Thanks for nothing, we won't be coming back The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the wine is good, BUT only the regulars are preferred. We discovered the place by chance months ago and we liked it. That's why I wanted to celebrate my birthday there. We were only a small group, but it wasn't our bill, but as soon as we had eaten, the boss came and said that the table would be given away in half an hour. NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT THE TIME LIMIT WHEN RESERVING Many guests sat around and sipped their glass of wine for hours. The mood was gone, we left. No one wanted the bottle of champagne that the boss gave us, so we left it outside on the terrace. Thanks for ruining your birthday party

We wanted to celebrate our birthday and then had to leave because our table was reserved again. Nobody informed us about this. Went bad. I'm not happy with it. Doesn't work at all.

The veal was tough, the vegetables were too raw and NO requests for changes, even small ones, were accepted. We also waited an hour for the starters and another half hour for the main course. Despite repeated warnings to the waiters. The waiters seemed completely overwhelmed and unprofessional. We were also told that it would only be possible to choose between two menus, each with 3 courses for €52 per person. , while other tables were able to order a la carte.

Classic Italian: delicious stone oven pizza and pasta classics, nothing special at all, but really solid. The service is exceptionally friendly and also very attentive. It's definitely nice in the summer with the terrace. I would like to highlight the starters again; They are really delicious.

This was our first time eating here and we were really impressed by the attentive service. The St. Martin's goose was perfect, crispy and super tender. Side dishes were a bit few. But they were given to us upon request. We had a great evening and can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience. We were in the restaurant with a large group for a 30th birthday. All of our wishes were discussed and implemented without any problems. It was a very nice evening with delicious food. You feel really comfortable in the restaurant and the service is great. We would love to come back.

Wir kamen auf Empfehlung unseres Sohnes und waren sehr überrascht über dieses gute italienische Restaurant. Am ersten Abend hatten wir die Chefkoch Empfehlungen mit frischen Pfifferlingen und selbst gemachten Tagliatelle. Außerdem ein Steinpilz Nudelgericht mit italienischer Salica. Deliciös. 😘Der wie ich leckere italienische Weißwein, sowie die typische Tischdekoration, taten ihr übriges. Ein Limon Cello zum Abschied rundete den Abend ab. schon. Für den nächsten Tag hatten wir vor reserviert und ein wunderbares Thunfischsteak in Sesamkruste und eine Leber mit gerösteten Zwiebel und einer super Sauce. Einen wirklich italienisches Restaurant. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

My best friend and I found out about the restaurant through a recommendation and celebrated our birthday there a few days ago with a large group. We are absolutely thrilled, the food was delicious and the service was simply great and warm. The birthday was really nice! Afterwards everyone raved about the restaurant and the evening. We will definitely be coming back from now on.

Wonderful meal at Villa Franca. The veal liver with onions and apple was very good. Pasta with chanterelles too. First of all, flambéed scallops. The whole thing on the cozy terrace. We'd love to come back.

I'm really struggling to understand the good reviews here. The atmosphere is fine and staff are friendly but the food is decidedly poor. This is just yet another in a long line of bog standard, poor to average German Italian restaurants. Inoffensive pizza, tasteless pasta, and bad wine. EDIT: As you can see from the owners' response, elegant is not a word one would use for this restaurant. They don't like people giving honest reviews so decide to attack the person instead. Avoid.

Very cool store, it's nicely decorated and plays good music. We all loved it (not just classical Italian music). The food was very tasty, especially the tiramisu. The pizzas were very large. Although mine was a bit under-occupied, the one from my companion was. They both tasted very tasty. Plus a very nice service! We'd love to come back

The food is always amazing. The people are super friendly. If you come with your dog they will immediately bring water for your dog and pet him. A hidden gem in the neighborhood.

Villa Franca is located in a very pretty street with old buildings near the Apostle Paul Church and is within walking distance from the Schöneberg registry office. We chose the location for our reception after the registry office and before our son's baptism. The owner Burim Hasani kindly opened the restaurant for us on Friday lunchtime and prepared a large table for us with antipasti and tarte flambée, where 22 of us could all sit like a family. It had a lot of atmosphere and all the guests thought it was great. The Prosecco with a hint of peach was very tasty and drinkable, and I found the crispy tarte flambée - bacon and truffles - just right for the occasion. My best man was very enthusiastic about the eggplant starter. Overall it was a great reception. I can therefore only recommend Villa Franca and look forward to visiting again soon.

