Pizzeria in Berlin

We were the first guests of the day, and I was a little shocked. The floor was dirty, the tables weren't set properly, and napkins only appeared after we asked for them. We've never experienced that here before. The staff were friendly as always, and the food was good as always. My only complaint was the person standing around at the counter, who I assume is a member of staff. Does he have a job? His clothing doesn't suit the restaurant.

The pizzas themselves were tasty. The service could have been friendlier. What we found outrageous was the €5.00 charge for garlic and chili.

We were swayed by the many positive reviews. The food was okay, not particularly good, but not bad either. €2.50 for extra onions on the pizza is a bit steep. They could have added a little more.

Discovered by chance: A fantastic, clean, and inviting Italian restaurant with comfortable chairs, fast, super-friendly, and attentive service, and a good selection of delicious food. Also important to me: spotlessly clean restrooms. Thank you, we'll definitely be back.

I was in Berlin with my school and ate here twice. I don't think I've ever eaten such good pizza. If I ever come back to Berlin, I'll definitely eat here again. Highly recommended!

Ordered and the pizza arrived cold.

I had a tuna pizza. It had plenty of toppings and a decent portion. The price was reasonable.

Absolutely fantastic! The service was truly top-notch! Friendly, attentive, and fast! The food was also absolutely superb! I've rarely eaten such a good lasagna. The ambiance and decor are really lovely, and everything is clean and well-maintained. I ate there alone yesterday because I'm in town for a week on business. I think I'll come back again this week because it was simply fantastic. Keep it up!

Wonderful little restaurant, pleasant colors, and really delicious food! It was our first time there, and we loved it! The prices are quite high, and a €2.50 surcharge for changing side dishes is really steep! Parking is terrible; we recommend taking the tram instead.

The service was super friendly, the food was ready quickly, and most importantly, it was truly delicious. I had the bruschetta and the lasagna al forno, both of which were excellent. A fantastic restaurant. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely order from there again.

A little hard to find for non-insiders, but great!

We were actually looking forward to a lovely evening, but unfortunately, it was somewhat spoiled. While we were still looking through the menu, the waiter surprisingly simply took it from our hands. Only after we asked him several times did he put the menu back on the table. This irritated us a bit and made the start of the evening unpleasant. We weren't entirely satisfied with the food either: The carbonara was unfortunately very dry and not what we expected. The steak was okay, but unfortunately couldn't salvage the overall impression. Overall, we left disappointed and had hoped for a more relaxed and pleasant evening.

A wonderful local Italian restaurant! Not too many options in this area but in all honesty this place would stand out anywhere. Friendly, efficient service (they created a table for us on a busy Friday night) great menu, and a really nice vibe. Thoroughly recommended.

The food is consistently high quality, and the prices are fair. The staff are friendly and helpful. In a region that unfortunately doesn't have much to offer, this Italian restaurant is a real highlight. My family and I feel very comfortable there.

What a fantastic find! We had just arrived in Berlin and were jet lagged and hungry. We were staying at the Comfort hotel and this was within walking distance (3 blocks.) The pizzas and salad were delicious and the service was really outstanding! The tiramisu is homemade and the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this charming restaurant!

"Fratelli da Giovanni Quattro" is currently our favorite Italian restaurant outside of Italy. We're willing to walk there, even if it's a long way. The service is very friendly. The food comes quickly and is delicious. The restaurant is somewhat tucked away in a residential area. This is probably why we haven't needed a reservation yet. We highly recommend the restaurant.

We were here for dinner at short notice and were very satisfied. A Tonno pizza and a beer, what more could you want? It was unexpectedly delicious. We were given a drink at the end, which was very thoughtful. We can recommend this restaurant for pizza!

Below average food and service. Price was hefty. They could not close the door to the patio even though cigarette smoke got inside. I am asthmatic, which was problematic.

A very tasty Italian restaurant with very friendly staff, medium price range

The food and service are really great! But the location isn't great.

