Nice place to stay in the Küchwald, well suited for families, friendly staff, self-service

!!!This shop is now called Bahnsteigklause!!! I rarely write such negative reviews, but today it has to come out. The man behind the counter is the epitome of rudeness, not even a smile for children is possible. We don't really want to talk about the "quality" of the food here. I felt it was almost like bodily harm. “Currywurst” and fries for 8.30. In return you get a warmed up cheap 'CurryKing', which was definitely not from today, and completely outdated fries, which are obviously baked in oil that hasn't been changed for at least 2-3 days and lots of use. I can really understand why the man doesn't feel like doing his job when it's 34 degrees, but I've never seen this kind of behavior before. I usually say that everyone can have a bad day, but the reviews speak for themselves itself. Renaming and creating a new Google entry doesn't help either. All in all, we strongly recommend avoiding this "store". There are alternatives in the area.

Restaurant with beer garden only open until 5 p.m. in midsummer, a joke!

The shandy was wonderful and the crispy chicken burger was recommended. Fries were nice and crispy too. Tables and chairs were clean and wiped. We had a very nice chat with the operator. I'll stop by again next time I'm in Chemnitz.

Very friendly owner, I can only recommend the crispy chicken burger! With coleslaw and delicious dips. Were very satisfied. However, you have to pay 0.50 euros per person for the toilet