I live in the neighborhood and unfortunately discovered Villa Franca late. But better late than never! I like coming here, whether with friends or alone. The food is great. I particularly liked the mixed appetizer platter. It is very varied. The grilled vegetables and caponata are always slightly warmed and the bread is fresh from the oven. The salads are great and generous and the Vongole Linguine is my favorite! Burim and his team welcome every guest very warmly and all wishes are fulfilled. My drink recommendation is the Sarti Spritz! I'm glad we have you in the neighborhood! See you next week-Nicki :-)

What an incredibly nice restaurant! I have ordered (already twice) from Wolt and was really very satisfied! The restaurant accommodates special requests. I spoke to a very nice man on the phone. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. Thank you for the delicious veal liver and the really tasty schnitzel! 04.06.24: Addendum... Ordered again today. I had a very nice conversation with the chef (and his brother) again! The guys immediately understand what you mean when you have special requests. The quality of the food is excellent! The vegetables are not overcooked, but perfectly al dente... even the broccoli is still nice and green (i.e. briefly blanched and quenched in ice water and then briefly pulled through the pan again.) You use fresh pasta... Delicious! The veal liver was perfectly pink! And that's not easy in the delivery service because it usually "cooks" while it is kept warm. There is a person working in the kitchen here who really knows his job, loves it and knows what he is doing! We are so happy to have finally found a decent Italian restaurant that also offers delivery service! Thank you very much and keep it up guys! We are now regular customers!

I went for dinner there with a colleague on Saturday because of the many good reviews on Google. Positive: very friendly service, nice terrace, very nice restaurant. But: Food was average to boring, I ate Vitello Tonnato and spaghetti a la carbonara. The pasta was more like it was cooked from a pizza service, soupy, with ham and cream. Has nothing to do with a real carbonara. In Italy the chef would be fired immediately. There are better Italians in Schöneberg.

An Italian, he is the best in Schöneberg, 5 stars!!!!! The pizza tastes better than Saroni in Schöneberg and I don't understand why people in Schöneberg have Saroni hype? We didn't have a place at Saroni this evening and were rudely turned away and here at Villa Franca we were warmly welcomed without a reservation on the terrace under the trees, we had a choice of space! Everything was so delicious, pizza from the stone oven is delicious, we had Vitello Tonnato as a starter, which was really good, then salad with goat cheese and figs was also really tasty, this restaurant is the best in town and the service is top notch! Great team, great atmosphere with good wines, very romantic, very pleasant! Thank you thank you thank you!!! Glad we discovered this restaurant!b It was a great evening!

FINALLY !! We know the owner from Nuovo Mario and Machiavelli in Grunewald. He worked there as a waiter for many years. He finally managed to open his own restaurant. Many guests from Grunewald visit him regularly because his brother is a fantastic cook and the owner is a great host. The food is very tasty and the price is absolutely reasonable. The terrace is very nicely located and cozy. You should come by Uber or taxi as parking spaces are unfortunately very difficult to get.

Villa Franca is the successor to Notos, where we were regular guests for years and were quite sad when it suddenly left. But we are very satisfied with Villa Franca. The starters are extremely tasty, the portions are good and the friendliness is overwhelming. The outdoor terrace is now more beautiful than before. We will try more dishes there! At the end there is a drink on the house, I really like this gesture. Edit June 2022: The store has prevailed. Be sure to reserve!

Were here on Good Friday with the granddaughter, who said that she had never eaten such a delicious schnitzel before. Of course she didn't manage the big portion, but that's what we were there for. As always, EVERYTHING was delicious! We recommend!

Today we were back in our favorite restaurant with a guest and had a taste experience of fine cuisine in presentation and best service. We also enjoy the variety of the menu, whether tagliatelle in parmesan leaves, sea bream or scampi from the grill or pizza, We can only recommend everything

I do not recommend it. I don't think they have ever traveled to Italy because the pizzas were pretty mediocre. The ham they use is of poor quality and the dough is not good. We also ordered a burrata which wasn't a burrata, it was a mozzarella. If you want to try Italian food, I recommend that you go to another restaurant instead.

