This was our third time eating here and, as always, we were really impressed! The portions are filling, but not excessive. The quality of the meat is great! The service is very friendly and attentive. We would like to come again:)

It's relatively simply furnished, which isn't a bad thing. Very, very tasty food, very large portions and really great and nice service. At first I thought it was higher priced but great for this portion. It was my first time here and I will definitely go back to eat, the Pad Thai was great.

First of all! Don't let the area put you off. The restaurant (wooden log cabin) is located in the middle of the commercial area. But the super friendly service, the excellent food and the beer are definitely worth a visit. Excellent price-performance ratio. The other guests seemed to be mostly locals. And that says it all! My schnitzel with mustard and horseradish breading and my wife's veggie burger (she still raves about the burger today) were top notch. If in the area definitely stop there!

Wow... was soll ich sagen. In Stuttgart zu Messe und gesucht, welche Restaurants im Laufweite vom Hotel sind. Per Zufall über das Darband Restaurant gestoßen und zum Glück hingelaufen. Es gab nicht nur ein fantastisches, leckeres Essen, es gab ein kleines süßes authentisches Ambiente und zwei Gastgeber, die sowas von freundlich, herzlich und nett sind, das man sie nur gerne haben kann. Ein freundlicher Herr der bediente und eine nette Dame, die kochte. Man darf kein "gewöhnliches Restaurant" erwarten. Hier findet man ein wirklich sehr kleinen Raum mit einem "Chillbereich", einem Tisch, einer Theke und einer Kochstelle. Die Einrichtung ist total landestypisch und sehr gemütlich. Also am besten vorab reservieren, bin unsicher, ob man öfter so ein Glück hat wie ich und ein Platz frei ist. Ich wurde total freundlich empfangen und der Service war während des gesamten Besuches hervorragend. Für mich fühlte es sich so an, als sei ich zu Gast in einer privaten Familie und man kocht für mich. Die Preise sind total angenehm, 28 Euro für Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und 2 große Bier.... Für mich ist dieses Restaurant ein echter Geheimtipp und ich werde es einerseits im Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis weiterempfehlen, die Stuttgart besuchen und in jedem Fall auch selber nochmal wieder kommen. We had dinner at the binderhäuserl. It was super tasty, the beef carpaccio, the ravioli, the lobster soup, the Asian salad. Clear recommendation from all of us!!
