Absolutely average snack in a nice atmosphere.
Both sausage and fries were solid, but nothing special. The service was nice and the price was reasonable.
Not great at all. The lady serving was unpleasant, food was a long wait even though there were no customers, and the food wasn't very good at all. Didnt taste anything like the nice german sausage we'd had elsewhere. And they covered the currywurst in tomato ketchup, not curry sauce. Weird. Way too expensive for what it is, too. Go to one of the other (excellent) places in the food court. I highly regretted choosing this one. Awful.
The quality of the currywurst is really unreasonable. In terms of price, you can certainly charge €9 for a currywurst with fries, but then I don't want bockwurst from a jar with cheap ready-made sauce.
This is by far the worst currywurst in Dresden. Congratulations
As a long-time Subway customer, I was truly disappointed with my visit to the branch today. The employees were extremely unfriendly, which left a very unpleasant feeling. While the food was being prepared, another person—apparently not an employee—entered the kitchen and preparation area. They were wearing street clothes, didn't wash their hands, and yet moved freely near the food. I don't know the exact hygiene guidelines, but this kind of behavior definitely doesn't leave a good feeling.
Instead of being customer-oriented, the focus of those present was on private conversations and exchanging content on their phones. This is not what I imagine professional customer service to be. I'm truly disappointed and will think twice about visiting this branch again.