Quality is very important and you will also get full. Mood suitable for family, business dinner or romantic meeting. As a restaurateur, I would recommend the “Villa Franca” to you without any risk.

This Italian saved our evening after we had a bad experience at another restaurant. Great welcome, friendly service and owner with interesting conversations. The food was terrific. Scallops perfect. Dorade very tasteful. Wine, dessert, everything was great. Even our music requests were played. Our every wish was met and there was even a little birthday surprise from the restaurant. The ambience is very nice. You immediately feel at home in this very stylishly furnished restaurant. The manager was very helpful and friendly. There is still room for improvement in terms of friendliness in the cellars. The food was ok. - but you shouldn't expect authentic Italian cuisine. On the vegetarian starter platter we were served, among other things, coleslaw and pickled cucumber for 21 euros. The carbonara was made with lots of cream and oil and topped with just a single egg yolk, which you could stir in raw yourself. However, the spaghetti was no longer hot enough so that the egg no longer froze. The wine that was recommended to us tasted good. The spaghetti scampi was beautifully prepared. For my taste there was a slight spiciness missing, but that's a matter of taste. I would definitely recommend the restaurant, but you should say exactly what you want in advance (e.g. carbonara not with cream, but with egg and spaghetti scampi with a little pepperoncino...).

We went to Villa Franca on a Monday evening with no reservation and it wasn’t crowded at all. The Restaurant is serving pasta, pizzas and other meat and fish dishes. Located in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district, this restaurant has everything it takes to succeed! We were warmly welcomed and seated at a simple table in a dimly lit area. The decor is simple and understated, reminding us of the Italian restaurants in the movies. However, the proximity of the individual tables did bother me a little. The food was very good. I had spaghetti with baby calamari and my partner had kalsleber with mashed potatoes. It was all very tasty but for my dish I think a thick sauce to accompany the spaghetti and the squid would certainly have enhanced the flavour. Otherwise I would say that everything was superb. I'd recommend it.

Leider mehr Schein als Sein und für das, was es gibt, viel zu teuer. Bspw. hatte ich ein "Risotto", das mit Langkornreis zubereitet war. Der Service is sehr bemüht, aber leider unprofessionell und dadurch nervig.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Bedienung und vom Chefkoch begrüßt. Bestellt hatten wir Pasta Scampi, Steinbutt und Seezunge. Beide Fische wurden im Ganzen am Tisch präsentiert und filetiert. Der Geschmack war einfach sensationell! Später kam der Chef dazu und fragte, ob alles in Ordnung sei Das Ambiente, der Service und die Gerichte suchen Seinesgleichen! Das immer wieder gerne betriebene Vorabstudium der schlechteren Rezensionen hat mich mit allem rechnen lassen. Was ich vorfand? Ein schönes mittelgroßes Restaurant mit grosser Terrasse, hellen hohen Räumen und gediegenem Interieur. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten reserviert, was aber an einem normalen Wochentag nicht zwingend erforderlich schien. Das Essen, Vorspeisenplatte, die gegrillte Leber, das Filetsteak und Hähnchenbrustfilet, war vorzüglich. Die Nachtische und vor allem die abschließende Grappa Auswahl, köstlich. Service war aufmerksam freundlich und prompt. Apropos Service, einen kleinen Hang zur Fraternisierung mit dem Personal sollte man in diese location mitbringen und erlebt einen herrlichen Abend. Wer das kühl distanzierte Steife vorzieht ist dort fehl am Platz. Und eine letzte Anmerkung zu den Hygieneparanoikern, die sanitären Anlagen sind in einwandfreiem Zustand. Besuch dort jederzeit wieder.

Wenn Sie keine Italiener sind, bitte geben Sie nicht vor, einer zu sein. Hier ist jemand aus Rumänien oder woher? Seine Haltung ist arrogant und unhöflich, sehr unprofessionell und ungeduldig. Dennoch behauptet er nach außen, er sei Italiener, aber italienische Freunde sagen, dass er kein Italiener ist. Italiener würden auch nicht so unprofessionell an einem Tisch bedienen. Bitte schulen Sie Ihre Kellner ordentlich.
