Price - too high Food - average Customer satisfaction - too low. If I have to write a feedback or review it will take a day. So I tried to make it short and crisp.

Worst food. I don't recommend it at all. I ordered dosa with chicken curry. Dosa is too salty.Coconut chutney that came along was already spoiled with strange taste.sambar tastes like a dessert.And finally that chicken curry is a disaster. I don't understand if it is curry or just turmeric water. Chicken didn't get cooked at all🤢🤢🤢 and pieces are still raw. So hard and chewy to bite. Only good thing is that tomato chutney. I don't recommend this place at all.There are many Indian cuisine restaurants nearby with much affordable prices.

Came in for dinner around 7:15 pm and the place was relatively empty. We only got our food close to 8pm but only got 2/4 things ordered. When asked about the 3rd dish we were informed its not available. Also a sweet dish i had asked as a starter was only served after my meal. When we were asked if everything was ok we highlighted how we have been waiting approx 45 mins for food and the response was u didnt wait that long!/ the server is new. The food we ordered was a Kerala meal and a kottu parata. Cannot say it was anything so special definitely not worth the wait. Kottu parata was mostly just potato, not authentic in my option

Great atmosphere and tasty food

I'm still sitting here after dinner. I like it very much. The selection on the menu seems to me to be more varied than “the usual” at the Indian restaurant. The vegetarian dishes are marked and have equal status with the other dishes. Pleasantly unpretentious. I received a suitable recommendation, so I don't know exactly how the dish is spelled, a rotti with meat in a clay pot, but not a tandoori. You have to take the levels of spiciness seriously. Medium was still good for me, but it shouldn't have been more. When I arrived there were several to-go customers waiting in the only dining room. This meant that there was more of a snack bar atmosphere for a moment, but the decor and music were actually pleasant too.

Amazing food with a lot of vegan options. Chicken Tikka masala was great for my partner and plate of exotic vegetables with pancakes . Dixon's kitchen even opened on Christmas Eve. For sure it's not our last visit. Namaste 🙏🏻

Dixon’s kitchen is once of the authentic South Indian restaurant. All the dishes are really nice especially beef related dishes and biriyanis. Special drink kulukki sarbath was taste very good but felt like quantity was lil less for that price also Kozhuva fry quantity also very less. Staffs are very friendly and helpful to choose ur right menu. Restaurant close to Dortmund centrum. Once drawback I felt about Dixon’s kitchen is they only accept CASH 💴.

We were today at the Restaurant , and placed our order. 2 tables ordered way after us and they received their food way before us and we waited for more than 1 hour and 15 min. We afterwards decided to leave the restaurant but were requested not to because they were gonna serve ours. They then brought the food which itself was colder as the thalis plate. We tried to eat it as we did not want to waste it, but was unable to eat it. It was COLD and STALE. We asked the waitress (who was kind btw) to check if thats how it should be, and admitted upon consulting it herself that it should normally have been a HOT MEAL and asked for forgiveness on behalf of the restaurant.

A great spot in Germany where Authentic kerala dishes are served. Fish pollichathu,Chatti paal Porotta,beef Porotta are highly recommended.Homely food,warm welcoming atmosphere, great ambiance, friendly staff. Altogether worth a visit 💯 We'll visit again soon 🥰

Now , after 8 months it feels like home.Stomach is filled with tastey chatti pal porotta and delicious Dixon's special Biriyani. Kerala special flavors is also here in Germany. Most recommended Kerala restaurant. Hope I can come here more. Homely atmosphere and friendly service is most attractive.

I heard this restaurant from social media and one of the best experiences and calm atmosphere. I tried chatti paluu porottaa, it is incredibly fresh , with balanced flavours and the artistic presentation . It was an awesome experience and I must say to my Indian and other friends about this restaurant .

An amazing Indian Kerala cuisine restaurant. We were on our way back to Netherlands from Berlin and stopped over in Dortmund for dinner. A quick Google search landed us on Dixon’s . One of the best decisions we made, food taste was very authentic. Will keep visiting !! Fish Polichathu is a trade mark. Met the chef Dixon as well , a true gentleman and professional.

If you want a good food experience you should came here in Dixon's Kitchen, the customer service is also really amazing, really comfortable and also recommend the special pazhampori and beef.

I used to go to Dixons kitchen with my friends at the weekends. I would say it's one of the best south Indian non vegetarian restaurant in Germany. The food was so delicious and the service was really great. Every dishes that I tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Must try "parotta with beef" and "chattychoru"👌😄

We went as a group at Dixon's kitchen today. We placed order for Kizhi biriyani, palporotta,neychor, and chicken stew with idiyappam. We enjoyed all the dishes a lot. In addition, the Atmosphere and customer service was really good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like to give authentic South Indian specialities a try!

A very authentic Indian restaurant, I especially like the typical dishes from the Indian region of Kerala! Favorite dish Porotta Beef!!! Definitely try it!!! But the paneer butter masala is also amazing! For people who like to eat fish: meen pollichathe a typical dish from Kerala!!! Very friendly staff..all in all: top!!!

35 minutes for order to arrive. After waiting for 35 minutes the chicken is uncooked, old, maybe 1-2 weeks old. Not chewable, stinky. Think 10 times before visiting this place. 0 customer service 0 taste. In Indian restaurant they use curry sauce which you get for 1-2 euros in supermarket and sell the curry with names like chicken curry, chicken tikka etc etc. Really worthless.
