Rude staff who wont even give us plates. And they got mad for asking plates. We had to eat in a bowl in which the curry was served without plate. Food is just okay. Please go somewhere else.

Absolute recommendation! Because of the good Google reviews, we spontaneously visited the restaurant and were lucky that there was still a table available. Our experience: - The food was absolutely amazing! We were totally thrilled. The level of spiciness was mild and the quality of the meat was super good. - The employees/owners do an outstanding job. They are very friendly and you can tell that they really enjoy their job. Simply great! What you should know: - Although effort was made to decorate the interior, the focus is definitely on the quality of the fresh food and not on the ambience, which didn't bother us. - Due to the open kitchen, you have to expect that you will have to wash your clothes afterwards. You should just know that beforehand. We'll definitely be back!

I recently visited Dixens, and while the food itself was good, the overall experience was far from satisfying. The portion size of the biriyani was inadequate for the price, which was already higher than average. On top of that, the hospitality was cold and unwelcoming—the staff seemed indifferent, as if they just wanted us to eat and leave. A major letdown was the water service. They don’t sell bottled water, and when I requested water, I was given a glass of tap water in a filthy glass with an oily layer floating on top—absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. Moreover, despite ordering two biriyanis, they provided only one serving of raitha for the entire table, which felt both stingy and inconsiderate. The only thing I genuinely enjoyed was the cool wall paintings, which gave the place some character. But great décor alone doesn't make up for poor service, bad hygiene, and overpriced portions. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve their customer experience.

Apart from the slightly dirty tablecloths, there is nothing to complain about. Friendly and attentive service. Fresh and very tasty food.
