Had it delivered.... Fries were cold and limp, and the burger was dry and almost cold.... Had to wait 2 hours instead of the hour specified.... not recommended at all.

Closed, nobody answers the phone

Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly and the service is a disaster. We have often ordered and picked up delivery ourselves. We used to love eating here, but now it's just not good anymore. Spaghetti is completely overcooked. The sauces are extremely oily, so you don't feel well afterwards (the case for several people). The spicy salami in the pizza rolls tasted old, as if it had been lying around open for days. It was often requested (also relatively intrusively) that you order by phone. However, the lady on the phone wrote down and delivered something wrong every time. In addition, you have to listen to a stupid comment/comment from her on the phone or when picking you up (e.g. when the pick-up time was selected (50 minutes), I asked whether they would make it 10 minutes earlier because we arrived earlier than expected and the answer was “of course not, we are not slaves”). That's just unsympathetic and completely inappropriate in this job. Unfortunately we won't be ordering any more for now.

Went here again for a delicious menu. As always, everything was great, the food, the service and the ambience. And now the negative: This great restaurant will close forever on December 22nd, 2024. Highly praised, but the food was only mediocre. Pizza was very bland, grilled fish was actually fried, and lasagna was okay but far from amazing. The prices on the menu didn't match the bill—which was also confirmed by the service. Our verdict: Very friendly service, a pleasant atmosphere, but the food was mediocre at best.

I've been eating here regularly for about 3 1/2 years now and have never been disappointed!! The pasta is incredibly delicious and Paolo is always friendly ☺️ It's great that this is here in Eschborn, thank you so much and keep up the good work!!

Pizza was delicious, but I don't know what is meant by original Italian here. In any case, it's not a Neapolitan pizza. Personally, the floor is far too thin for me.

I've been to a few football games, but the pitch here is definitely not suitable for the 6th league. The stands are not that modern, but they definitely serve their purpose. I'm not a big fan of Dixi toilets...

First of all, we were promised a delivery time of 30 minutes and it was just under 50 minutes. Of course, as a customer, you prefer it the other way around. Then the pizzas were stated as 28cm, but they were only 26cm. The taste was okay but nothing extraordinary.
