Insanely delicious Indian food, both vegetarian and fish and meat dishes are great. Nice service, a pleasant atmosphere and completely fair prices leave nothing to be desired. I've been here very, very often and I can only recommend it!

Taste of India has only just opened, so there weren't that many people, which dampens the atmosphere a bit. But otherwise everything was great: delicious food and friendly staff. We had delicious Samosas for starters and an eggplant curry and lamb tikka massala afterwards. Delicious and spacious enough. Definitely worth a meal when you are in the area.

The two of us went there spontaneously for dinner. Very good service! We had one vegetarian dish (Palak Paneer), and two with meat (Lamb Madras and Mixed Tandoor) as well as bread. We were surprised to receive bread and two dips in advance. The dishes are delicious, the spiciness is just right with the lamb. The sauce for the mixed tandoor was fruity and a great contrast. We were alone in the restaurant, which is located in the entrance area of ​​the pedestrian zone. There are about 20 seats in the restaurant. What stood out for me was the contact with service. Very nice, happy to advise us on the choice of dishes.

The Indian food was really delicious! However, pizza & co. are also offered there, which should always make you think. Pizza was too dry and salad was brought back because half of the ingredients were missing, but dressing was still missing. Ambiance is absolutely non-existent. Very unfortunate. Very dark and cozy room, hardly any service (only 2 tables were occupied on Saturday evening!!!), mineral water stale!

Ordered and picked up for the first time 1.5 years ago or so: It was excellent. Have it delivered the second time: Something was mixed up, but ok, it can happen. The food was still delicious. Well, today: Chicken Masala is not a masala, it's more of a thin soup with sometimes cooked, sometimes raw, fibrous chicken parts in it, while the peas still have their original frozen consistency and taste. Was there even curry in there? All in all, not a coordinated composition, no creaminess at all - rather an unmixed juxtaposition of raw materials in colored water. At least the delivery was extremely fast - maybe that was the problem. Too bad. Will not order there again.

Yes, you will be full! Rice can be reordered for free. Use this! You won't be eating such delicious rice again any time soon! Service is friendly, the atmosphere is nice and the toilets are clean. Three important notes: - It takes time! Every time. It's best to bring a book or a board game with you. It takes at least 30, often 60 minutes for the meal to be ready. You're not at McDonald's. The wait is worth it! - How would you like your food? Spicy means SHARP!!!!! - The parking spaces are at the back of the yard. More than enough. Don't waste time looking for a parking space on Bahnhofstrasse.

Ordered for the first time today and had one in advance, it was a complete disaster. I ordered the food online and went to the store. There are a few tables there, nothing else. I knocked on the door and the cook came out. He asked me to wait a little longer and came 10 minutes later with the food. It wasn't until I left the store that I noticed that the soup and sauces were just floating back and forth in the bag. Giving a customer a bag like that is stupid and bold enough. Of course I went back in to complain and he then packed the food again. When I got home, I tried the “lentil soup” and, without exaggerating, had to pour everything into the sink. The soup looked thin but the taste was even worse. It wasn't soup, but lukewarm water with spices in it. The two main courses were THE highlight and these were average at best. The chapati and bathura bread should have been baked longer. I will never set foot in this restaurant again, if you can even call it that.
