without anyone approaching to ask how the meal was, whether we wanted to order anything else or if we were finished. It felt like we were being ignored on purpose as the waiters would approach every table around us except for us, 1 waiter even had a conversation with the table next to us laughing and pointing at our table. I am aware we couldn't understand what was being said but pointing at us and laughing cannot be taken any other way than rude. Then had the cheek to ask for a tip. Long story short, if you're planning a visit to Berlin and don't speak much German, avoid this restaurant.

Upscale restaurant with pasta, Italian classics and steaks (no pizza) Food and wine (Primitivo) very good. Service attentive.