I went looking for a good restaurant based on reviews and was disappointed. I had a spaghetti dish with chicken that was completely drenched in oil, which is quite remarkable for pasta. Unfortunately, it wasn't my taste, partly because I thought it was overseasoned. It tasted like it was cooked in vegetable broth and didn't live up to my expectations. Even what felt like two halved cherry tomatoes and a torn sprig of parsley couldn't make up for it. The whole thing was too expensive for €16.90 and simply lacked flavor. If you want Parmesan, you'll pay an additional €3.50. That's a good price to pay, but the taste is lost!

Yesterday, after a long visit to the zoo, we spontaneously stopped by for dinner because of the good reviews. And we weren't disappointed. Delicious salads, a superb Pizza Mista, and our daughter also loved her Spaghetti Napoli (which isn't the case at every Italian restaurant). The waitresses are also super nice, friendly, and fond of children. The interior is very nicely designed, and the restrooms are clean. And we liked the Italian music that played constantly in the background. It added to the pleasant atmosphere. A thoroughly enjoyable end to the day trip. Thank you very much

Quiet place. Food is tasty. Large portions. With larger groups you have to wait quite a long time, even if there are no other guests (we were here with 12 colleagues and almost all of us had pasta, but we still had to wait over an hour for the food, which is annoying when it's only our lunch break. We've also been here with family. The wait was okay. But they always offer bread and olives, not this time. Apparently that's not always the case. Not every table is set either. Unfortunately you also have to wait a very long time for the bill.

We had a spontaneous, delicious meal at the restaurant. We were lucky to get a table. It was very busy, which isn't surprising given the delicious food. I recommend making a reservation on weekends. We had pizza and salad. Both were very tasty, like being on vacation in Italy. I really liked the ambiance, with cloth tablecloths and napkins. We'll definitely be back.

I've ordered food from here many times via Lieferando, and it always arrived super quickly, was delicious, and the driver was so nice and friendly. I've ordered from here so many times, the driver even brought me a bottle of wine. The restaurant is just as great! If I want to take a short break to Italy, I go to Fratelli da Giovanni!

I made a reservation there for the first time with my family for a birthday dinner. Very friendly service, the restaurant was very lovingly decorated. The food was delicious and plentiful. The restrooms were clean. The only complaint was that the tables were very wobbly. But we'll keep coming back. This is finally an Italian restaurant you'll enjoy going to or recommend to others.

The food was delicious and the service very attentive. The ambiance could use a refresh. Unfortunately, the only filling side dish is rosemary potatoes. Stars 4/4/3 because there's still room for improvement. We'd be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

I won't be going to this restaurant again. The sauces were uniform, separate from the dishes. What happened here? New owner? We left the restaurant after 40 minutes because we couldn't taste it. The old owners did better. More greens on the plate... I left two-thirds of the food. If nothing changes, we'll be forced to find something new. Too bad for our immediate neighbors. Until March 8, the atmosphere was great for us.

As a non-Berliner, I wouldn't have thought I would find such a fine restaurant in this corner. Pleasant atmosphere, good food and, above all, excellent service. The young waitress is a paragon of politeness, has everything perfectly under control and is beaming. A particularly nice dinner. Thank you!

Super delicious food great service

We visited the restaurant with the family on Easter Monday and we were completely impressed by the quality of the food and the service. We didn't expect that in this situation. In addition, the price-performance ratio is excellent. We would love to come back.

Very nice and competent service, the lady remembered everything when ordering, didn't write anything down and when serving drinks and food without asking, she knew exactly which person the order belonged to. High regard for this great performance! The food was highly recommended and the creamy feta cheese was a highlight! Thank you for this very great evening with my family and 8 people! Simply hard to beat and keep it up!

Nice atmosphere with very friendly staff. The food was very tasty and very good value for money. We were given a bottle of wine as a farewell gift. We found the location very hidden but certainly a good tip for those who live nearby. We were a 5 minute walk from our hotel.

Ordered delivery, salmon for me noodles with sauce for the kids…my kids ate their entire plate! Salmon was also very good. Very handy that this place is on Uber Eats and only 30 minutes away. The food came fast, fresh, and was still nice and warm when it arrived

Cozy, small Italian restaurant with very friendly staff. However, I see cloth napkins these days as unhygienic, even if they are washed. Otherwise everything was very clean.

