Snack Factory in Quedlinburg

We ordered food and picked it up. The employee on the phone was very friendly, and everything went smoothly at pickup. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great. The spaghetti carbonara was covered in a thick layer of cheese, there was no ham in it (or at least, the sausage-like stuff wasn't identifiable as ham), and the pasta was simply drenched in cream. It didn't have much to do with spaghetti carbonara. The pizzas were okay, but six pieces of pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza are a bit meager.

Excellent service, fast, reliable, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. All ingredients are fresh.

A lovely bistro. Very attentive and friendly service. We like to stop here whenever we're in Quedlinburg. They have coffee, beer, and soft drinks. 👌 I'll try the food sometime. 😁 You can also sit outside in winter. 😊

Unfortunately, I can only give 3 stars. I had currywurst with fries. The sausage was OK, but the fries were soggy and there wasn't enough for the price. The same goes for the burger, which tasted great except for the lettuce and cucumber on it, which doesn't belong there, and for the price, well...

So, we can absolutely give the Snack Factory 5 stars. We ordered from the company for the first time today, as our kebab shop in Thale is closed, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food arrived promptly, still warm/hot, and, above all, on time, even though it was their first delivery! We were all very satisfied with the taste. The driver was very friendly, as was the service on the phone, and when our colleague picked up the flyers, everything was perfect and friendly. We met with our club for a thank-you dinner. It was easy to book and, with 15 people, we experienced excellent service: incredibly fast, extremely courteous, excellent value for money with a wide selection. And best of all, it was simply delicious! We were able to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere outside. Our request for a large table was easily accommodated. We were expecting a lovely evening, but the team delivered an even better job. That's true hospitality. Thank you so much!!!

Ideal for passing the time while waiting for a train or bus. Good food, which isn't always the case, friendly service, and reasonable prices. The cocktails are also recommended. We enjoyed it. We'll be back again.

To sum it up briefly, I ate at this restaurant twice with a group of eight people. The food was simply amazing each time, the value for money was good, and the service was friendly and attentive.

We ordered pizza, which was a complete disgrace. The price for the size and toppings was catastrophic. Four small pickles and half a Vienna sausage. Never again!

NOT good. The bread wasn't toasted. There was only a small, half-slice of tomato. And only half a slice of cucumber. The sauce was remoulade. Remoulade does NOT belong in a doner kebab.

We had our meal delivered to our hotel while on vacation. We ordered through a well-known platform. Everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, there was a storm that day, and the delivery time was two hours. Regarding the storm, everything was accepted, even after a friendly conversation. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't that good. The ham on the pizza was sliced so thickly that it was almost impossible to chew, and it didn't taste that good either. The curry pizza didn't taste anything special either. The meat just tasted like pressed meat. I can only speak for the pizzas. Maybe the other items are good.

The most expensive kebab in town and very small!

We were looking forward to two mega doner plates and thought we'd get a decent price for €28. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The portions were small, the meat was dry and bland, the fries were soft, and the salad was a careless pile on the plate. This really couldn't be described as "mega." For €14 a plate, you can expect something—at least some flavor and a halfway decent portion. Instead, we had the feeling they cut corners wherever possible. Conclusion: The value for money is absolutely disappointing. We definitely won't eat there again.

Unfortunately, it's nothing like the old-fashioned doner kebab. It's simply thrown together. You can't even call it a doner sauce. It tastes like mayo, and the salad seems to be from this past lunch; the cucumber slices are dry and the tomato pieces are squashed. A disaster in terms of taste and a disgrace for our fellow countrymen.

I had the kebab box with fries and garlic sauce The meat was dry and simply not good quality. There was also a piece of gyros in my box, something like that doesn't work The fries could have been a little longer. The sauce was largely just a mayo mush that didn't give me any flavor All in all, no recommendation!

We have been regular customers for a long time and it is always a pleasure to go to Snacke or get something to eat. The bistro offers a very nice ambience, friendly staff and, in our opinion, the best kebab in the Harz. Ps: We have never had soggy fries, they were always crispy and to the point, even at home😉

The price/performance ratio doesn't fit here at all. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos of the kebab plate and spaghetti carbonara (if that's what it was supposed to be). The kebabs were filled with meat in very different ways (one had more meat than the kebab plate and another had very, very little). For the money we spent there, we could have easily gone to McDonald's. It's a shame, but we won't be getting food there anymore.

Only Shawama in town - This is definitely recommended. Otherwise, I have a hard time with the daub of mayo on the doner kebab - I also find the doner plate (both the normal and the gratinated one) and the falafel very tasty. In summer you can also sit here and relax. There are sometimes very few parking spaces and access can be difficult due to buses.

It's cozy and cozy and you won't get cold there. All chairs, both inside and outside, are beautifully decorated with blankets and furs for the winter. The baked kebab plate was something completely different and I really enjoyed it. The manager of the house was very friendly and accommodating. I'd love to come back 😀

I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. Pasta scampi with pesto sauce plus extra broccoli and cheese gratinated with exactly 4!!!! Scampis and three florets of broccoli! Plus pepperoni that should actually be on the pizza. Everything was swimming in fat. The pizza was boring, dry and not tasty at all. For both 38 €???!!!!!!! No, seriously. That's really a disgrace. Please cook your own pasta!

You felt sick immediately after eating. Sascha doesn't look very good has also been confirmed. The store was messy on the outside and dirty on the inside as well. Toilets weren't tidy. Once and never again!!!

This is right outside Quedlinburg Hbf. You can dine in and out. Lot of space to dine out. Food is also tasty.

We ordered schnitzels to be delivered to the next town and they were still crispy and delicious when they arrived, plus a delicious, fresh salad! Highly recommended!

Really great spot for a quick bite. The staff is friendly and the food is good what more could you need. Also, easy to grab right off the train.

Had the Seitan Kebab with spicy sauce; It was generous and very tasty, definitely great value for money! Since there was some garlic sauce on it, it probably wasn't completely vegan in the end, but well... I think there were some communication difficulties because I have bad hearing and the young man had earpods in. It looks nice inside, there's a small "beer garden" and despite the train station being a hotspot, it's very quiet on a Sunday afternoon. If you're lucky you'll also see the steam locomotive passing by.

The pizza was tasty, but not appropriate for the price and smaller than stated, and additional paid ingredients were missing from the pizza. Price performance is not given.

Not recommendable!! If you ordered a large amount of money, you were turned away when ingredients were missing or fries that weren't cooked through. Once and never again. Better go to Lidl or something else and do it yourself.

We ordered via Lieferando. Delivery was ok too. But the pizza didn't work at all. The mash that was on the pizza had absolutely nothing to do with chicken breast fillet. The stuff was indefinable. I have no idea what went wrong, but I can't recommend it at all.

The shawarma for €7 is a disgrace! Not only can you get twice as much for the same price in the Schanzenviertel in Hamburg and the taste is a different universe, the more cruel is the carelessness with which some shredded chicken with flabby sauce is squeezed into a frozen pita in the snack shop. We are visiting a holiday apartment in Thale. Approximate delivery time shown was 20-45 minutes. But the fact that it continued to take over an hour was “a little” unpleasant. The food wasn't quite hot anymore, but "OK". The taste was also “OK”. The driver was nice. We ordered via Lieferando, so no stars for Ambiente. We would order there again.