A nice find local to our hotel tonight. A small, friendly local restaurant serving delicious food at reasonable prices. We visited on a Monday evening around 18.30. 6 or 7 tables in use, a nice buzz about the place, not too noisy but not dead. The food was great. We shared Bruschetta to start, then had chicken with a peppercorn sauce and pork with gorgonzola sauce, both accompanied by rosemary potatoes. Absolutely on point. Just honest, good quality, delicious food done well and served appropriately for a local spot. A good range of beers and wine and complimentary drink offered to end the meal. If I lived nearby, I'd definitely be a regular. Well done staff and kitchen.

Whenever I'm in the area I eat there. The food is fresh, incredibly tasty and the service is really top. A hidden gem with the best lasagna I've had in Berlin so far. And I know some shops. I definitely recommend eating there.

The food was great. Both pizza and pasta were great. The restaurant is nicely decorated. However, our place was extremely tight. In addition, we had an extremely large number of fruit flies around our place. That shouldn't and doesn't have to be the case. We even had to cover our drinks so that the critters wouldn't fly in. The staff is aware of the situation. I don't understand why nothing is being done about it. We'll be happy to come back when the problem with the flies is solved.

First the really good things: perfect service, the finest food, good draft beer, a really cozy atmosphere, very pleasant guests at dinner time. However, during the course of the evening three guys came in, two probably Chechens, who were talking very loudly in their language at their table and one was gesticulating non-stop like he was crazy, like in a really bad snack bar. The good mood was immediately gone. The surprising thing was that the service didn't do anything about it, didn't warn people. Maybe there was a reason for that and it's better not to say anything to these guys. Apparently they were known there.

Nice place, worth a visit if you're nearby and hungry.

We ate there as part of our vacation. The whole staff was super nice, nice and accommodating. The food was really very good and plentiful. Location is perfect, not far from a train stop. And if a restaurant is full on a Wednesday evening, I think that speaks for itself. Definitely a full number of stars from us.

We ordered on a Wednesday evening and delivery via UberEats was quick. This is purely about the quality of the food. We had lasagne (photo 1), which only tasted like cheap pulled cheese and was swimming in soup. One searched in vain for minced meat. Food #2 was Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e Peperoncini. The taste was ashy and had a subtle strong smell of burnt rubber. The Tiramisu dessert was thrown untouched into the trash, simply “prepared” in an unappetizing way! 35€ for the bin.

Just ordered there. Although around the corner, the pizza wasn't hot and the salad was definitely not washed. - Lots of sand between my teeth, I've never experienced anything like that. Can be completely thrown in the trash. Let's see if I upset my stomach too. - It's a shame, but really unhygienic.

I order via Uber Eats often. The lasagne is like tomato soup. I can't really taste the pasta and the meat, everything is soaked in tomato sauce. Tiramisu is super heavy and creamy. I didn't even taste the alcohol. I used to order here quite often but will look for an alternative.

Revised: --- Since the restaurant opened, our neighborhood has been constantly loud. The guests dance, sing, shout and talk loudly, which significantly affects our quality of life. We have already called the restaurant twice and complained, but to no avail. We have also made it clear that we will continue to involve the public order office if the situation does not improve. On June 15, 2024, a youth consecration took place in the restaurant, as the staff informed us. This event did not take place during the European Championship game and was therefore not an exceptional case. Additionally, exemptions only apply to games that start after 9 p.m., and even then noise is not permitted until after midnight. Despite our call, the celebration got even louder. Finally we were forced to call the police at 11:49 p.m. This arrived 40 minutes later and ended the celebration. Nevertheless, the guests were still loud until shortly before 1 a.m. We are very disappointed with the restaurant's inconsideration of the neighborhood and hope for an improvement soon.

It was, as always, very good. Very nice little restaurant that is modern and contemporary. Added to this is the friendly, fast service, oh the whole staff is so good. Menu also fits exactly what I like. Nice pasta, or pizza with everything that goes with it. What more do you want. Yes, the price is good too. Only the parking situation is tense. Good restaurant under well-known professional management

Unfortunately I couldn't recommend the food, it was the worst Italian in a long time.
